Medley FL team was awesome. I wish I could say that about the teams in Seattle, WA. When I called no one could locate my UBox but it had shipped to Tukwila instead of Rainier, WA (we were told it was going to Rainier). I was made aware that it had arrived because I received notification that I was going to be billed for storage. When my mover showed up to pick up the Ubox they again had lost it and they had to come back the next day. Ubox was incorrectly placed on the trailer making it difficult to open and access items. The Rainier team was rude and came up with every excuse possible to not release the box. Thank God for Hands OFF Movers hired through Moving Help, they were awesome and were able to finally deliver or Ubox.

Jesus V.The lack of willingness to work with the client is unprecedented. They made me and my wife go through such a mission because they did not inform us pre-hand. We went back and forth the location twice. Once because the back was dusty and second because the gas indicator was “a little†out of the line. INCREDIBLE! Lack of empathy and making us go through hoops to be able to charge for these little things when we only had the truck for a little over half a day. The dropping off was more of a mission that the actual moving we needed the truck for.

We had return the trailer to this nearest location. They did not have a trailer available either for us to return to Tennessee. We had to leave it there and now they have charged me $384.00. Maria M. | First ImpressionsLuego de reservar y cobrar por teléfono, U-haul deberían dar de una vez el código de acceso y número de unidad y así poder ingresar independientemente de horario de atención en oficina y más aún que tengo una cuenta y varios movimientos en proceso. Esa situación me causó inconvenientes a mi hora de ingresar. Es una sugerencia. En otro orden de ideas, vi que u-haul está dando de promoción el primer mes de storage gratis si tienes otro proceso de unidad en envío y yo estoy enviando un u-box a LA y a mi no me dieron esa promoción. De igual forma las instalaciones del storage están en muy buen estado, limpio y buen clima, con baños limpios. Eso está muy bien.

Next day had to wait hours after office openings so that the elevator got fixed. I think having a second floor is great, but just have one elevator for large furniture is challenging when it is not working.

yvanna S.This process was a little difficult at first when organizing the logistics (had to call 2/3 phone numbers), but overall it was a great experience! I was moving to a 1 bedroom apartment, 2 boxes were great. I had to leave a few things behind, but almost everything fit! The boxes did look small when parked in the spot 2/3 of a normal parking spot. And U-boxes is a game of tetris! So keep that in mind when taking inventory and packing.

The lady that helped me didn't seem knowledgable nor was she professional. The staff who worked with the equipment were kind, quick workers, and showed care. The facilities for storage are exceptional. We were told by another customer that Bismark is a quality man and we could reach out to him if needed. We're grateful for that reassurance.

Operation is too slow and manager doesn't care how long you stand on that line. Do not go here if you do not expect to wait in line. I was going to purchase an bed cover and turn in my storage unit. After 20 mins of waiting with 2 people in front of me, I walked out because there was only one person at the cashier/ service desk, by herself while a manager just sits in his office. My time is to valuable to wait this long for a service. Not efficient at all. This place needs more staff or assistance.
