Our experience started with Uhaul on 6/17/22 and had to be extended 2 times thru 7/1/22, EVERYONE was very professional, courteous and helpful on the phone and in the store. I recommend the International Speedway branch pickup and checkout was fast and again EVERYONE was very nice. Looking forward to seeing them again.Gwendolyn G.

I was called due to equipment not being at original location, told to drive 45 min to pick up and location open until 4pm. Got to location a 3:38 and location closed, called back and told to go to daytona location to pick up everything only to arrive at location and told I have to drive to another location with the truck I rented to pick up trailer needed. The truck i rented drove poorly, had 170,000 miles on it and shook at 60 mph while making a lot of noise, the drivers window would not go down all the way, barely got 7PMG driving easy. The air conditioning only worked when the gas pedal was released and did not blow under acceleration or on the highway but was working at idle only, had a vacuum leak and the air would blow by my feet instead of the upper vents, it was 91 degrees this day. The rear box leaked severely and was not water resistant. it leaked when the vehicle was parked . good thing we did not drive in the rain. I had just put an estimate of when i was returning the truck, picked it up at 10 am and returning at six. called uhaul to advise them and they wanted to charge me another day. I thought the 39.95 was for a day. The uhaul rep on the phone finally waved the fee and i brought the truck back at 6:30 and was charged $72 late fee. again i had to plead my case and they said i would be getting a refund.Pietro M.

U-Haul changed the pick-up with only 24 hours' notice to a location that did not open at the scheduled pick-up time. We went to the original site to ask if they could provide the truck I had scheduled weeks before. They said no. We went to the changed location. The location was locked with no key box. We went back to the original location, and they did find a truck. After loading the truck, the door lift system jammed, and the door could not be completely closed. We went back to the U-Haul site and were told this happens frequently. The cables had to be replaced.Rodger G.

It was confusing who to ask for to show us the truck after checking in. The ladies at the counter just said 'the man outside' but there were a lot of men out there! How am I supposed to know who works there? There should be a check-in podium near the trucks.Alice T.

The customer service was almost non-existent. One large bearded employee let 3 customers wait for 30 minutes in an empty lobby while he sat (very visibly with the door open) in an office playing on his phone refusing to get up until I went in there and asked him to. The price of my 32 hour rental with 90 miles went from $19/day plus $0.69/mile to over $150, and I still have no idea whyThomas H.

My UHaul pickup was scheduled to be picked up at Whitt's Automotive in Holly Hill. On arriving there at the scheduled time, the truck was locked behind a chain link fence! I called UHaul, who then directed me to a different location to obtain a truck. That put me 2 hours behind on my moving schedule. I had people scheduled at my house to move the furniture! Luckily they waited for me to arrive. But I did have to pay their salary for the 2 hour delay!! That cost me an extra $200. I did leave messages at Whitt's to confirm the pickup, but never heard back from them!John C.
