I think they should have different rates on using of trucks. Because I know I paid for a 24 hour rental but had it back in like 5 hours. I'm sure they most likely rented right back out.

Many of the stores I contacted did not answer their telephone when I called. They need to answer the yelephone.

Joe K.The customer representative Jesé Babozza should try to think for himself with the motto the customer is always right. There was a discrepancy over fuel level and mileage usage. He would not listen to me that the fuel usage was incorrect from the actual reading and the reading on paper. He only quoted co policy instead of thinking that a truck traveling only 16 miles could not consume 12 gallons of gasoline. He insisted that the fuel be replaced. Because he would not listen and only follow your policy, I will never recommend your company or use it ever again.

They had to send out replacements which pushed our time frame out of whack. However I was pulling into the canopy when she was leaving and she told me how to lock it up and turn in the key. She went above and beyond a "normal" work day.

Cletus K.I rented 18 feet truck. Fuel mileage was about 8 miles to a gallon and I drove it empty. Normally, I drive 18 wheeler that weighs 37,000 pounds empty and I get better mileage than that! Truck had over 100,000 miles was piece of crap and terrible to drive. Customer service people were nice accommodative However, the lady that was receiving the truck pulled off the seal from the dolly right in front of me, ripped it off and tried to claim thatbi used the hand truck trying to charge me some $6 and said it was ripped off the way I return the truck and she wanted to charge me some six dollars for a handtruck that I didn't use Other than that experience was great. Truck was pretty crappy.

Darrin G.After hours drop off process is unclear. Having to take photographs to prove that you have returned equipment on time and then crossing your fingers and hoping that the time is properly credited is very uncomfortable. I picked up the equipment 15 minutes early and another full day was added to my contract, even though the location would be closed when it was due to be returned. This is not a good customer service approach.

The engine slips & I just got on the highway & had to get off an exit bc of low tire pressure. The windshield was filthy too. The staff that works there isn't helpful & speaks in an irritating tone! These employees are losing you business!!!!!!!! 1 out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND!
