You guys suck first rented my truck I had for pick up at 6:00a in Miramar then send me 30 miles away away from my location to pick one up and couldn't even get any discount for the long trip horrible part from the Miramar location for not calling me the day before for not calling me and telling me they where going to rent out my truck just horrible

Check each truck throughly, especially when renting one-way. This truck had a major water leak causing damage to personal property. An engine exhaust leak under the cab, and a major engine belt squeak at all times

Your contactless online service didn't work. When I went inside to ask where it the scanning code was your agent was rude and sent me outside. The outside agent sent me back I so I went to a different agent but he was rude too. Finally had to do everything inside. Agent wouldn't look at my Rez number on my phone and insisted on looking it up by name. The only redeeming moment was the agent that brought the truck around and then received it on return. He was very friendly and polite.

Customer service does not close work orders in time and we were questioned on a missing trailer. Now due to such, our work order shows a late return when infact was returned the same day within 3 hours. Never have any of these type of problems with other rental companies!

As stated in my comments about the pick-up location, I returned the truck with the exact amount of gas it had when I picked it up. I had a picture showing that. But because the contract said the tank was completely full, They didn't want to consider the picture and all my explanation and charged my additional $25 for the difference.

I was very disappointed with the overall experience. Despite having everything pre-arranged AND speaking to a customer service rep prior to arriving to clarify my needs, the girl at the counter did not honor the online offer for a free month of storage unit with the truck rental. So I went elsewhere for my storage unit needs. You lost money and I lost respect for your company as a whole.

One of the tires had a slow leak, which we had to stop and fill each day; also, there was a maximum speed of 75 mph that was not disclosed and which is dangerous because it makes passing difficult while trucks and larger vehicles are bearing down behind you

All the employees, I encountered were very professional. However I am still waiting a call from the owner as per customer service. Poor management. I took 2 stars for that reason. I had to drag my ass 10 miles to ask the employee behind the counter about my lost credit card & driver's license. He was courteous, went through the lost and found box twice & gave me the bad news, that they don't have my cards.

When arriving at the location to pickup the keys through self service, a maintenance man told me I could not use my assigned truck due to a mileage issue. He told me to pick another and go inside to get the keys. However, with the self service there was supposed to be keys in the box for convenience. I was inside and waited in a line. One of the ladies was behind the desk but supposedly on break. The other was very kind and helpful. However, I was given the same truck the maintenance man told me not to take. It took thirty minutes to get the truck, and I expected it to be quicker given the self service option.

Your staff is friendly and helpful, but there's so much they can do if your system is broken. My U-box was a week late and it was "out in the ether" for that week. I had to move my move and re-schedule my other container move just because of this delay.

You had only one (1) employee receiving equipment returns and dispatching equipment rentals on the afternoon of Monday, October 11. There were more than 10 customers returning trucks, vans, trailers, etc. and another group wanting to take delivery of their reserved trucks and vans. The sole employee kept fidgeting with a malfunctioning bar code on some wooden box for over 45 minutes instead of postponing that and servicing the customers as well as clearing the grounds of equipment coming in and going out. The line of cars went around the block. I got there shortly after 4:30 pm and left at 6:15 pm and he had only taken care of two customers, the guy in front of me and myself. They were to close at 7:pm, but there was a long line of vehicles waiting to be attended to. This is not acceptable.

My reservation for a van was at 16500 S. Dixie Highway for 2 PM. I had to drive 6 + miles to the location at 6701 S. Dixie Highway to rent a van because my reservation at the first location was not available. I incurred extra cost, extra time, and had to deal with a poor attitude from the employees at that location. I asked if I could rent a 10' truck, as there were 6 sitting outside and was told no. I will never use U-haul again, and will tell everyone I know about the poor experience I had.

Every other month I need to take some boxes to Fort Lauderdale. I usually do 2 trips on my car. It was my first time renting a van in order To save time. First thing, the person who handled the car to me was dirty, unkept. It was 8 AM i would kind of understand it was the case by the end of the day. Maybe is not his fault. He was polite and courteous though. I recommend you guys to give uniforms to your employees. Maybe you can have a changing room w a shower. I felt bad for the guy . The car look dirty and as I used a wipe to clean the wheel , it came out gray. The inside looked ok but not clean as well. I am. I don't have phobia to germs neither I am a picky cleaner. I have seen commercials of you guys and to be honest the pick up and drop of it the truck was an easy process but bellow what was expected. The experience as a whole, would have been better if it was clean. Plus the stirring wheel was not aligned but was ok.

Please for safety purposes Check tires. Almost lost control because one tires blow out while driving. Tske 3 hrs to someone replace that tire. The other 2 tires. I will NOT RECOMMEND KEEP RENT IT LIKE THAT. IT IS NOT SAFE ADVISE THE OTHER PLACE ALREADY

The service staff at the front counter were horrible. I did the option to do online pickup so all I needed was my key and the two staff completely ignored me another customer. We both politely said that we were there to get our keys and the counter staff did not even acknowledge our presence. When they finally did acknowledge us they were unprofessional.

I rent pick up trucks from this location on a regular basis. I have never rented one that I did not have to clean the inside of the windshield so I could see while driving at night. The trucks are never cleaned. This truck stunk like sewage passenger seat was disgusting. They tried to cover it up with a spray instead of cleaning it

Everyone was very helpful EXCEPT one gentleman. Jesus! He was extremely rude to me and a few other costumers that I noticed. The first day I came in to rent a truck he was rude I thought to myself he was maybe having a bad day, but No he was worst the second time. Almost lost my business. But the rest of the staff was so pleasant I decided to overlook his unfortunate rudeness.

The person who I got my unit from gave me the wrong number unit, so when I unloaded my car and brought everything up to what I thought was my unit, it was apparently not my unit. I had to unload everything back into my vehicle, go into the store and wait in line to get my correct storage unit, go back and load everything again and bring my stuff up. Also, when I pushed the help buttons to talk to an associate while inside the storage area, nobody answered. Wasn't happy to say the least!

Prices are ridiculous. Florence KY to Miami FL 4 x 8 trailer one way was 319, and for a 5 x 8, only 1 foot more was $150 more. Was told by rep in Florence KY a TRUCK goes from Florida to KY for what I paid for the 4 x 8.
