SANTINO PFriendly staff, things were smooth. Would rent again
GONG H1) Van was delivered with windshield covered with frozen snow and ice. Wipers were frozen and non operable. No snow/ice brush provided. Had to wait > 20 minutes to run defroster and then clean off the windshield with my hands. Interior cargo mat was wet. 2) The web based check in system errored out and had to restart 4 times. Very difficult to load condition pictures without the system freezing. 3) Stated mileage and fuel level were both incorrect. Was overcharged for mileage but not fuel. Had to return to the store the next day to request a refund. Credit card was refunded 4 days later.

CHRISTOPHER A- Was late due to pickup not being on time because the equipment they had was not ready and was damaged - this made me late for my next commitment and I was charged a late check-in fee there which exceeded the cost of the U-Haul rental.

QUINELL HI have rented 2 vans from here. One was brand new, the other was old and had a cracked windshield. The price was fair but there were a lot of junk fees added on. This location is convenient to 94 but it's a little hard to get in and out of the parking lot due to the nonstop flow of traffic from the roundabout.
GREG AI had to clean the steering wheel due to some sticky debris on the wheel. Other than that, the truck was very clean.

CARL JMan didn't even hook up the trailer correctly he had everything that was hooked up right but he forgot one hook. The man that put me into the computer was not very friendly at all he hardly talked to me maybe because I'm a female getting a trailer. I told him I only wanted the trailer for a day he charged me for three or four days so I would love my money back for the additional days
CINDY GUpon inspection of the trailer I found that the interior was dirty with muddy footprints. Okay if hauling junk around, but I was hauling furniture. Totally unacceptable.

JACK GTrailer was dirty inside, we had to buy a tarp to put our furniture in it. Looks as if the previous renter hauled dirt with it and left it muddy.
Michael BError was made in calculating the mileage. Customer service was helpful in resolving the error and over charge.

SHYLYNN LTo begin with, they added the "Safemove" insurance without asking. The after hours return process is a hassle. The van had damages in the door and it was difficult to open them. It also had the Park brake release handle all messed up.

WILLIAM Cwait was very, very long. information was very inaccurate initially and was a struggle but in the end it turned out. I needed it done and was able to accomplish my task but some of the experience was dreadful . I have had better experiences at other uhaul locations. It is a big store with many services but the staff is not the greatest. The person who checked me back in was great.

ROBERT AI had the worst trailer I've ever had from U-haul this time. It wouldn't go up, the blinkers wouldn't work, and the guy who was adjusting the blinkers said- "It's okay, it's daytime." He had no idea how to fix it and no idea who to ask.

GLENN AThe truck was clearly old. It had no sun visor on the driver side and the driver door seal was poor leading to a loud noise when driving causing ear pain. It met its purpose for short hauling, but, was not in average, let alone ideal condition.

These guys provided a genuine environment of ease durning what can be an excessively stressful experience.. as mine was :-) Great staff and well maintained location

My VIP CERTIFICATE is assisting the rental fees for the 1 month fee waived [Thank you much!], & my details were entered into the computer system just 11.01.2023, by Brandon, AA, MI manager, once he thoroughly explained the U-Haul error.

With about five customers in line ahead of me to begin, it took an hour to be served. There were several other Uhaul employees just standing around waiting to be told to fetch something or run errands. But only one person was at the computer processing customers on a Friday morning/afternoon. 2. The one person at the computer processing customers kept breaking away from his job to text message someone and take personal phone calls which made the wait unnecessarily even longer. After each time he finished with his cellphone, it took him a minute to figure out where he was and what he was supposed to be doing on the computer. 3. When it was my turn in line, he assigned me a unit (1127, I think). When I went out to the unit, it already had a chrome lock on it. It was already occupied. I went back inside and waited 20 minutes for him to finish with a customer. 4. When it was my turn again, he searched on the computer then told me he doesn't have any units. I told him that I had a reservation and asked how can they not have any units if I have a reservation. He then told me that they were over-sold and that since my reservation was free that I don't have a unit. My mind was absolutely blown. I told him that doesn't make any sense at all. I said that the Uhaul website offered me a free month's rental on a confirmed reservation for a unit. I told him that the Uhaul website didn't say anything about being oversold or that my reservation was pending or on standby for a unit to come available. I told him that the Uhaul website didn't say that if I accept the free month's rental that I would be put on standby instead of having a confirmed reservation for an existing unit. I told him that this was extremely bad business. 5. I asked him to cancel my reservation. He told me he already did. I have had a long-standing relationship with Uhaul at other locations around the country. This, by far, was the absolute worst. It was embarrassing. I'll let you guys do the analysis of my review and try to sort out how to resolve your own issues. Fortunately, there were other storage companies with available space on short notice without a reservation. I went with Cube Smart down the street. Their prices were reasonable, and their staff was extremely helpful. Thank you for allowing me to submit a review and report of what happened last week. Maria E | Overall ExperienceMy experience with U-Haul was horrible it was far beyond less than any expectation I would have for a company of U-Haul size we were given the wrong destination to begin with before we even left with the vehicle I called and had that corrected as well as the storage unit location corrected yet later that night when we showed up to put our items in the unit and return the truck we were not able to as the place we were sent was closed after we were told we could access to a certain time after all of this we continued to have issues with U-Haul and called them countless times three days straight and finally talk to somebody it looked at the computer fine to look at the surrounding cities to see if there was any storage available since storage was not originally set up like we were told it was

If I wrote down all of the disgusting comments he told me, I'd be typing for hours. Horrible, disgusting storage facility and when I'd tell people, who had storages elsewhere, about the price and the service, and the comments I was told, they'd laugh in shock and talk about how their storage facility manager/owner treated them like a friend with respect. Uhaul is a disgusting, disrespectful and deplorable place to rent from.
