Angel L.Almost every time that I have been in the store there is only one person working at the counter. It would be nice to be acknowledged when entering, even if to say, I will be right with you as soon as I'm done assisting this customer. The last time I was at this location to return my truck rental there were two people behind the counter, one was with a customer. I walked around the boxes since I am short so they could see me. The one who was not assisting anyone did not even acknowledge that I existed even though I was standing right in front of him. A third person walked in and finally acknowledged me but made me feel as if I was interrupting her day by asking for a printed receipt.

I have to give all my info every single time, take pics of front and back of my license and the wifi there blows so it took me over 20 minutes to check in. I stood in mine to see which was faster and i got to the counter when the photos finally uploeaded. I go "locate my truck" as directed and then it asked me for an alternate phone number to verify me??? Really I've been renting trucks at the location for years and i have 2 storage units... So of course not to many ppl answer a strange number and it took me 3 attempts to find someone and this was even with the help of the person on the cha. Guys this sucks please let me know what you're going to do to solve thist
Daryl B.The original location for my pick up had no truck for me. Woman at Uhaul I spoke with repeatedly insisted the truck was there as I stood in the empty lot. Not a great experience on the phone, but in person was slow but good.

Pamela C.I had a reservation for a truck but still had to stand in the store in line for an hour before I was able to actually pick up the truck. I have very bad knees and was in a great deal of pain having to stand there all that time. You should at least put somewhere for ppl to sit in situations like that.

Jorge M.Our first rental truck on Thursday the 28th had horrible brakes and the power steering went out. We called and was given a credit. Then when we went to pick up another truck on Sunday morning at 7:00 our truck was blocked by other vehicles and we were unable to get access to it. We had to wait 2 hours for the store to open.
Joshua H.I ordered my truck online with a hand truck. When it was my turn at the counter I was informed that there were no hand trucks available. That made my move 10 times harder in 93 degree heat. Also, the two ladies that were behind the counter were super friendly. They were under a lot of pressure because they were called in from other locations. Apparently the regular employees didn't show up for work.

Kenneth C.If a customer is utilizing the 24/7 share service in order to avoid waiting in lines, why does this location make you wait in line after you complete the online check in. I waited 30 minutes just to get the keys, it defeats the purpose of the 24/7 share. This is not the first time it has happened to me at this specific location. I asked a worker if I needed to wait in line, since the prompt on the uhaul page said “skip the line†I was told “Yes. You need to waitâ€. I will never use uhaul again.

Robert B.The crew who helped in the morning was helpful and courteous. All the info and the renting process were smooth. But I had to call and extended the hours for return and the lady who answered my call was tough and didn't offer any help. She just said you had to pay $80+ extra dollars because it's the contact and that's it. No other option. I had to extend the hours for return in the past and I have never been in a situation like that. I believe it's not correct.

Sean A.My iPhone map took me to a site across the street from the actual address. That was slightly annoying. Otherwise no issues with this drop off.
Phil K.After trying to turn-in the trailer at 4 neighborhood Uhaul locations, their web sites did not say they didn't take trailers, frustrating! Finally found a 24 hour turn-in and dropped it off with nobody there. Then was anxious that something would happen to the trailer until someone came in to check it out. I called first thing in the morning to ensure they were aware it was there and we were clear.

THOMAS C.I have rented Uhauls from this location for years and will be renting again in a few weeks but I was left with a sour taste on my last rental. I asked my son to fill up the gas to were it was when I was given the van which was a quarter of a tank but he ended up filling it to 3/4 of a tank and when I took it back and told the lady at the front and all she could say was thank you for the extra gas and nothing she can do about it. Not even a credit, I left there so soured by this cause the price of gas now is unbelievable, this was like an extra $50 out of my pocket.

gianluca a. | Overall ExperienceMoving in seemed pretty simple. But the move out process was poor. I have used u-haul for many years when I needed to move or store things. I was told on move in and out that there would be a pro rated rent for any time not used for the month. I confirmed the amount on the day we moved out, with 9 days used during that month. After 5 days, I still hadn't received any refund. I called and spoke with the manager and owner of the facility, both saying that it's not possible that I was told that. I am now being told that nothing can be done because it is a nationwide policy for no refunds and yet they are able to rent out the unit I have paid for and have no access to. I contacted corporate and initially was told that it was based on each location's discretion. The customer service representative on the phone at corporate was professional, but was unable to help on her end as the funds would have to be released from the store specifically. A few moments later being told that the policy did indeed change. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, this company's policy has now cost them my business and anyone else's that I come in contact with. This facility and staff in particular will never be recommended.
