The gentleman working the desk was very rude. Before even allowing us to see the storage space he was trying to convince us to go elsewhere. He kept telling us that it would be way too small. We were able to fit everything in the space. When returning the uhual he stated that he had logged out already and I would have to park the vehicle myself. My issue is mainly with virtual check in - The virtual check in was difficult and time consuming. The process to use a reference was silly. It does nothing and is happening in real time so you are at the mercy of an agent calling to verify and the referral to answer their phone. This is after we already provided a wealth of other Information for the reservation. Seems unnecessary and should happen if necessary, should occur before pick up - not at the time of. We ended up going into the office because it was taking too long to get â€œapprovedâ€ & were told the vehicle we were assigned was not on the lot, but it was - because we saw it with our own eyes. After a bit of back and forth, the clerk realized she was wrong & we proceeded to manually check out the vehicle. She then asked for a credit card, but uhaul had already charged us for the virtual check in. She said the Pending charge would not go though on my virtual check in & we had to provide a card to her. So we did. It still went through on my card versus the card we provided in the store. Virtual check out was also a little problematic. Went through the various steps, and then the screen would freeze up. Had to fill out the info 3 times before I got through to the end.Mark M.

I was charged for equipment that was unsafe and not compliance with Texas laws for safe driving. Brake lights didnt work, was pulled over by Dallas PD for brake lights out. I called Customer Service and was redirected multiple times. Returned the vehicle and attempted to use my app but the employee insisted to check it in. There is no way of knowing if the return was properly handled. I had more gas returned than what I started with and should have been given some sort of credit for renting a faulty equipment knowing.ANDRAMONA H.

I returned the Turk but I was changed $25.00 for blankets where not been folded, first was never asked to fold and this location checked the Turk and told everything is okay. I will never recommend anyone or my self not going to go back to this location again.FARIBA N.

This location the employees really acted like they didn't want to be there or to help because they had so much other stuff to do. Side note my reservation got changed a couple of times w/o me knowing and then eventually gets booked back at the original place (here) but they gave away my 26' and gave me a 20'. Everything didn't fit and now I have to make multiple trips down the HWY in a pickup truck. I didn't receive enough miles for the trip, which i was told twice that extra miles would be put on. Then Originally I have to pickup the Uhual 20ish miles from my moving location. Gas tank was on a 1/4, just overall made for a bad day.Marcus N.

Vehicle was unsafe to be on the road. Steering and brake issues. I am a ford senior master technician. More time needs to be given to pm schedules. Steering was loose. Vehicle pulled and when I hit a bump in the road major shifting occurred in steering/suspension. I loaded truck immediately after renting and was not willing due to time scheduling to offload into another truck. Also brake assist lost app 90% after driving for 30 to 60mins. Service was great other then condition of the vehicle that I was driving for over 2000 milesTHOMAS A.

Poor experience. Always pest issues mice and snakes. No cleaning the pest up and would be in the hallways. Checking out took them over a month to do. Excellent serviceâ€¦truck cleanâ€¦but needs shocks and overall suspension check. It has 186K on it and felt worn out when drivingâ€¦might be time to replace. People at the location we're very friendly and helpful. Tia explained everything well and offered options on how to return truck. The return was seamless and thorough.
