The vehicle I reserved was not available. My reservation had been changed to another location many miles away. Very annoying. I was able to rent 2 smaller vehicles at this location but am upset that reservation was changed.

I had a certificate for around $24 I wanted to use towards my uhaul truck rental... when I dropped off the truck after use Saturday afternoon: the sales representative I spoke to on Thursday said just give the certificate # to the clerk at drop off like I did but he would not honor it towards the uhaul because It wouldn't cover the whole rental.. I was very disappointed the sales associate on the phone 2 days prior did not inform me of this then if it's true.

charles S.My wife called looking for a trailer to transport a lawn tractor. The person recommended a 4x9 trailer. The tractor was to small for the tractor deck. When I went back to the store to get a bigger size, the answer was there were no other trailers available. I held on to the trailer for a number of hours. When I dropped it off in the afternoon I saw a larger trailer parked in the same space it was in the morning. I will NEVER rent from this location again and will make sure all of my family and friends hear how I wasted my time renting from uhaul.

When I went to location, they cancelled my online order, re-entered all my information, mis-identified my truck, put in wrong trailer. Claimed they could not see my original reservation but were able to cancel it. So who knows, seems like the computer systems are a mess/disconnected. Service people were helpful, cordial.

Hayley H.I returned my trailer at 3:00 am SPOTLESS and I even put it back in the EXACT place I picked it up from. I was charged an after hour fee of $20.00. This policy was not and is NOT made clear to the customer. I suspect it's hidden in the exceptionally lengthy contract. This policy is simply a way to steal money from the consumer. I suspect the justification would be to the affect what if it was dirty, damaged or some other complete bullshit response. My actions did nothing but incur less work for your employees. My actions made your workplace a safer place..This was one piece of equipment an employee did not need to move eliminating a possible injury. I will contact my attorney general office to bring this business practice to their attention. Additionally I have contacted my local newspaper and an investigative reporter will be meeting with me. Shameful way to make a buck. You have every renters information if they drop early and there is a problem you have what you need to handle any situation.

Truck was dirty on the inside and needed to be swapped out before we took it. Steering wheel had unknown liquid that was sticky and needed to be cleaned. Severe vibration on the highway and truck was wandering. Unsafe. Many defects on the outside of the truck. Dents, scrapes etc. not impressed at all.

There was no food in our unit, but the amount of rodent droppings that I had to sweep out was disgusting. The price was much higher than anywhere else and snow/ice removal did not seem to be a priority. I would not recommend under any circumstances.

Try another location unless this is your only option. Storage unit itself was as described, and dusty, but otherwise clean. For the price of the unit though, and the overall customer service experience I would recommend going somewhere else.
