I made about six attempts to take a photo of the odometer as part of the process but the app would not allow it to happen. I had to abandon the attempt and then got charged $17 for not completing it.

Elizabeth B.Staff was nice and very friendly. I always enjoy picking up from this location…however the truck I was given was a piece of shit. It ran terribly and was falling apart. When I got it the gas was on 1/8 of a tank of gas and wouldn't go faster than 40mph without making a terrible noise. The gear selector would get stuck and would be very difficult to use. The only good thing about this specific truck was the brakes. They were phenomenal. Overall it was a 4/10 experience.

Andrew Y.I can't believe a middle age woman and customer would be expected to pickup a trailer hitch that weighs 80 lbs and hook it up to truck how can a trailer that weighs this much not have a crank lift. If I didn't have appointment with loading people I wouldn't have loaded which my back still hurts it's evident that supervision is extremely lacking unhappy customer I am 80 years old!

ROBERT F.Pick up was easy and I received help hooking up trailer. However, on return, about 3pm I was met with no help in the yard and no help disconnecting the trailer. In fact, the women made me move the trailer several times to find the right parking spot. When I ask if they had a dolly to move trailer they just laughed and did not help me!

Kevin S.The original reservation, no one was there. I was unable to get the product I reserved. I was then sent to a second u haul who at least had staff there but didn't have the right equiptment for me to use. I was then charged again for my rental even though I had paid through my reservation and I was on my way. This entire process took me almost two hours to get what I reserved and I never even got the trailer I had to use a dolly. Beyond disappointed
Rachel W.The outside storage area was never really secure. The gate never worked 3/4 of the time and the last few months was completely destroyed from someone wrecking into it. I hired a moving company to move me out and they couldn't even get to my unit because of all the wrecked Uhaul vehicles strung out everywhere. When the service manager was asked to have the vehicles moved, he refused causing a delay in the company I hired to move me from getting the job done! If it weren't for the awesome ladies of the rental/storage department going above and beyond to help get the vehicles moved, I would've incurred extra time charges from the moving company. As much as they helped, I'm still going to have to say that I will not be recommending this location to anyone.
BRYAN A. | Overall ExperienceI bought a drawtite hitch and uhaul took upon themselves to install a curt hitch,the electrical cord is inside the truck so now I have to open back door pull cord out and close hatch so now the cord hangs out backend of suv like ghetto trash.so overall opinion I would not go back,recommend,or buy any products from uhaul after this disaster install complete trash people talked in circles at this location.i wanted a specific hitch and they decided to change order without telling me and just refunded me.all I wanted was the hitch I bought

Damon M.I needed a trailer to pick up my lawnmower from Home Depot today and got online to setup a rental. Online was very convenient and fast. The lady that helped me hook up and unhook the trailer was very nice and a joy to talk to. She handled my entire experience today from counter to rental lot. I will definitely be back. She was the nicest and most helpful U-haul person I ever met and I have rented from several locations. Thank you for a great experience.

Anthony N.Well, I understand you keep your rates low by keeping your trucks with high mileage, this truck is an accident waiting to happen. Besides the fact that the interior is as clean as a 20 year old, slobs car with caked on food residue in all the cupholders and storage areas, the truck itself is in need of Maintenance and repair and actually felt unsafe to drive. I know I'm not a mechanic, it definitely needed an alignment and was constantly pulling.

Told $50 bump fee and if I don't return now get charged extra day too. I want to speak to a manager around here they are they have nasty attitude especially Ashley.

I got your truck and 2 days later came down with covid. Had truck 18 days but communicated with you. Made it to Akron and being still sick could not go further. Changed destination from Georgia to Akron and was charged $800 plus and then $1,700 plus To go 200 miles. You could give no consideration to me for uncontrollable sickness. I was raped by U-Haul. All thru pandemic I did my part but so many took advantage an we're unethical. The kid that checked me in was rude and disrespectful. Can't prove it 100% per say but was harassed by some staff and experienced gang stocking. Have pictures of cars at U-Haul were same cars following me. Was advised by attorney to move my belongings to different storage company but they are all the same. I think inside my unit was being video taped - and I am not being paranoid. Almost on every arrival, a siren would go off saying I was trust passing and enter the code and saying I was being video taped. Approached management but they were no help from beginning to end of my stay. Complained about all the cuts in the fence. 5. I came in winter. The units are old and dirty. I left it cleaner than when moved in. 6. 3 different people told me they had stuff missing. I am ocd and noticed things moved in my unit. So, between possible theft and the harassment, NO I would not recommend to someone I cared for.

Also, it would have been extremely nice if there were dumpsters available to put trash in (possibly even just a recycle pile for boxes/cardboard, papers, etc.) especially since I felt that the monthly cost was high and it would be a reasonable service to provide.

I had a reservation for 1:00 I did not leave the facility until 3:40. The employees were arguing with eachother in front of the full line of customers also there was no manger on the shift. All 3 employees abandon the inside of the store multiple times. This occurred on May 30,2020
