The attendant was rude, he gave us a truck with a different plate and info then was on the paper receipt he printed us and when we notified him he said yea i know and would not print us a new receipt. When we came back to return the truck he wanted us just leave the truck, I asked for a receipt with all the correct info since he could not produce it when we picked it up, he got upset and yanked the keys out pf our hands and stomped away.Santo L.

Nothing. I was thoroughly satisfied. When the first trailer I rented was not fit for my move (ramp was too narrow), they quickly traded it for a model with better dimensions. The whole process was painless and the staff was great to work with.John D.
I told the agent that I needed the trailer for more than the allotted time so they charged me 3 extra days and said if I return the trailer early, I would get a refund at the other end. That never happened. Tanglewood told me that the Antioch agent should not have charged me because extra days are always charged by the drop off agent. So it looks like i am out $20.Greg L.

It needs to be very clearly advertised that this location DOES NOT HAVE ELEVATORS OR RAMPS. I had to pay extra to get a ground floor unit which I had not budgeted for because it is advertised that there will be elevators and carts for use.Alicia F.

I have had numerous issues from a trailer hitch & wiring and uhaul denting up my car, my wiring has never been the same to they "accidentally canceled my account while I was storing my items in a locker there and paid on time and was paid up, they also charged me for gas in a truck I borrowed after I put gas in it. We got locked inside the building 2 times which was crazy it was waaaay b4 closing hours. So I canceled my account with the Antioch uhaul and asked for a prorated return of money as I left my unit 2 weeks early.. I've called left messages and no return call. So no I'd never recommend Antioch uhaul. My wiring on My car is still not working Vito says it was my car, which I call bull crap bcuz I had zero issues until the day they installed my hitch & I picked it up day one.Jill G. | Overall Experience

The day rate on this 26' ft truck was very good compared to the competition. I also liked the simplicity of walking in and getting the truck. Return was easy as well. Too bad I'm moving because Antioch Uhaul has kind of grown on me for my moving needs.Robert D.

Buyer beware! U-Haul will let you make a reservation online and let you think that you have a storage space the size you asked for on the day you asked for it, when in reality they don’t have it available for you. I showed up on the day I was moving all of my furniture out of my house thinking I had a big storage unit to put it all in. When I arrived to get my unit I was told they only had small ones available. Small ones that wouldn’t hold all of my furniture. I ended up having y rent two small units from uhaul and another small unit from another place to stuff my furniture into. I contacted the manager as I was told to do and he just told me that I would be paying the same amount for two small units, not caring that my stuff wouldn’t fit into them. My rental unit reservation was given away to another customer. I called and confirmed my reservation with this location and they said that I was set and just to come in when I could to get the number. Yesterday I came in to move items in and the unit was gone. The only issue we had was every time we accessed our locker 1923 the alarm went off VERY LOUDLY so it took time to go to front desk where I was told it was the alarm for 1925. Yes there is one thing that could be done when the lights turn on when it is hot a certain temperature that fans turn on the same time the lights turn on to circulate the air and ventilate the hot air out because it was extremely hot taking the rest of our storage units out in February it was very miserable when we put everything in in the summertime that should be looked at and they should come some kind of an elevator or a ramp to help the poor people with these storage units that would be well well deserved other than that everybody was kind and thoughtful and thank you very much from Patricia Cockrellpatricia c. | Overall Experience

My account went delinquent over 2 years ago and I had to forfeit the unit which was unfortunate but oh well. They told me it was going to auction February of 2020 And that it was too late to pay it off.. Then 6 months later they get ahold of me telling me that I had another 6 months of rent plus delinquent fees racked up and that the unit was not sold. I told them I wasn't gonna pay over a $1000 to just send it to auction. Here we are August of 2021 they just told me they sold it for a $140 that I have to pay the difference between that and $2800. I was ready to give this facility better ratings but when I needed to access my locker I found it was locked, with a tag claiming I had not paid my monthly fee. However, I was able to provide the payment receipts to show I was in good standing once the store opened and should not have been locked out. Advanced Notification should have been made if the reserved unit (10x10, split level thats temperature controlled) was not available. That was what I had reserved. Instead I have 2x 5x10 units that are not temperature controlled and only upstairs upstairs. I went in to get an additional lock and waited for over 20 minutes and didn’t see anyone inside or someway to ring for help. Another associate should have been there vs having one person on duty on a Saturday morning which is probably a very busy day for this location. I left and came back like 30 minutes later. The roof is leaking throughout the building and was above out unit the entire time. We complained multiple times and had to have them shopvac the top of our unit at least 10 times well we were there.
