Robert U.The truck I was given had 160,000 miles and had the engine light on. It drove terrible and the transmission was screaming. I told that to the guy receiving the return and he made a smart ass comment. He wanted me to mop the inside of the truck because it had been raining and there was wet marks inside. He continued to make more smart ass comments and then told me he was charging me $25 to mop truck and for 69 miles. I left to avoid an incident with your employee. Terrible customer service
Daniel V.Customer service can always be better. It was okay, nothing happened. As first time users we had questions and answers were not always readily available. A simple “do you need assistance to get more familiar with the equipment†would have been better than just being given the keys and on with the next customer.

AJonathan L.Customer service was terrible. Phone consultants have little knowledge of what they are doing and will provide incorrect information with confidence even when they know they're wrong. Information was recorded but never asked, the pricing and package was communicated incorrectly, talked with several different people and they all said different things, no one is on the same page and notes are either disregarded or never written down in the first place. Website is not user friendly. Options are non existent. Gas station attendants don't have any knowledge of the company or contract information.

The times were booked at 6:59 PM the first day and 7:00 PM the following day allowing you people to overcharge me. I will call customer service and never rent anything from U-Haul again.

However, my rental had to be redirected to that facilty because my original pick-up location did not have the truck or any other vehicle availabe, even though I had reserved it online. This ended up costing me additional mileage fees and wasted 1 1/2 hours of time

I even reached out to the district manager, who assured me I would be receiving an update and never received a response from anyone. The font line staff were friendly but the management was completely unresponsive This was honestly the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Hopefully it didn't get into any other units. When I closed, I had a manager on site and followed all instructions. They haven't closed my contact and it's been almost 3 weeks. I've called and called customer service and the store with no call back.

I had to unload everything back into my vehicle, go into the store and wait in line to get my correct storage unit, go back and load everything again and bring my stuff up. Also, when I pushed the help buttons to talk to an associate while inside the storage area, nobody answered. Wasn't happy to say the least!

In the past every time we got the first month free when we checked in at the office. However, the management has informed us that they will adjust the payment in the following month. Rini V. | Online Move InI pay for a truck on Sunday May 8 2021 to take out my things from two storages that I had and two guys got stuck on the elevator been there for an hour without any help until we realize nobody was helping them and went to call a worker and he said that he was going to call another coworker to come but the guys were in desperte need of air and water since the emergency bottom was not working becouse no one but one went to see them since we were there taking our stuff from the first floor so they call the fire rescue who were the only ones to come and Open the elevator. No one of the staff did anything to try to help the guys on the elevator or fix the elevator after it was open. Because of that we could not take our stuff from the 4th floor when we already had the truck paid. I need someone to tell me how to proceed on this since it's not fair that I have to pay other truck to take my things from the 4th floor. When I ask the lady at the front desk if uhual could provide me with at least a van so I could take my stuff another day when the elevator it's fixed her answer was I could use the stairs which I find nonsensical. How she can pretend I will go 4 floors up and down with furniture and stuff ?.

When attempting to move out I was told that I should've received one and a lock. I was told I'd have to pay $50 to get my things out. Horrible service and I was not able to get my belongings until my dad drive up to speak to the employee. Will not be using this company ever again and will tell others not to go here.
