Tried to call the location to check what type of gasoline to put in the vehicle and it took over 10 minutes to get through which indicates the staff were very busy. There should be someone on the desk answering the phone during business hours.WAYNER L.

We had the best customer service ever her. The staff were welcoming and engaging. They took the time to explain all th eprocess to us and recommended us to take more time compare to our intial reservation in case we needed it. They came and check the vehicle outside with us and explain which vehicle was ours, and how everything works. The drop in was smooth and some one from the staff was there to welcome us back. We will definitely return here and we highly recommend this location. Thanks so much for such dedicated staffs.Guy T.

I was scheduled to drop the truck a the Upper Wellington location on Saturday the 10/April at 11:30am. Due to an urgent family emergency we were not able to unload the truck early Saturday Morning. We returned the truck back to the same location at 6:pm We got $274,84 Canadian dollars total. They charged us 124,84 for 7 hours daily. This was after my wife tried to explain our emergency to the agent on the phone . As a regular customer to Uhaul, I am not agree with the discussion charging 124,84 for 7 hours late. The "share" didn't work because the location does not post their barcode anywhere. Needed to wait in line to pick up the van for quite awhile. The employee was texting other people and did not really explain anything. When I dropped off the van, because the barcode was not there, I had to wait on the phone for 30-45 minutes. I declined insurance and the employee put through that I wanted insurance. Overall, bad experience. Not going to try again.JUSTINALAN C.

If you are going to promote the self serve 24/7 checkout you should make sure it works and your clients don't have to call the bank to find out that it's your site not taking my cards... Add on top that your agent can't do anything to fix it 45 minutes later and my 5th attempt on my 5th bank card... good thing I had more than one Terriblemark F.

the check in via phone when you get back to the uhaul location does not work. i attempted multiple times and could not get your system to share my location. luckily an employee was still on the premises and try to assist and even he couldn't get it to work.. i was assured i would not get charged for not being able to navigate the application. beyond that Uhaul is a great company,Paul O.

The employee was really slow, we waited a long time while he inspected the truck upon return. He stayed outside to help someone else instead of getting another employee to help while there was a huge line up inside the store. Then he didn't know what he was doing on the computer.MIKECOSTA P.
Truck had no gas. I was told that I would be given a credit of $37 if I brought it back with a quarter tank. This meant that I had to take time to find a gas station and put gas in it first just to drive the truck, then had to bring it back with the quarter tank with cost $40. I do not see the purpose of insisting on a contact number when that person is with me. It became argumentative and redundant. Person next to the guy taking my info kept interrupting and one point I was ready to leave and told them so . Because the young girl who received me that day is not courteous. She spoke to me without respect, and it's not the first time. In addition when she had opened my file, I asked her if I could just take 5 seconds to check the numbers that were on the traillers in return 10 seconds after she had closed my file and take another client, she told me clearly she couldn't wait for me. The worst part about it was she who misled me about the size of the traillers. Telling me that the size I requested did not exist at U-haul, luckily his colleague gave me what I wanted.JOCELYNOSEE STEP G.
Rented a trailer (knew what I was doing- which I know the staff often get people who don't : ) Went perfect- pulled in, hooked up, got the details firmed out and headed out.. 10 min tops. Next morning pulled back in unhooked, talked to the guy inside and was out in like 5 min. Great work great staff- thanks!Chris W.

Properly clean and sweep the truck bed; wash the floors and doors inside the cab. There was mud, dirt, drywall, and glass in our truck; we had to clean the bed ourselves. I will say that the employee who handled our return apologized profusely and did discount our rental a bit, which was nice. I just wouldn't want anyone to get hurt cleaning glass out in the future.Lino D.

I went into this location to book my reservation about a week before the gentleman that took my information did it all wrong it was like he did not want to be bothered making the reservation he put it under my daughter's name not mine when I called on the Friday before we were taking the truck I was told that it was canceled it was an extremely frustrating situation. But the day I went the gentleman that did serve me handled everything well and apologized apologized. Which helped otherwise I never would have gone back to your locationLinda R.

Extremely unhappy. I was told me final bill was 123 and change and I had left a deposited of 125. 3 days later I get a bill for another 55 dollars and that is after I already put gas in the vehicle. I am extremely upset by this. I spoke with the gentleman who reviewed my truck and he told me what my final bill was a paid. First, the price was much higher than quoted on the website. I only used the truck for about 4 hours and it costs more than $200. Second, the interior smelled like cigarettes and the truck kept swerving - perhaps the alignment was off. Finally, the service was also not very friendly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I will look elsewhere in the future.JASON D.
