On a long holiday weekend there was only one employee to handle reservations and issues. I waited in line, at the store location, for almost an hour to be able to obtain the truck I had previously reserved in person. Also the truck I ultimately rented had multiple issues such as the drivers side door not closing properly and the brakes grinded. When I returned to the same location that day to drop the truck off there were several people in line. Rather than bother to wait for endless amount of time I left the keys with the person behind the counter. The only bright spot was the person in the morning who ultimately handled the reservation. He was gracious and patient especially given the frustration levels of people waiting to obtain their reservations. Having an additional person would have definitely sped the process up and alleviated the time crunch most of those waiting had to move without incurring additional fees and time.

The Attleboro Pleasant st. location was a bad experience. The only indication that this place was open was the sign on the front door. My fiancé and I walked in and up to the empty counter and waited 10 minutes before she went outside and around to check the parking lot and garages for any employees. I called in only to hear the phones ring in every part of the building with no answer. 20 minutes later there is a line out the door and the U-HAUL employee walks in. He might as well have been unresponsive with DNR tattooed on his face. After a 20 minute check in (line out the door) he was able to point me in the general direction of the truck I rented, thanks. (480 Pleasant st. Attleboro MA 02703 around 10:00 AM)

Agent was not attentive to waiting customers, then after a long wait he was rude when trailer lights did not work, blamed our vehicle and refused to try another trailer. Also, at first we had to get him out of a truck he was checking as we waited, totally oblivious to the fact that we were waiting inside. Very poor customer relations. We waited over 5 min after he saw us before he asked us if he could help. He was a replacement that day, we are frequent customers and hope he is not called back here!

The one staff person working was very courteous, helpful and went above and beyond to please every customer. I rate him a 5. He was working alone and had to do everythingand the place was packed with people needing assistance. Therefore, assistance was delayed to and average of 1 hr or more. Some customers got frustrated and left. The truck was very clean, however it drove rough. I would recommend this location to a friend because the staff is very helpful and courteous. Please staff that location appropriately, for it is very busy and services all surrounding town. Also service vehicles on time.

They said they would email my receipt . I have not received it as of today.The store was under staffed. several people walked out while i was waiting to pick up a reserved truck witch took an hour to get done.

VERY poor customer service. Will NEVER rent from uhaul and will NEVER refer people to uhauk ever again. Had issue and not one single person would assist in rectifying it. All i was told was "sadly there is nothing we can do for you".

Felt fuel charge was unwarranted. Went 16 miles and was charged over $7.00 for 1.8 gallons of gas and I had put approx. a gallon in ($3.00 worth). Gauge did not move while driving. So if charges are to be believed the equipment got less than 6 miles a gallon.

Trying to call Uhaul is a nightmare. I have yet to receive my refund from August and credit of 5.00 for not needing the blankets and returning them. The hold time is over an hour to try to get this
