The roof of the truck leaked a bit in the rain and my furniture and mattress was wet. I didn't end up storing those items for fear that they would just mold. The truck reeked of motel disinfectant but dangit that thing ran like a champ for over 200 miles. Not bad. I wish I wasn't charged for another rental each time I had to extend my rental since it's not like it was planned, but I guess that's fair. If you have bad luck, prepare for the quote to be wildly underestimated.Alexander W.

Each ti.e we have needed Uhaul services and made a reservation online and confirmed it. I call the location to make sure that they had my reservation, they either did not have the correct vehicle or the appliance dolly. This time the truck assigned to me did not have the amount of gas in the as stated in the contract and could not make the corrections online. Bottom line is if a customer reserves equipment do not rent it to someone else.JEFFREY A.

Regarding question.... #4 Many staff was friendly and helpful that I encountered over the past year of renting my storage, but I have run into just two that were pretty rude. #6 I wouldn't recommend it for two reasons...first, I felt that the cost was high. Also, it would have been extremely nice if there were dumpsters available to put trash in (possibly even just a recycle pile for boxes/cardboard, papers, etc.) especially since I felt that the monthly cost was high and it would be a reasonable service to provide.MONICA R. | Overall Experience

The ramp was broke (the state we got it in....before we drove off the lot). I believe I should have gotten a discount due to the inconvenience of having to unload a packed 17 ft. truck and put all of our stuff into another 17 ft. truck! Took us a couple of hours:(MONICA R.
They lost the truck after I returned it the same day . Called me 3 days later asking for there truck . Then charged me 2 weeks later for miles I didn't put on the vehicle. My only complaint is : the young guy (with glasses) need NOT to work the customer service counter or have NO CUSTOMER CONTACT. NO EXCUSES EXCEPTED. CHRIS Run the camera for yourself to see his whole demeanor and attitude. I was told there were moving carts for assistance to help with transporting items to inside units WHERE?? Truck had no gas and the light to get gas came on within a mile or so of leaving the lot. I brought this up to the workers at the location before leaving and they refused to believe it and told me that the truck had a quarter tank. This kind of service is unbelievably terrible.Timothy N.

The one day rental of this van went very well. However, denial of access to a storage room earlier in the week (which lead to the need for this van) was very stressful after months of planning. Only because of fortunate luck were we able to empty the storage room. and, consequently, need this van. I did appreciate the final settlement that the UHaul office provided.JOHN D.

Pick up was organized and efficient., but drop off was not. Trucks were lined up in the return area with no one attending them. Office was three deep line with only one employee running the store. The Regional Manager, Chris was outside cleaning the lawn mower while customers waited 30 mins for service. The General Manager Chris Millard had a bad attitude and was disrespectful in conversation. He demonstrated poor communication/customer service skills. When I asked about the grievance process he stated â€œthat complaints against him don't matterâ€ because there is no one above him who handles grievances/complaints at this location. 1. The V Odom location was swamped. Those poor girls need more help on a Saturday. I waited at least 15 minutes to simply return the 26' rental. 2. You should offer a discount off the price for returns under "X" number of hours. I picked this unit up at 8:15 and and returned it before 4pm. Yet I paid the same rate as if I kept it until Monday at 8 am. That hardly seems fair.Kimberly M.

Mobile check in was a disaster. Took over 45 min with very unclear directions. There was another customer there having the exact same issue. Uhaul did not provide furniture covers that I ordered. Some things got scratched as all I could do was find random towels to unpack. Movers were half hour late. Return time of the truck was less than 5 hours and I reserved for 6. Tierra Goodman gave poor customer service. She yelled at me and gave me attitude. I was complaining that I had to put $26 of gas in the truck in that I only went 23 miles. Key card did not work call several time about card spoke with manger did not get any results. Finally 2 days before I move out was given a card that worked . There was a nest int the storage complained about that nothing was done. I had a hard time getting into my staorage the lock was bent just one problem after another. The employees would leave the inside of the store while they had a line to the door and no one was servicing the customers. One employee answered her personal phone in the middle of helping a customer after the customer waited in line for almost an hour. I had a reservation for 1:00 I did not leave the facility until 3:40. The employees were arguing with eachother in front of the full line of customers also there was no manger on the shift.
