Tonya EI have only used this location in the several times of needing a truck rental. I appreciate the easy access and customer service. Although this trip's weather conditions prolonged the scope of rental, we were told that the office was open util 6 p.m. and then 7 p.m. but upon arrival, the posted sign indicated 5 p.m. due to weather. The app did not work properly making the return frustrating as we waded in ankle-deep freezing cold snow taking pictures from all angles of the vehicle as instructed. The customer service rep was very courteous and patient, which helped greatly. Appreciate her instructions.

Behzad KMy experience was good. Looking at my receipt it doesn't reflect the correct amount of gas I returned it with. I had almost a quarter tank more than reflected.
STEVEN MThis facility didn't put notes on my account when they spoke with me about things, so when I called customer service they didn't have anything to look at other than the ledger. Luckily I kept notes of each conversation and what had happened each time I spoke with them. If I didn't, I could have been screwed out of my stuff. I was forced to "abandon" my unit and remove my things because they messed the entire account up. Now I'm not sure if I'll have any trouble renting from Uhaul in the future. If I need storage, it won't be at this location again.
Jefferson R | Overall ExperienceThe staff were very friendly and nice, but the trailer we rented, although it looked clean a first, had grease all over the inside. We had to scrub it ourselves and buy boxes and plastic at Home Depot to keep our belongings from getting grease on them.

ISAAC GHole in top of truck allowed rain to ruined hundreds of dollars of wood furniture plus my bed frame. I liked everything about my experience very much except that I have to buy more furniture.
NATHANIEL GHad service issues when picking up the vehicle, then had service issues returning the vehicle. The colored female who is the assistant manager was the one that caused most of the issues... get poor customer service on her part.
ANTONIO MWhen I picked up the van I noticed that the one assigned to me had a low tire warning, I mentioned this to the person in charge, and they sent a technician. The person say that there was no issue, just a faulty sensor. I loaded the van and in the morning, just before I left, I noticed the tire was very low, only 17 lbs. I brought it back to the store, another tech told me that the tire had nails, and needed to be replaced. They told me that the vendor to change the tire would take 45 min. After 1 hr, I asked the manager who say he did not know when the vendor was coming, so as I was already very late I had to tell him to follow up!! After calling again the vendor told him that it would be much longer, so he finally authorized the change of a van. I took over 2 hours to get back on the road. What upset me is the fact that, besides the morning tech, no one in the office seemed to care. I had to push them to get me a solution, otherwise I would probably spend another couple of hours waiting. And, had not realized that the tire was low, I could have been in an accident.
JUAN GIt might be worth reviewing allowed mileage for interstate trips. I moved from Texas to Colorado. I was allowed 814 miles in the initial contract. i easily exceed the limit which cost me an additional 236. usd for overage -owch. This is money i could have used for odds and ends settling into my new home.

VICTORIA MPerson checking me in when I went to pickup my UHaul was cold, unfriendly and very unprofessional. I had done the online pre-check in but I still had to input stuff that I had already input then, was asked questions that I had already answered. When I had questions about something before I left they had already moved on and were talking on the phone to someone and ignored my question.
HUGH PDon't charge them for things they Decline and get charged for anyway, like they did to me.
STEPHEN JLong lines, rental app would not work, return lines confusing and employees didn't care to help at all. Had to ask 2 people where I should leave the keys. Used other Uhaul locations and they are far better in customer service.

MATTHEW KBe sure equipments are good and safe condition before they hit the road. I was issue a car trans port trailer that the hitch was broken took back I could have lost my classic car if I had not returned it i had to cancel my trip because of the delay very unhappy because I was charge fees that I don't have any idea what they are I need my refund because returned trailer immediately this is the fist time I had issues with location but this time I might have to a third party to assist me if I don't get reimburse

KINGSLEY OI asked for a dolly and did not receive it. When I returned the U-Haul they charged me for the dolly that they did not give me. On check in I checked that I did not receive my item.

DARIUS BI was over charged for mileage fees and when I contacted the office and showed proof that there was a huge mile discrepancy I was told that they would inform the manager. It has been over a week and the issue still hasn't been resolved. It is such an inconvenience to me as they still haven't refunded me. They need to do a better job in making sure data is correct before dispatching vehicles to the next person. They are not acting promptly on a mishap caused by them. Very disappointed!

Tonya EMoved out the evening of December 1, 2024. I called on December 2nd at 9:57am talked with a male he assured me that he would verify move out by checking my unit and would email confirmation. I NEVER received a email. On Tuesday December 3rd at 8:55am I called U-Haul talked with Rachel, she put me on hold and went to check the unit. She confirmed unit is empty however I had been charged storage fee for month of December. The male I had spoken with on December 2nd had NOT initiated the move out procedure to clear my account. Customer service is to follow through by handling the account properly and call or email customer back as you stated that you would do. In my case this did not occur which lead me to call back and drive 15 minutes out of my way to ensure my account was closed with zero balance. Rachel was excellent in her handling of my situation and I would like to thank her for following through and being professional both over the phone and in person.

DWAYNE Ai asked for which unit before I purchased it when I got there and got all checked in, I realized that the one they sold me wasn't enough room. I had to purchase another one So just make sure customers have the right size unit.

I called the emergency number to jo avail. I was able to use the construction cone outside to keep the doors from closing. The cops came and harassed me because the alarm went off. You need to ensure people's access code and badges work as advertised to avoid harassment from the Carrollton police dept.

Manager then was Matt V and he didn't care when the concern was brought to his attention. Swipe cards never work. For as much money as that store makes, charges for these units and as big of a company U-Haul is the technological part of the system should not feel like it's from 2001. It should be easier to check in/out. the times that the doors are going to be locked and when they will be open needs to be more clear , as well as consistent!
