The truck I was given had 160,000 miles and had the engine light on. It drove terrible and the transmission was screaming. I told that to the guy receiving the return and he made a smart ass comment. He wanted me to mop the inside of the truck because it had been raining and there was wet marks inside. He continued to make more smart ass comments and then told me he was charging me $25 to mop truck and for 69 miles. I left to avoid an incident with your employee. Terrible customer service

Customer service can always be better. It was okay, nothing happened. As first time users we had questions and answers were not always readily available. A simple “do you need assistance to get more familiar with the equipment” would have been better than just being given the keys and on with the next customer.

Customer service was terrible. Phone consultants have little knowledge of what they are doing and will provide incorrect information with confidence even when they know they're wrong. Information was recorded but never asked, the pricing and package was communicated incorrectly, talked with several different people and they all said different things, no one is on the same page and notes are either disregarded or never written down in the first place. Website is not user friendly. Options are non existent. Gas station attendants don't have any knowledge of the company or contract information.

I was overcharged. I picked up a van at 6:30 PM on 7/14 and dropped it off around 6:15 PM the following day. The times were booked at 6:59 PM the first day and 7:00 PM the following day allowing you people to overcharge me. I will call customer service and never rent anything from U-Haul again.

No customer parking. On picking up trailer two tires on one side were under inflated.One had 28 psi the other had 42psi. This is third time I've found a rental trailer from your company dangerously low an air. This is safety issue guy's get it together.

The facilty and truck were excellent. However, my rental had to be redirected to that facilty because my original pick-up location did not have the truck or any other vehicle availabe, even though I had reserved it online. Overall the storage unit and area was clean and well maintained but when the air conditioning in my unit's area was broken for multiple summer months, I tried communicating with the store manager via email and phone and received no response. I even reached out to the district manager, who assured me I would be receiving an update and never received a response from anyone. The font line staff were friendly but the management was completely unresponsive This was honestly the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

I've had my stuff in storage for almost 4 years. A rat somehow got in there, but luckily it didn't ruin anything. I had my things packed pretty good. Hopefully it didn't get into any other units. When I closed, I had a manager on site and followed all instructions. They haven't closed my contact and it's been almost 3 weeks. I've called and called customer service and the store with no call back.

I cancelled online and continue getting emails to pay. I got stuck in the elevator for over 45 mins I ranged the bell many times no one came. I called front desk 3 times and told in their way. I ended up calling the fire dept directly to get me out during regular hours. Shameful the black lady isn't friendly or her customer service is bad nor dies she care.

We stored items for 3 months. We intended on needing to wash all the bedding and clothing. We have unpacked and everything is odor free. The facility is cleaner than I could have ever imagined. The staff is helpful. I would use this location again and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

The person who I got my unit from gave me the wrong number unit, so when I unloaded my car and brought everything up to what I thought was my unit, it was apparently not my unit. I had to unload everything back into my vehicle, go into the store and wait in line to get my correct storage unit, go back and load everything again and bring my stuff up. Also, when I pushed the help buttons to talk to an associate while inside the storage area, nobody answered. Wasn't happy to say the least!

Prices are ridiculous. Florence KY to Miami FL 4 x 8 trailer one way was 319, and for a 5 x 8, only 1 foot more was $150 more. Was told by rep in Florence KY a TRUCK goes from Florida to KY for what I paid for the 4 x 8.

The only issue we had this time versus other times was that when we registered online we could not automatically get the First month free promotional. In the past every time we got the first month free when we checked in at the office. However, the management has informed us that they will adjust the payment in the following month. Other than that, we have had an excellent experience at this facility! Gracias

I pay for a truck on Sunday May 8 2021 to take out my things from two storages that I had and two guys got stuck on the elevator been there for an hour without any help until we realize nobody was helping them and went to call a worker and he said that he was going to call another coworker to come but the guys were in desperte need of air and water since the emergency bottom was not working becouse no one but one went to see them since we were there taking our stuff from the first floor so they call the fire rescue who were the only ones to come and Open the elevator. No one of the staff did anything to try to help the guys on the elevator or fix the elevator after it was open. Because of that we could not take our stuff from the 4th floor when we already had the truck paid. I need someone to tell me how to proceed on this since it's not fair that I have to pay other truck to take my things from the 4th floor. When I ask the lady at the front desk if uhual could provide me with at least a van so I could take my stuff another day when the elevator it's fixed her answer was I could use the stairs which I find nonsensical. How she can pretend I will go 4 floors up and down with furniture and stuff ?.

The worst customer service from the all the employees working. Refusal to help when there was an issue that's I specifically asked about. Blatant disrespectful while speaking. Failed to mention that the gate to storage was broken and would not be able to access after hours which I specifically requested multiple times. Lied to customer multiple times. Failed to write correct information after I gave him all my info, he said it didn't matter. Terrible service, police was called

When moving in I was not given a lock or key and told they would open the unit when I returned. When attempting to move out I was told that I should've received one and a lock. I was told I'd have to pay $50 to get my things out. Horrible service and I was not able to get my belongings until my dad drive up to speak to the employee. Will not be using this company ever again and will tell others not to go here.

While removing my items from storage, I saw 2 roaches that I could not have previously had. Same roaches I saw dead in the hallway. The lady who set me up with the storage unit was extremely rude. The guys in the back near the storage were great! Always kind and helpful. They are the only reason why I'm giving 3 stars and not 1.
