I have no complaints about the location, my complaint is with the company itself. The price is crazy expensive to move your things to another state. With how the economy is going you shouldn't charge almost a thousand dollars for someone to move. I pulled a trailer with my truck I didn't use one of your trucks. I can see it if I used one of your trucks but not mine. Thank you for letting me use it but I will not use it again!

Don't over charge people's credit cards for 3Ã- the amount when they returned it on time and with the exact same amount of gas if not more. I was charged close to $250.00 dollars for 2days I will never use U-Haul again EVER! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

We picked up a truck put the key in there and drove away but then when I was packing up the truck we went to move it and found out for some reason it was the wrong key so the company said I had to go drive all way back to get another key that made me waste valuable time and then have to pay my workers extra money to stay

This staff and management at this location were AMAZING! They helped me out over and above and I arrived safely to my destination. I use U-Haul frequently and this trip I can attest to not only the team members you see everyday but also to the team behind the scenes team that maintain these vehicles and car haulers. I got cut off in heavy traffic traveling at 60mph and had to stand on the brakes with nowhere to go. The 20' truck and car hauler carrying my Corvette (!) stopped straight and never locked up. After the moron that nearly caused a wreck moved on, the people on both sides of me looked over to catch my attention. I exited shortly after and one guy followed me off. We chatted and exchanged words about how grateful we were that this equipment was so well maintained. The truck had nearly 100,000 miles so this post is about maintenance of their one-way fleet. I will be forever grateful to the team that”hooked” me up and the behind the scenes team that maintains these vehicles. That was the closest call I've had in my driving career. And the U-Haul website sourced moving team that packed the truck did their job too. No load shift on what was a very hard stop!! I will be a customer for life!

I really liked the pickup that I rented. Is there a way to get the specifications on it? I know it was a 2021 Silverado, but I'd like to know the rest (engine, trans, rear end ratio, etc). It towed the 6x12 cargo trailer nicely, the cruise control worked perfect, and the various info screens in-dash (trip 1 and 2, with mpg data, mileage range, etc) were very helpful.

I rented a truck it was very dirty on the inside it had body damage and scratches on the outside and the staff was very lazy. I have the truck for 4 hours but 45min of that was used letting the truck warm up to get the frost off the windows and taking pictures of the out side showing all the damage to it and the inside showing how dirty it was

Gary was amazingly helpful when I dropped off the trailer. He recommended that I get a different trailer hitch mount for a better fit in future tow rentals. He put together the new trailer hitch mount and ball for me and clearly explained how to use it. Excellent customer service!!!

Employees were rude when we returned the truck. We had accidentally left a cardboard box inside and rudely asked us to clean up our shit. And accidentally threw away the furniture covers in their dumpster because we forgot we rented them which I know it's our fault but the employee was rude about that also and made us dumpster dive.

Your after hours return is TERRIBLE!!!!! The site wouldn't open. After multiple tries it finally opened - doesn't mean it worked. It wouldn't upload the pictures it wanted. And then you had to start over!!!! I spent over half an hour in the dark and cold and then you charged me extra because I didn't check it in!!!!!!!!!!

Before I picked up there was damage to the right side. The gas cap was missing. The cargo lights didn't work. The gas guage was at at a quarter. I put $30 in the tank which the fuel economy said the truck got 6 mpg and I went 50 miles. That should have put tank back where it was. They said it wasn't where it was supposed to be and charged me $30 extra dollars. What a ripoff scam. My guess is they are going to say I damaged the right side, too. But I and my son took 2 sets of pictures with dates and times, so I hope they don't try to do that.. fender was missing a substantial portion of fiberglass.

The vehicle was due for an oil change at 14,000 miles…..I picked it up at 16,141 miles. I reported it immediately and was told I could take the vehicle to get the oil changed myself (because there was no one available). I made the staff aware I would be putting 850 miles on the vehicle and I was told they are aware of all their vehicle maintenance needs and I would be okay driving the vehicle. So, I drove my trip without incidents.

Hello everything was good except one thing. The old lady promised us a low level storage and that never happened. We had to end up going upstairs to a different storage unit. I dont understand why you would be promised a downstairs and then you end up upstairs.

The truck was dirty when we got it. It bounced when driving a lot! This location said it was ok to drop it off at any Uhaul location. Then I received a call stating it wasn't where it needed to be. I got charged for two extra days. I am sure hoping I receive my money back.

First of all I specifically rented a cargo van, because I was not comfortable with a box truck and I had driven one of the vans before. I was told it was changed to a box truck and I had no other choice. The truck was awful. The A/C didn't work. The knob on the handle to roll down the window was gone. The door had to be slammed to shut all the way. The gas cap was not attached. The brakes felt awful and when I did brake the steering wheel shook quite a bit. It was not a pleasant experience. However the employees at this location are always great.

I picked up the uhaul to drive across country (1000+ miles) and after the worker assured me that everything was inspected and ready to go. I walked out to the truck to find that the tires were completely bald. I specifically asked the worker about the tires before walking out to the truck and he assured me over and over again that it was thoroughly inspected. Even though it obviously wasn't.

I purchased the 24 HR access to my storage unit, yet on two separate occasions I was not able to gain access. Not only that. I chose this location due to the fact it had an additional security fence around the perimeter. For over a month the gate to this fence was left wide open due to construction. I was never notified of this or that we wouldn't have access due to construction/pouring concrete. I tried to reach the store by phone on multiple occasions, which is not possible due to the fact that I'm routed to a call center. After you wait on hold for 45 minutes the call center informs you that they know nothing about these units due to the fact that they are managed on the local level. Which it is impossible to reach them due to the fact all the calls are forwarded to a call center. In an effort to find answers I sent an email to the store with my questions about the security gate and not having access. My email was never responded to (over a 2 month period). I then receive an email and text notification from the store saying "there is an emergency with your storage unit, please contact us right away at 402-932-0440." The number was incorrect. It's is not the store number or any number for U-haul. Due to the message, I was concerned about the state of my items, especially since the number I called only ever ringed without answer. I took off work and drove to Omaha to find out what was wrong. Turns out nothing was wrong and my payment was just late. Upon arriving at the store and finding out that the store is apparently using emergency messages to trick people into coming into the store, I went over my issues. The response I received was that I must have not been doing it right because that was impossible for me to not have access. Even though the movers that I payed to move my items (for no reason since I couldn't access to my unit) also tried multiple times. I closed my account and moved my items to another location. It is a shame to see U-haul having such poor business practices, especially when they used to have such high standards.

The lady that helped me was beyond fantastic. And she legit helped me, , I wasn't sure what to do or how to proceed with some things, but she laid out my options for me and helped me figure it out and couldn't be more friendly and patient I had a great experience and will use U-Haul again.
