Israel took good care of me, and helped me with my first time towing a motorcycle trailer. The only thing that I think the trailers can be improved on is the surface itself. I rented it on a rainy day, which made loading and unloading the motorcycle very sketchy. Besides that, easy and smooth transaction. Thank you!

I booked the truck with the phone app to make it a contactless option. I however found that the truck assigned to me is blocked behind multiple rows of other trucks at the very end of garage. I thus ended up going through the whole process again in store and wasting half an hour in line and and then waiting more for the equipment to be delivered to the new truck.

I'm thoroughly disappointed with my experience here. To start with, I rented a dolly online which was never present in the truck. When I tried to return the truck, the automatic drop off process said I drove close to 27000 miles whereas I drove 27 miles. The name on the dropoff form was wrong too. We contacted customer service then and resolved it so we were charged only for 27miles without the dolly charge ($79.18). Later I see I was sent 2 equipment contracts in my email. They charged me an extra time. It's not even in my name and is an extra charge of $134.68. I went onsite to resolve this but they didn't have any concrete answers. They asked me to wait for 3-5 business days and call the manager is it's still not resolved. I still see that unexplained transaction and have tried called the manager atleast 10 times. Left a voicemail too. But still NO RESPONSE from them.

I paid for a dolly but discovered once I got to my move that there wasn't one. Was charged extra for gas, though I filled it over the amount in the vehicle when I picked it up.

Great service, and the mobile check in/out was super easy! However on return after hours, 3 trucks had parked in the equipment return lane and blocked the entrance, despite there being ample parking on the side of the lot. It might be nice to make clearer to people that they should not park in the equipment return lanes after hours since it can block the entrance.

Contactless pickup like Enterprise's Emerald Aisle. More reasonable fee's for not folding blankets ($25 if left unfolded while it's only $10 to rent) Option to pay for gas refill upfront.

I was overcharged, and charged twice for the same thing. I clicked that the truck wasn't clean in the return process because the outside of the truck was filthy, and I WAS CHARGED 25 DOLLARS FOR IT. Please make it more clear that when making choices, that there would be a charge.

I had reserved my rental in advanced with specific equipment. When I went for the pickup, the dolly I requested to rent was not available. This made my move difficult. Next time if the rental equipment is not available, call the customer ahead of time so he or she can make accommodations.

The trailer I rented was well used but clean and in condition mechanically. The rental rate was less than I was expecting. The staff in Belmont California are ver professional and thorough. What more could you ask for!

I have never had this horrible experience with any company in my life. Declined to give us our truck as per contract, my wife and I had the worst week of our lives since we had to settle for a smaller van and move other stuff in our cars. Customer care and on-site staff were not helpful at all as they kept pointing me to talk to different departments. If our friends and family woudnt have helped, we were prepared to keep our furniture on the streets.

the van engine light was on and apparently it was a known - it would help if the customer is notified of this earlier. . also it would've helped if the customer was provided with a detailed breakdown at the beginning. I did not expect some random GALLON charge being applied in the final receipt. This may be known to all but i was a first time customer.

There seems to be a disconnect between the booking/sales department and the location staff. I was told on the phone during reservation that I could set up additional days after my initial booking. When I got to the location I was informed otherwise. The real problem was the lack in customer service and blatantly rude staff. I was accused of not understanding what I reserved and told if I really wanted multiple days I should of reserved the truck weeks in advance. That would be fine if I was informed any of this on the sales call. The manager when on to say he was nervous to rent me the truck because he thought I wouldn't bring it back. The customer service reps all started barking at me at once when I informed them I was giving bad info the phone. Zero customer service and rude unwarranted attitudes from all staff including the manager on shift. I left feeling very disrespected.

I completed the online check in but no one was outside to complete the process. I still had to go inside and wait 20 minutes while they pulled up my order and had me swipe my credit card?? This was all done online to avert this unnecessary COVID risk!!! Frustrating as all!!!

When I complained that the elevator wasn't working in the storage facility and asked what I should do as I had big things to move your representative stated and I quote "that's your problem". I will never use UHaul and I have told that story to everyone who would listen.
