The folks at the location were great. The equipment was great. The website continues to be terrible. Stop trying to upsell and for heavens sake try to make it a better web application experience. Many issues, between safari, and chrome and the web interface. I imagine that most people have a lot of issues. I'm an IT professional by trade and I was so frustrated.

The staff, although in an uneasy setting, were very helpful and spot on. I have rented many trucks from Uhaul and have always been treated with respect. The only thing I could suggest would be keep your staff, pay them appropriately. They are the people who keep people like me coming back and spreading the good name of UHAUL.

I was charged a $20.00 fee for not doing a drop off return .It was 830pm when i dropped the truck off it was 930pm when i saw the text on my phone .I'm not good at things were you drop off on line.I sent a text to the text i got but wasnt good enough.

Only comment..and I can appreciate it may be difficult for the staff. But the truck really should be full of fuel when it is picked up. I had only 3/8 of a tank. I know I am only obligated to put it back to 3/8..but makes more sense to pick it up full and drop it off full. Otherwise everything was great

Needs parking for customers. You have to park on a side street across a busy street. Walking with a limp is difficult to cross a busy street.

Staff and Service prices are excellent. Just the only issue is they don’t properly maintain the vehicles and maintain cleanliness. I was finding garbage in the extra storage areas, the bed of my pickup truck had drywall pieces and dust all in it. (I had to clean it so I didn’t get the charge). Then when I was driving, the truck’s check engine light came on, So I’m not sure the general maintenance of the vehicle is a priority for uhaul.

They charge me 5 dollars for using the blankets..I haven’t opened the blanket bag.It was already open and one blanket was on the floor, when I got the truck.I discussed it with the person in charge and they told me I should inspect and report it before driving.I believe it’s their duty to inspect the truck after each use and make it ready for next customer.I used the truck for just 2 hrs.I am disappointed this time.

Vehicle had service required alarm up on display , makes you uneasy if you don't service your vehicles what else could be wrong ?? Garbage in the box / snow as well .

Clean your trucks I think I got that chines virus with sprinkle of Ebola from one of your trucks I will never rent from this location they don’t let you park where truck you are renting is go to Burlington one close to ikea they are clean and let you park at sight

Staff was friendly and efficient. Was worried about a snowstorm and they assured me the 20 foot truck would be fine, and it was.

The inside of the van (container) was clean- cleaner than I expected! I also really appreciated the extendible loading ramp. Short of providing an absolutely free service, I can't think of anything that could have been done better. Thank you for helping me.

I was very impressed with U-Haul. Clearly a lot of care went into the design of the website, the service and the equipment set-up, signage and documents. I would definitely use U-Haul the next time I have the need.

I have been renting from this location for the past two years. I rent a trailer at least once every two months. I have befriended many of the employees there. I typically return the trailer during open hours. The last time I returned was after hours But I did use my phone to check in the trailer since the employee told me that I could use the website to do so (nothing about a fee If I decide not to). At no point has any Uhaul employee informed me that In not doing so would result in a fee equivalent to 69% of the rental price. That is ridiculous. Spoke to Vito who claimed to be the manager at the location and he insisted had I read the contract, i would find it in there that there is a fee for dropping the trailer after hours. I was NEVER informed about the fee while signing the documents. In fact the individuals that wrote up the contract even had left a dolly in the back of the trailer which was of nuisance to me since I had to leave it at my house before picking up what I needed in the trailer. I thought by returning it earlier than allowable 24 hour, I would allow the Uhaul to possibly make another rental opportunity and profits instead of parking the trailer at my property unnecessarily for the total duration of 24 hours . My actions to be a good Samaritan and a responsible person unfortunately were not appreciated by the management at that location. After two years of doing business with this location, I might have to call it quits.

I have used uhaul on about 20 different occasions. Take it as good or bad- every location I have used has had an issue with my rental...UNTIL I started using the Hamilton mountain location. I have used this location at least 5 times flawlessly and I will continue to!! Great place !!

We arrived to return the truck at 5:03 on Sunday and your employees were still in the building and I was charged an after hour service fee?? Not nice. The truck was not swept out. Very dirty. I will use another location going forward.

Truck was dirty and broken glass all over inside the bed area. Then we had no license plate on truck. Staff at location just laughed at us as if it was a joke and didnt care. Not happy at all very crappy service.

It would have been nice to not have received a truck that was in an accident just a few days prior. The entire front bumper was damaged including head lights. I’ve rented many times from this location and never received damages trucks before.

my storage unit got robbed well i kept my stuff here the camera footage of the robbery was dark and blurry and there was some other problem also

My unit leaked water every time it rained. I was sometimes provided blankets to put in the corner to soak up water. After I vacated the unit have continuously being charged late fees and harassed.
