Staff absolutely useless and careless. Probably the most disrespectful experience and the worst memory. Will surely totally forget about this company for furniture need. I only hope this kind of experience is only happening at that location (which is apparently not the case based on what another customer was saying while being there). Good luck! you have a very long way to go if you want to be competitive in Customer Service experience.

Horrendous experience. Truck I reserved a week in advance was not available. Customer rep couldn't be less interested in helping me or anyone else. I managed to get a 26' truck, even though I reserved a 15'. The truck I did get had no working AC and the driver window crank was broken off.

The evening staff was very rude and inappropriate. I had questions about my final bill, and it seemed to irritate her . Other customers witnessed the interaction between her and I , and they were amazed how calm I remained even though I was disrespected.

I'm a Moving Helper. I do a lot of pick up truck rentals for Uboxes. This U-Haul location is the most horrible of all. The manager is a mess. She lacks organizational skills and always not in the office. The sale representative there seems like she lacks basic fundamental knowledge of relating with people. These types of people shouldn't be allow to handle day to day businesses. They're just too ghetto, and they think everyone have the same low level of understanding as them. U-Haul need to do something about this, for they're liability and bad image for such thriving entity. I rest my case!!

Really bad customer service, I places a reservation online and when I arrived to that location they didn't have the vehicle available and they charge for a dolly I never took with me.

Mice lined black trays and debris from a previous user filled the unit in which we had to clean ourselves, we were given a broom by the manager. To add insult to injury we were charged for an additional day for the truck because our items were not out even though the truck was on the property prior to the end of the contract. Had we not have to clean the unit ourselves , this would be avoided but the location said it was nothing they could do the system charged us, this is very poor services.

As I was leaving the parking lot one of the employees was blocking the exit with her personal vehicle. After several minutes waiting i had to used the vehicle horn about five time to advise the employee to move. Once the employee got out of the vehicle she confronted me in a rude manner. Very unprofessional.

The woman working that night went above and beyond to help us with our reservation. We don't recall her name but she had red hair and an injured arm in a sling. Please make sure she gets the help and support she needs because there was a line, some people were heated but she steadfast did her job and once we made it up she didn't carry over the rude customers rather she did what she could to make sure we were helped and able to complete our task. Good employees are hard to find. She is a hard worker and should be commended for that while injured ontop of it all.

Han cobrado demasiado Toll $ 6 despues $16 despues $22 hasta cuando piensan cobrar. Y esa violacion donde fue o clonaron mi tarjeta. Estan cobrando de una tarjeta que nunca uso. Me parece un abuso. El alquiler fue el 7/12/2020 y hoy 09/30/2020 todavia siguen cobrando me parece un abuso. Revisen bien pero eso no furon muchos toles en el recorrido. Solo fueron aproximadamente 40 millas, no mas y que sea $22 en toll no me parece cuando puedan comuniquese conmigo. Yo estoy dispuesto a pagar pero solo lo que consumí. Gracias

Inside truck front was dirty. Pick up was 7am. I left there almost 10am. First auto transport had a nail in the tire, second option had a broken tire brace do I had to get a third exchange. The link to take pics of the equipment kept expiring and I had to keep reminding manager to resend link for each exchange of equipment. Made me late to get home for the movers to load my truck at 830. Too much of a hassle. Plus I reserved the truck and equipment for a location next to my house and I had to drive 25 minutes to get a truck and auto transporter.

The vehicles are always dirty. The last vehicle I rented has roaches inside!!! I had to find out there were roaches because one crawled up my leg!! That is disgusting and unexpected. I was really upset about that. Something needs to be done about that.

It was really pouring down rain when I picked up the pickup truck. So I really didn't do the outside walk around to check the truck but thank God there were no dents in the truck that I was able to see once it slacked up raining. I was moving some furniture so I had the truck for about 2 hours. The truck was clean. But who ever had it before I picked up had been smoking in the truck. I'm not a smoker. With that being said uhaul should really be Stricker on fining people who smoke in their vehicles. My advice to anyone who rents any vehicle from anywhere no matter what the weather conditions are make sure you check that vehicle completely before pulling out of the facility! It could save you a ticket or jail time!

The staff should advise the customers about the time line on their rentals. I rented on the 1st and I know that is a busy day however, I was given a full 10 hours to return the vehicle. Came back the next day and rented a smaller vehicle and was given only 6 hours. The return time should be one of the items that is verbally mentioned like the price and size of the vehicle when you are handed the contract. Also I was charged for clean up on the cargo van and I know for certain that the vehicle was returned very clean. An additional $8 was charged to me after the $62. Very devious. I am disappointed in the hidden charges.

fix the gas gauge. was told the tank was full but the gauge was a quarter less so i though the gauge needle is on position for full. when i returned to fill the gas tank, the gauge needle went all the way pass "F." I end up filling more gas than when i got the truck. had a picture of the gauge before and after. when i told the people at the branch and asked to be credited for the extra gas i've put in, all they keep on saying was "you shouldn't have filled the tank all the way full"

The agents were super rude when I picked up. I had already done all the paperwork prior yet she insisted on taking my credit card info again to over charge for services I did not originally requested. She didn't tell me what she was charging me, and said I would receive the contract by email. That's when I realized what she did. The van was very dirty and it's extremely upsetting now during Covid that they are not even wiping high contact areas. I wiped everything when I got it and the wipes came out disgustingly dirty, as if the van hadn't been wiped for a while not just since the previous trip. Upon return, again, supposedly no printer, they over charged me for gas even though I returned it exactly as I received it. Awful experience all together.

I waited like 30 minutes to get my truck. Ladies are very nice but they are too slow and incompetent. Instead of both working at the same time. One was on the phone talking about facetime and iPhone issues with her friend. Besides that when it was my turn she was able to help me out in a good manner and very nicely.

I was asked if I received the truck in this condition (dirty) and I said yes, they wouldn't believe me. I said that I disputed the pictures when picking up and also took pictures. There also must have been an error in the reading of the mileage. All of a sudden it said that I drove 130 miles although I only drove 30 max. When trying to resolve the issue and clarify the mileage when picking up the truck, I was told there is nothing we can do and I was charged.

No one cared enough to mount the trailer to my car so I had to do it, without any experience, the rep told me that someone took my trailer and that there was nothing she could do so I could only take another one under my own risk and in case I got pulled over they could say it was stolen.... of course I asked her to speak to a manager because I reserved over a week ago and then something could be done... Not just disrespectful, but extremely unwilling to help... forgot to mention that one of the lights of the trailer was not working, which I noticed once I was coming back at night, so they endangered me and my belongings, which I'm seriously considering filing a lawsuit due to this extreme unprofessionality.

Horrible service by representative named Harry. He wasn't willing to assist with locating our van rental. We were advised that he was not going to look for our van and that we had to search for it's parked location and them come back to advise him which other van was blocking our rental in-order for us to leave/complete the initial pickup. The location was convenient for what I needed it for. The only thing I took issue with was the pricing, but I was in a bind and had no choice but somebody should really evaluate that fee schedule.
