I felt like the whole time I was moving my stuff the staff was looking and watching over me. They accuse me of having a roach fall out my coach like she was deliberately keeping watch on me while I was moving my stuff and stereotyping me. She was helpful as far as the truck rental but as far as my move I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed not sure I would use this location again this is temp.

I first had a reservation with a Penske because it was closer to where I was using the truck (even though I had always used U-Haul in the past. But I called U-Haul the day before my scheduled pick-up and found out the same size truck cost half the price. I canceled my reservation with Penske and used I-Haul. And I am so glad I decide. And the process for picking up and dropping off was so quick & easy. Also, ALL the employees were super nice and helpfu.

Please make sure that the rental contract has the correct fuel level. Our truck fuel did not match the contract. We had less in the truck than the contract said and were charged the difference even though we returned the truck with the same mileage we left the pick up location with.

Tried to double charge. Vehicle given to me not full in gas but expected o be at 7/8 full when returned? 75 bucks for 18 miles is crazy.

I had a terrible experience with my most recent U-haul. I rent u-haul’s often for work and this was by far the worst truck I have ever received. There were three major issues with truck TM-1753N: 1) The key/or ignition was faulty. This held up my moving process TREMENDOUSLY!! Every time I went to start the truck back up I had issues. One time it took about 15 minutes so get the truck to start back up. I tried several methods to starting the truck (putting my foot on the break, moving the gear, toggling the key), nothing worked. I knew that every time I turned the vehicle off I would struggle to restart it. In total this probably took away a few hours of my moving time and my schedule. When I returned the vehicle I explained to the desk clerk that the key was faulty and he admitted that he knew it got stuck, so I am really concerned as to why the truck was in rotation knowing it had problems 2) The heat did not work in the truck. By the time I finally got the truck to start back up, I was unable to warm up due to the broken heat. That was a major bummer. 3) TWO times the door on the back of the truck came open while driving. One of these times unfortunately I was on the freeway, a Good Samaritan flagged me down to let me know that it had popped open and I had to pull over on the freeway to close it. Secondly it popped open in a residential area while driving. The person following me called me as it popped open. Again, I have rented several u-hauls recently I know how to close the latch, I have never had these issues before. Needless to say after this experience I am not certain I will rent from u-haul again.

Concerning my storage unit. I have used your service multiple times at many locations, this is the first location that has ever denied my use of my free storage, which I have many with you. The store manager seems to belive that my vouchers of many are voided after 1 is used. Which is incorrect. For every one trip 26th foot, I am honored a 1 month complimentary unit upon availability. This month I used 2 and was told by the manager Dee that the others are voided even though you materials state 2 year expiration date. She said that after I use these she will not honor the others. I spoke with a representative of uhaul customer service over the telephone a couple of weeks ago about this and the representative reiterated that they are not voided until after 2 years. I want to continue services with uhaul and this location is convenient for me so I ask that the manager Dee learns your policy and will not continue to provide poor customer service to me. Here professionalism needs to be polished, Manager doesnt have to like me but I require professional service, such as properly greeting me, she makes it a habit of ignoring me when I stand at the desk, refuse to greet me and as she taking my service request is very dry and appears irritated. You have video cameras and her professional conduct needs to be reviewed.

i have been instructed that i needed to for a whole month due to the fact my storage pay date was a 3 days past my pay schedule. As well a grace period i was unaware of and im stuck to pay a whole bill for a storage i can no longer use.

Uhaul trailer was dented on one side. We put a deposit down and then the uhaul location became very hostile towards us. Even threatened to report equipment stolen even though I spoke to the manager and told him we were bringing it in to drop off. He was very rude to my husband. Will use a different location next time. Won't use names. But im sure he knows who he is. Shameful. Theres a better way to speak to and interact with customers. Its highly unlikely that a small business owner will try to steal a piece of uhaul equipment. Any equipment for that.

I was double billed. Paid $117.87 on day I rented the truck then was billed $159.30 after its return. I just caught this on my bank statement which ended up putting me in the red with my bank in turn costing me an overdraft fee.

The manager that assisted me in the morning was great however the day that I called the location to confirm my pickup and to ask them to phone the other location to let them know I'd be over there and that they needed to get my uboxes down they failed to do so. So when I reach the other location I had to wait two hours for my uboxes
