7 hours ago This location takes advantage of customers. I was moving some stuff and was in a hurry. They failed to mention that they charge after hours convenience fee if you don't check in the vehicle using your phone. my contract says that I would be returning the vehicle at 6 pm and they close at 5pm. Parked thr vehicle inside the property. They have a key drop box, and that's where I put the key. They have security cameras and they can verify everything. Still decided to charge me. And a little while ago another bogus $18 charge on my card. Eventhough I put gas. May be it's Uhaul issue. I will definitely be more careful not to trust brands that easily.

This place is so amazing, but on customer line people came in different languages understanding or we have a language barrier because of that customer service people must be pataint and slowly they speak to the clients. Unless nice place, amazing service with a good price. Thanks.

It took forever to get the van and then even longer just to drop it off. It was also pretty dirty. I've rented a lot of Uhauls in the past year or two. This location was really bad.

Get better staff they robbing customers lying about the returns of the equipment that is not nice they over charge my credit I brought back the equipment the same day and before the time. I witness a young lady wanted to beat one of the employee he was rude not professional at all what kind of business is running here treating customers disrespectful. I have a investigation on this matter these are people hard working money and lives wow we are being rob

The parking lot situation for customers needs improving, it's not easy getting in and out. The description of the cargo van was not accurate, it was much smaller than the description. The general manager that helped us was great.

Need additional persons working the counter. Additionally, there was one staff person assisting two persons and another new staff still in training taking way too long to serve the persons in line. He also needs to be trained on how to interact professionally with clients and provide a better overall customer care experience,

When I asked customer service to bring my U boxes from this location to Simi Valley they said they don’t do that but offered to hire moving company, so I had to rent a 15’ truck to pickup my stuff . Ordered pickup my stuff from U boxes 48 hours earlier, but still waited two hours for forklift guy to bring them to loading dock. At the end I had to move U boxes by myself to make space to move rented truck out. Bad experience, never again this location

I was very impressed with Amber, the lady that rented my tuck to me. While serving a very long line of people, she amazingly processed two customers at a time; along with answering the phone.

This by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I came in to simply pick up a dolly to use for a few hours well after opening hours & was waiting for over 15 minutes for the associate, Amber to finish counting the cash for the register and taking calls in the office off the side of the desks. She answered the phone while helping me and took another customers payment while I stood there waiting. When I came back a few hours to return the dolly, I walked in to a line of 5 other customers who were waiting for another associate to come out of the office. She was so rude to everyone, impatient with the computers and had a serious attitude problem. After waiting on line for 45 minutes, I asked her if there was a manager or someone else who could help. She said she was new and they "kept leaving her alone" and called for the associate, Amber to help. I had to walk away and leave the dolly with someone else outside as I could not wait any longer. This was such a terrible experience and the staffing at this location should be seriously reviewed. There is absolutely no excuse for the process to take that long

I had requested delivery on Sunday, Sept. 29. I had confirmed this on september 27. I had to call the location to find out that my ubox would not be delivered. I went to the location to rent a truck to hitch the ubox to my apartment. After two hours of waiting, I was told the forklift broke. I went to go rent a truck and a hitch the next day and it took 3 hours for the entire process. I will not be recommending this location to others.

The employees are great when the finally get around to help you. I got there at 7:30 waited for 10 mins in the showroom no one was there. Went outside in search of help, no one, I called out like 10x. Finally, another customer found an employee but he was kind of rude. He said someone was in the showroom without realizing we had been waiting already for too long. We go inside and someone else is being helped, taking forever of course. I patiently waited and was told I could check in on my phone, I ended up getting a van that was blocked in by 3 other vans, had to go back inside to sort it out. I had another blocked in vans, finally found it then went back inside for the key. Upon return there was nowhere to park the van, I parked it in an empty space but ended up having to move it 3x. I doubt a lot of this is under the control of the immediate staff but it should be a smoother process.

Unreasonably long wait times (nearly an hour) just to pick up already-reserved vehicles. Staff had no sense of urgency or familiarity with any of the equipment or pickup or dropoff process. They didn't think to tell me they had run out of dollies before finalizing my reservation. Definitely would not use this location again.

All the personnell had great customer service and ver friendly attitudes. But rhe system they are trained to use does not work. Super long line. I had a 10am appt. Got in line at 9:30am, didnt get served till 10:40am. My reservation includeda dolly, but they had given them all away, how dies that happen? Also everyone was running around conatatly asking where they keys are to the vehicles. Like i said, all employees were fantastic, i think the protocal and procedures they are taught does not work. Corporate needs to step in and show these great people a better system to work in. I was literally chaos! My anxiety rose so much not knowing if they were going to give my truck away before i got to the front of the line!

Kept us waiting for 4 hours to do a move into a storage space from a Ubox. This was understandable since I did not have an appointment, but the staff kept disappearing. One was socializing next door

Technology can often cause problems that we humans can not control... i.e security software refused to let me enter(as it was supposed to)before office official was open...But staff was awesome...
