Charged me for 2 days , picked up at 1:30pm and returned the following morning at 8:30 am. And you billed it as a second day so billed me twice, so over charge by 100%. Lost confidence in company

When I picked up the vehicle I informed staff I would return the van after hours. I was informed of a new $20 service fee for after hour processing but that would not apply if I went to the WEB site or the mobile app to complete the return process. I returned the van, gas tank full, recorded the mileage and place the key in the return key slot....easy enough! When I went online, I was very disappointed to discover I could not complete the check-in without taking pictures of the gas and mileage readings. I went back to the store and it doesn't indicate this anywhere. You don't really discover this until after you drop the key in the key slot. Great way to ruin the experience!

My experience with this uhaul location has been nothing short of traumatizing and an absolute nightmare. I was charged for an accident we did not have. If there was any damage to the passenger side cap, as indicated in the report, it was there before we picked up the vehicle. I was in communication with Mike from the Upper Wellington UHaul location in Hamilton who was less than helpful. He said they would “look at the cameras” to see when the damage was done but have yet to have been contacted. I was also scammed for the fuel. We have pictures of the fuel level being exactly where it was supposed to be and we were charged 10$ for that as well. I have never had a less than perfect experience with uhaul until now. Improve your reservation ... I started with a "confirmed reservation" in May and finished up with a final reservation in Hamilton 48 hours before pickup, which added approx. 190 km to my overall travel

Charging a $20 fee for after hours drop off is kind of ridiculous. The “easy” steps to self check in are way too much work, especially after a long day of moving. All that charge does is bring the cost of the rental closer to that of your competitors, and makes me question if it is actually worth going with U-Haul.

My unit leaked water every time it rained. I was sometimes provided blankets to put in the corner to soak up water. After I vacated the unit have continuously being charged late fees and harassed.
