Water was puddled in the back of the 26’ truck I rented, had to clean it before placing anything back there. It was pouring rain, so I’m sure that’ll happen. Everything else was fine

I liked the diesel trucks better. The unleaded one I just returned had a serious lack of power. The truck was clean, the people were polite, and the move was a lot easier because of the dollies. They had my truck ready when I got there. Thanks

Their was a girl named tiara who was rude when I came to check out the uhaul she was on her cell phone in between her checking me in. She accused me of smoking weed in the uhaul and had her co worker consign. She coerced the lady to say it smelled like weed asking her “does it smell like a bag of weed or like they was smoking weed” . Very unprofessional . I can’t control what movers do in between moving items and no one smoked in the uhaul. Tiaras customer service was not appropriate she should apply for the Ohio state patrol if she is trying to take down drug users.

I frequently rent trucks from locations all around the Midwest. And have been doing so for years. This was the first time I've ever been confronted by an employee for returning a truck dirty. I don't leave trucks dirty. I've probably rented a hundred plus times over the years and have never been charged a cleaning fee. Ridiculous and disappointing.

The lady who took care of me when I got there was great...I rented the trailer for just under 2 hours to pick up a mattress and drop it off. I brought the trailer back about 6:20 and a gentleman came out and unlatched it. He asked to bill the same card and I said yes and asked if I was good and he said I was good to go. Imagine my surprise the next morning when I received my receipt in my email that said I brought it back the next morning, was charged for two days plus an after hours fee. It took 3 phone calls to get ahold of someone. Jeremy was very nice and said he would take care of it. I received a new receipt showing the $50 credit but I am still waiting for the credit on my card.

You have an app to check in, but I still had to go in store for the rental. Last time I rented a truck this was all done thru the app. This is frustrating if you keep changing the requirements.

Other then climate control or indoor units, the only think that would help is light in unit to look for items if need things after dark. Over all very nice unit and I'm sure one of the indoor/lit units may be my next choise.

Each time the U Haul personnel make up ne rules. The Gas on the contract is wrong 2 out of three times. The truck had 1/4 a tank of gas. Ridiculous. Do you really really need THREE phone numbers to rent a truck??? The business was not customer friendly.

I used the online app to speed up the checkout process. The app froze and would not let me complete the process. Because I was in the middle of the checkout, none of the staff could access my account from their computers. It took about 90 minutes for my fast checkout.

I'm not sure if it's normal practice for staff to call you about when will you be returning equipment when there is still 4 hrs before equipment is to be returned. Then lie about someone else renting said equipment when there is 3-4 other units on property. Wont use these liars again. F- rating.

THE UHAUL TRUCK DID NOT HAVE A LIGHT ON THE TRUCK TO ASSIST WITH LOADING & UNLOADING WHEN DARK. THIS CAUSED PROBLEMS IN THE RIGID WEATHER CONDITIONS ANS FOR TIME EFFICIENCY MADE IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR DEADLINE TO BE MET. I BUSTED MY A** TO GET THE JOB DONE NEDED THE TRUCK FOR. MY REFUND HAS STILL NOT BEEN ISSUED AND TIME IS ,$$$ THAT IS HOW YOU ALL MAKE YOUR MONEY SO WHY DO YOU FIND IT ACCEPTABLE TO PLAY WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE THE REASON YOU HAVE A BUSINESS. MY MONEY IS VALUABLE TO MY NEEDS NOT JUST THE CONVENIENCE OF THE ANY MERCHANT. I PAID ADDITIONAL MILEAGE AND DIDN'T HAVE THE EFFICIENCY OF A LIGHTED TRUCK NOW STILL 5 DAYS LATER WAITING ON A REFUND. NO PROMISES KEPT AN NO PROFESSIONALISM MET WITH HADLING CUSTOMERS CONCERNS ABOUT ANYTHING BUT YOU ALL CAN SWIPE THE FINANCES OFF @ THE DROP OF A DIME BUT WONT ISE THE SAME DILIGENCE TO REPLACE OR REFUND THE CUSTOMER WHEN SAID TO HONOR BROKEN PROMIES. I DO NOT RECCOMEND UHAUL BUSINESS TO ANYONE WANTING TO BE VALUED AND HANDLED AS A ASSET IN BUSINESS EQUATION

Customer service sucked. I was waiting to be taken care of while the girl behind the counter was on the phone finishing a transaction. Even while helping me she was more concerned about the phone transaction. Business 101 help the customers first then finish the transaction. The trailer I received wasn’t cleared of snow, didn’t have proper wires to connect to my truck. I made this reservation 3 day in advance and thru didn’t care to check if the equipment was ready to go.

Make sure with a daily rental customer feels that can rent for day so if a couple hours late customer feels no big deal. Need to tell customer if keep longer than what you say then will be an additional charge

I was very disappointed I had to wait well over 30 mins for service and then I had to ask due to check outside for storage auction. I feel there should have been a dedicated line for the auction so the regular customers were not impacted. This delay cost me more that an hour being late and threw the rest of the day off.

I have been given a charge that I will dispute. Charge me an after hours fee for dropping off a trailer overnight? BULLSHIT!!! This is a FRAUDULENT activity.

I am sending a separate email to public relations, but I would not use U-Haul again, and will tell people I know that are moving not to use them. We were treated poorly at BOTH locations and am completely unhappy with the whole experience.

Be more considered. I rented two vehicles in one week and the one broke down on me and they had to come out and exchange the battery which was too little for the truck I had. The dispatcher I spoke with that night gave me a reference number to let them know that my vehicle was down and I guess to compensate me for that but of course the manger there was very rude and said that the problem was the dome light and it was cold outside so that would make the truck not start. Ok my thing is stop renting your trucks when it’s cold outside if that’s the case. So I asked to speak with someone over him and he was like they are going to tell you the same thing. I wasn’t happy at all it was cold outside and I had the truck loaded and ready to go and for him to act like that I will not rent from them again I would rather go to Penske where the people greet you with a smile and respect their customers.

Every time we use U Haul at this location the people and their procedures change. Today they charged us more for gas although we only went 13 miles. We put $7.00 of gas into the vehicle and they charges us $6.00 more.The vehicle is never cleaned off and the back door is frequently frozen shut. Every employee there gives us a different story as to "company policy"

The gas gauge was incorrect. I tried to tell Jeremy and he smugly asked why we didn’t come back in and tell him. We explained they had some confusion with assigning a truck due to where it was located in the lot and with confusion we didn’t check until we drive away. I should have taken a picture for proof. A word to the wise....take pictures of all aspects of the vehicle as they will not even discuss with you the idea that they could possibly have mistaken. I believe the mileage was incorrect and the gas gauge was incorrect. The 19.95 truck cost me over $120 for 4 hours.

This was an awful experience and I will not be renting again. First the online check in app is awful. It is slow, clunky and if you go back it resets and you have to start over. Second, I got the truck when it was just below 1/4 a tank. They rounded up and said they have it to me with a quarter of a tank and I did not notice. I drove the truck 20 miles and then was told to put gas in the truck or I would be penalized, using NO common sense that I just drove 20 MILES! All I was told, is it was in your paper work and I should have told them if it was below 1/4 of a tank. I had to put 3 gallons of gas in a truck I drove 20 miles. They were very rude and unprofessional about the entire process!!! I will not be back and will do my best to inform social media of this ridiculousness!

Website says access till 10 pm on Sunday. Access is only until 5. Cost me $200 appliance sale. When I mentioned to the girl how the incorrect info was on the website, she said " I don't run the site.
