Sunday staff was not very informative on how to get to unit. Elevator to second floor broke down and had to wait until the next day to unload furniture. Next day had to wait hours after office openings so that the elevator got fixed. I think having a second floor is great, but just have one elevator for large furniture is challenging when it is not working.

yvanna S.This process was a little difficult at first when organizing the logistics (had to call 2/3 phone numbers), but overall it was a great experience! I was moving to a 1 bedroom apartment, 2 boxes were great. I had to leave a few things behind, but almost everything fit! The boxes did look small when parked in the spot 2/3 of a normal parking spot. And U-boxes is a game of tetris! So keep that in mind when taking inventory and packing.

The level of customer service and professionalism that I received is unparalleled. I was in and out, in less than 30 min. One less thing to stress. Kudos u-haul!

gustavo V.Muy mal servicio del personal las señoras que atienden siempre de mala ganas de explicar tube un problema de desempleo able con el señor bismark para ver de qué manera me ayudaba llegue ala tienda con 200 dólares para aser un arreglo y ponerme al día con mi cuenta y la respuesta fue que pagara los $200 dólares en el momento y que sacara todas mis cosas al momento como si fuera un perro cuando lo tiran ala calle me sentí desmoralizado y con mucha pena ya que estaba con un amigo de Nebraska y nos quedamos frío pero bueno llamaron a bismark y la respuesta de él fue que tenía que sacar mis cosas si no iban aser subastadas el siguiente domingo muy mal de su parte eso no se ase con un cliente gracias

Was told by the general manager that those fees would be reimbursed with the proper invoice. Once I provided the proper invoice, I didn't hear from Mr. Bismark again…

Multiple items ended up being damaged due to original location giving me a U-Box destined for the trash. The Medley location at least had the decency to add metal bracing to the exterior before shipping to Mississippi. Because of this, i ended up not losing anything as the walls were already disconnected from the base.

angel M.I had a "guaranteed" reservation on line for pick up at 9am on the 1st in Opa Lccka" When I got there was no truck. It took me 45 minutes on hold to get through to Uhaul and all they did was put me through to local scheduling which normally is pretty helpful (I've used them before) but this time was not. I spent the next four hours trying to find a truck. I had already driven 3 hours that moring to get to Miami from Marathon where I live. After being at 4 different uhaul stores, because phone calls were worthless, I met a very helpful lady at your HIaleah corporate store. I cant remember her name but maybe it was Alena. she was an older latin lady that said she worked there for 20 years. She found me a truck in Medley so I went to that locations. The truck was clean inside but so dirty outside that I used their cleaning station so that I could see out of the windshield. I've rented from you many times as you can see in my record. This was the worst but there have been other times that things didn't go well. It seems the system needs some tweaking.

jennifer A.This was not my original pick-up location, so the issues I had were not their problem. I had my rental confirmed to be picked up on Monday, at the UHaul near my house. When the movers arrived at Uhaul, they had no containers available, so staff from this UHAUL (way further than the one from the reservation) helped out getting two containers for me on Tuesday. So because of all that I had to pay for two moving days, and also I had to pay late fees from my building because I was supposed to empty the building by the 30, not the 31.

Omar V.There were some issues with renting the trailer to me based a mistake being made upfront with only renting the blankets to me. I guess this caused issues with my reservation which caused the representative to place a different turn location than what I had already submitted for my online reservation. This caused issues when I got to NY, but it all worked out. Please put hooks or eyelets in the trail to allow the strapping down of items.

When asked when it was going to be fixed it was said in a few hours, later called and was told that not until the following week. Why would you charge me for a unit that I would have trouble accessing because it's expected to be accessed by using the elevator.

Fuimos a preguntar que pasaba y no había bodega disponible , tuvimos que pagar por otra de 10x10 y logramos dejar nuestras cosas a las 7 de la noche . Ahora estamos esperando nos den un storage de 10x 5 que es lo que necesito.

The lady that helped me didn't seem knowledgable nor was she professional. The staff who worked with the equipment were kind, quick workers, and showed care. The facilities for storage are exceptional. We were told by another customer that Bismark is a quality man and we could reach out to him if needed. We're grateful for that reassurance.

Operation is too slow and manager doesn't care how long you stand on that line. Do not go here if you do not expect to wait in line. I was going to purchase an bed cover and turn in my storage unit. After 20 mins of waiting with 2 people in front of me, I walked out because there was only one person at the cashier/ service desk, by herself while a manager just sits in his office. My time is to valuable to wait this long for a service. Not efficient at all. This place needs more staff or assistance.

Me dieron el candado por q les confirme que lo incluía. No me dieron instrucciones del área para ubicar el store y cuando llegue había una banda puesta de plástico duro que no tenía cómo romper. Sugiero que les deben de dar instrucciones de cortesía a las dos Jovenes que estaban ahí ese día . El aire acondicionado dentro en la unidad estaba a 81* Trabajo en customer services y al cliente yo le doy 100% servicio aunque no pregunten.
