Worst experience to date. Online checkin took longer than physically going in. Truck was old and clunky with difficultly opening the sliding door and feeling as though the drivers door would open at anytime. The truck was on empty when picked up and photo was taken. Was told the I disputed the reading and increased the fuel in the ap. Not sure what person would do that. Frankly ridiculous that based on the mileage you cannot figure that out. Ended up having to take gas station twice (which I was charged for the mileage to add insult). Absolutely appalling customer service and terrible experience overall. I've rent from Uhaul many times over the years and never dealt with this.RYAN P.

I was charged $8 for insurance coverage, which I declined. It was clicked off on the POS machine, I asked the clerk about it and he told me to leave it, he was looking after it on his end. There was no mention of a $20 "convenience fee" for bringing the rental back after hours. I have rented from U-Haul on many occasions and if there is a new fee, this should be made clear instead of being an unpleasant surprise. If I had known about this fee, I would have returned the trailer the next day, after the 24 hours I was entitled to the rental. The service was poor and the unexpected charges were most unwelcome. The trailer was a $19.95 rental and I paid $28.00 in additional fees that were not made clear and not discussed. I am exceedingly disappointed with my experience.SEANM M.

Walk out with customer to verify amount of gas present in the rental. Told I had to bring back 1/2 tank but less than 1/2 when I got it. Travelled 14 Kms total but still put in $10 of gas. Gas needle didn't move at all. Overall happy with serviceCARMINE C.
my customer service was great upon pick up however my service at drop off was horrible she used me out of the store and claimed was refusing to leave when I never said such thing nor did I get upset at anytime. I have called customer service and spread the word around town about the location. I don't want others to be treated poorly by this girl either.....Justin H.

The inside of the cab was ok. The inside of the back of the truck smelled like maraijuana. Also the interior was cleaned out with a hose and the water had frozen which made a mini rink on the inside of the truck. Not the best for moving things inside and out.ANDREWPHILIP Z.

Personal privacy of your customers information should not be revealed in front of other customers. Find a better way to confirm their personal information without having to announce it to everyone within earshot. Verbal confirmation of telephone number and home address is a privacy issue and you owe it to your customers to respect that.LAURNA T.

I came, and had no truck nor dolly I had booked. Thankfully a truck came back as we were waiting. Than your debit credit system is absolutely bogus and you are not being clear in giving info to your paying clients. Your "total" should not be "a minimum payment of x" clients don't want a minimum total. They want the ABSOLUTE total they would be paying for a deposit. Some old lady reading it is going to be extreamly surprised suddenly her deposit shot up another $50 at the end. Just put the frigging completel total. I've moved several times with uhaul and I'm absolutely done. Epically this location. Every single time I have nothing but headaches. Trucks not avaible even tho I can book them. Like what was I ment to do had that truck not come back whole they had no other trucks avaible? Hand walk my boxes to my new place? I'm done with uhaul and uts not being cleat cut to its clients and just shitty service overall.MICHAELROSS W.

High price , bad truck condition. Truck was clean but it was hard to keep it straight on the highway due to bad axle. Transmission was terrible. I almost pulled it over on the highway when down shift got stuck and would not shift even pressing down the the gas. I usually rent truck 2 to 3 times in a year for my small business and this is my worst experience.ASIM Y.

This drop off was a disaster. Was not my scheduled drop off location. Uhaul changed and failed to advise me of the changed location Thankfully the staff here figured out the issue and took care of my drop off. Great staff.SHAUN M.

It was pretty simple and convenient experience. The only issue we had was we had reserved a dolly and for some reason they didn't have one. They replaced it with an appliance dolly but it was too big and bulky and we were really unable to use ut. Since we had reserved well in advance this was a little disappointing but otherwise it was a good experience.Jamie J.

I reserved a van on Dec 1st at 9am and chose the pick up location is 240 Bay St where is very close to my house. This makes me convenient to my move. However, uhaul changed the location a few days later when I had no other choice to go with other providers. The new pick up location is on the mountain which costs me more on the total km and gas consumption. I asked the presentative many times to keep the previous location but the only answer I received is a NO. I am so dissapointed and depressed, but I am passive and have no choice. I have to go with the change. Next time, I do not choose uhaul and also remind my networking of being careful of uhaul services.Thanh L.

Basically they gave me the key and told me which one was mine. The dome light button was broke, it was 6pm, I couldn't see a damn thing to figure anything out. I had to get the fella to show me how to turn the light on. I don't light rental vehicles at all and this type of service doesn't exactly instill and comfort in me.Bruce K.

In terms of customer service all is great. The only thing that might have to be considered is the parking during customers rental. Would be convenient and normal for customers to park into the same spot from which the rental truck/van is moved out, instead of having the parking space left empty.IVALENTIN C.
