U haul as a company has lost its service to customers care all these rules if after closing time you have to check in the equipment on your phone or it's a 20 dollars charge and having to take all the pictures customer service is terrible Uhaul as a company is over charging and and does not care about equipment very disappointed all you extra you want customers to do so you do not have to have employees in your store very lazy way of doing thing very unprofessional

Very prompt service when arrived. It took about 15 Minutes to drop off when returning the trailer due to short staffing. Overall we had no problem and would use again. Pricing is awesome!

I was moved to a different location and was not contacted to tell me this. This changed my schedule completely. Once at the Auburn store, I waited at the counter for 5-10 minutes without being helped. The truck battery went dead during the move and roadside assistance had to be called. I did not receive a discount for the down time of the vehicle.

This was the site I was suppose to return the trailer to but the original clerk had messed up the paperwork showing that the trailer was to be returned to the original place. Returning to another location was going to be high cost. Luckily the clerk at this site went out of his way to correct everything and return my cost to the original estimate on the App. Super helpful folks here saved a U-haul customer.

Parking lot is extremely small. Only a couple of non-handicapped spaces are available, making the entire experience less than it could be.

Blake is the absolute best. I've rented a 100 U-Haul trailers & trucks over the past 20 years and Blake is the best person I've come across in all the locations. Really going to miss him whenever he moves on from U-Haul.

At the least, when someone rent they could at least give you 15miles on them. Cause really I feel your miles shouldn't start until you get to your destination to start the moving, so the least they could do is give you a sime miles on them. The lady Megan was really great with getting us in and out when we came to return the truck as well.

The truck had something wrong with the fuel tank to the point that the gas had to be trickled into to the tank and took 40min to add 20 gallons of gas. This added 1 and 1/2 hours to our already very long trip.

Once I came to this location after having 1 reserved at another location and it was not there the service was excellent however the truck itself felt as though it needed a tune up

Not over charge for gas after it’s already been filled. I went 12.5 miles in total. I filled it with 2 gallons of gas. They said it was 2 more gallons short of full. That doesn’t make sense... that would mean it gets 3 miles to the gallon?

The movinghelp,com company has a company that is not legitimate. It is called J.A.K. Associates. I was not contacted by them and they never showed up for the move. Their phone number is wrong and they do not have a website. I had to find a different mover at the last minute due to this. I have been in contact with Movinghelp.com in an attempt to receive a refund. I have used this facility multiple times and I am always disappointed in the interior of the trucks. They are dirty. Please remove the previous mentioned company from your website. The guys that work at this facility are nice and they are helpful. It is a busy store.

Store was to open at 0700. However, I arrived at 0715 and no lights and door locked. At approximately 0730 a gentleman arrived to unlock the store. I was informed that someone didn't cover his shift like they had promised therefore he was late. Once inside he fussed about having to be there this day, and informed me that I better be glad the rain had slacked off because he doesn't get paid enough to help hook up a trailer in the rain. Overall, the trailer and the rental were fine, I just think some training on not making excuses and making the customer feel like you would go the extra mile to hook up a trailer even in the rain would have made things better. I was on a time schedule this day myself and had to arrive at a job with the trailer by 0900, thankfully I choose to arrive early and didn't wait until 30 minutes prior.

Van was dirty and smelled like smoke. I had to sweep out dirt from the back space and spray down with Lysol.

General manager was nice and took care of everything. Came back to get my bigger trailer I was promised and lady I dealt with was very very very rude. Would not recommend going to this location and dealing with her again at all. Had to clean out the trailer out that had trash let over after my pick up time was pushed back 4 hours!!! Very upset with U-Haul and the customer service. Will not deal with them again unless it’s an emergency

Put a notice on your website that you will not rent trailers for towing by a Ford Explorer. I didn't know until I arrived at the store to check in. I had to arrange to borrow a truck from an hour away. This fiasco cost me almost half a day.

Nothing !!! very nice people I have used Uhaul before in Opelika and the ladies there were very rude and I would not recommend that other location to anyone that has anything to do with SUN SELF STORAGE just so very very rude... But this one on U-Haul Moving & Storage of Auburn,1301 Opelika Rd,Auburn, AL 36830 the people were so so very helpful, kind and just all the way around nice people!!!!!!

I’ve rented equipment and trucks from this location several times and Sunday I was given the first truck which was very filthy and stinky in the back which was a inconvenience for me and ended up taking the truck back and got another truck which had leaves and sand all in the back of it. Neither truck was clean. I took the second truck although it wasn’t clean due to the time frame I was in. On top of that i was late turning in my rental only to have this rude guy call me demanding the truck and told me he didn’t care where I put my things bc my things was still on back of the truck that wasn’t his concern. He stated he needed the truck back bc I had messed up of a reservation for today and probably several more in which he had to transfer to another location. I ended up calling customer service to get my truck extended until Saturday. I got another call on Friday and Saturday saying my truck was extended and they needed the truck back bc it was due for reservation. I explained that customer service had extended my truck he said he didn’t see it. Another inconvenience I had to take time out and wait 20 min on hold til I got a representative who then told me my truck was extended to the 1st of March and he sent me a confirmation showing that. Also they expected the truck back on 1/4 of a tank and it was below 1/8 of a tank when I got it. I took pictures of both trucks and the mileage and gas hand showing this and I still had to end up paying full price for nasty trucks and bad customer service. I will definitely rent from somewhere else next time. No apologies or sorry for the inconvenience was even given.

Absolutely great experience. I picked up using my mobile device which was fast and Efficient. I ended up having to call and request to extend my time by an hour Because of severe rain and they did not charge me anything additional and i was so grateful for that!! I also had to book my uhaul for my next big move soon and they did it so quickly!

Please take a picture of gas gauge level before you drive rental truck. They are over charging no matter if you can't prove original gas level. I've rented U-haul truck several times before. And I never took a picture for evidence of gas gauge level before. I had a rental cargo van from this U-haul location yesterday. When I returned the vehicle, they charged 2 gal fuel charge. I told him I just filled up gas to return the vehicle with original condition. He said he is charging whatever he see. I showed him the receipt that I just filled up gas. But, he said if I don't have a picture of evidence, he will charge for fuel. I never had this kind of request from U-haul for akward situation. He finally charged for fuel even though I showed him the receipt of gas station. He also said I should contact U-haul HQ customer service if I don't like the service and over charging. Thisbis ridiculous.

Your computer system kept failing during registration, both times recently while trying to rent a trailer, making the rental process, long repeatedly entering data and photo copieing my drivers liscense. this caused me AND the other people waiting to be waited on very frestruted.

Very old truck. Fuel gage “floats” and fluctuates. Marked as 1/8 of tank in computer at pick up, salesman pulled truck out and said it was actually 1/4 tank. Drove off lot and file gage went to almost empty. Very unreliable. Brought back with more fuel than reading when I purchase, and 14 hours earlier than agreed to - no discount or compensation. Piece of crap vehicle, was constantly worried I would break down. Terrible brakes. Over charged for what I actually had.

Gas was marked higher than I got it. Cleaning fee was charged even though it had leaves in it when I picked it up. I used it to pick up a couch and drove literally 6 miles. Seems like employees are going through the motions and not using common sense to make sure the customer is right.

I usually have no problem with uhaul. Made a reservation on line, my reservation hade to be changed twice. The first location they sent me to had no trucks and was closed, which resulted in to sending me to another location which had me 2 hours behind schedule, with people waiting to help me move

Brandon Stoker waited on me when I picked up the equipment. He was friendly and loaded the hand trucks and furniture dollies in my car. However, the night staff, a man and a woman, were not friendly nor helpful. The woman was walking from around the left side of the building when I was trying to get the heavy hand truck out of my trunk. She offered no assistance. When I went in the store, neither person seemed eager to help me. The woman was lazily sitting in a chair and the man was behind the counter but was just standing there. Their behavior was a huge contrast to my morning contact with Brandon. I rated my experience based on working with Brandon.

Everything was great at the u haul pick up location and the drop off the problem was my trailer apparently leaks and my stuff got wet that I had in there for are move including the final things of my dads I had like our pictures that are not replaceable and some other items

When I booked a UBox from Vancouver to Auburn there were many logistical issues (not Auburn facility's fault!), but the Auburn facility always got me answers. They were so helpful, pleasant, informed!
