The gas mileage was incorrect and I was charged for gas that was never in the car! When i picked up the van the gas was exactly at 7/8! After returning it with the correct amount of gas i was then informed I would have to pay because the gas was not where it was when I picked up the vehicle! I informed the representative that it was at 7/8 and he responded that his boss said no it was between 7/8 and the full line! I said no it was not because if it was I would've filled it back up to that point i dont have any reason to lie about that! What he said next is what really pissed me off and i took offense to! He said well did you take a picture when you got in the car? Otherwise there's nothing we're going to do about it! I replied why should i have to take a picture if im trusting you guys to do your job right not try to rip me off! He then said i sent you a text telling you to take a picture of the gas! I said can you show me the text which of course he couldn't provide a text! The he said well we sent you the contract as well to your email! I then replied can you tell me where in the agreement does it say i need to take a picture of the gas hand before I leave which he also couldn't show me meanwhile on the phone with his boss the whole time that would never speak to me directly as an unsatisfied customer he just kept telling him to tell me it was at 7/8 over and over again and when he couldn't show me where he actually said take a picture of the gas hand he just basically said either you can go put gas in the van or we're gonna charge you period! I dont have a issue with the representative at all because he was just doing what his unprofessional boss told him to do which resulted in me spending 10$ for gas that was never in the van! I can surely say i will never use you guys again or recommend you to anybody after that experience! I definitely felt like as a customer not only did I not matter but stealing money from me wasn't a issue either!JOSEPH W.
The customer should be given a picture of the gas when you pick up the truck and not when you return it. I was charged for gasoline for the truck I returned because I parked on a incline and I told him the gauge went down when I parked the truckVIRDELL L.
Robert was excellent in his customer service and also the young man not sure of his name when we pulled up with our truck he was also very nice and polite I would definitely recommend this placeCLARISSA B.

Uhaul as a franchise is garbage and your misleading pricing along with nickel and diming customers out of money is a dubious business practice at best. That said, the uhaul truck was pretty hot fire and the representative was cool. Good guy, too bad he works for uhaul tho lmao.JOHN M.

They couldn't find my info after giving them my name & number & he argued me down saying I don't have anything here under my name & I literally begged him to just let me give him the contract number & after about 15 mins of this he finally finds my online move in storage. Unfortunately there was barely any parking. Made it difficult to come in and grab our truck. The girl who was there was incredibly nice but had to manage everything herself on a very busy Sunday. Unprofessional when I returned the truck. Charged me for extra even though I denied. Rude and unhelpful.DUSTY S.
There is almost no parking at this location and very little room to maneuver. I had to rush my preliminary inspection because there was another customer behind me waiting to leave; there was not enough room for them to pass around me. The truck that I was issued had a flat tire that needed to be replaced before I left on my move. This location did not have the capability to change it themselves, so I had to wait about an hour and a quarter for Roadside Assistance to arrive and change it. Also, the driver side door did not fit well into the frame, leaving a ~1/2" opening between door and frame when the door was closed. This made the cabin very noisy, and I'm sure I would have been freezing if I were to make this move in the winter. The owner himself was very professional and helpful.Logan H.

Drop off is fine but a bit cramped next to the roadStephen K.
I had two u haul reserves. First one scheduled to drop off thursday, 8/5/2021.second one scheduled to drop off saturday 8/5/2021 for this location.After my first usage was over I was on my way to drop off at this location when I noticed a uhaul store at plumers road. I thought may be I can drop it off here too. After i went inside the store two female employees told me that i cannot drop off in their location but i need to go drop off at 1501 jordan lane . By this point they have pulled my reservation in their computer and I assumed they want me to drop off at new location even if the system shows to drop off at 1903 sparkman drive. I really assumed all these store has a common server that they get their information from. I was wrong! Since two female from plumers road told me to go to jordan lane i got there and told the lady i am there to drop off. 1501 jordan lane and 1903 sparkman drive are less than 3 minutes apart. All i was trying to do is drop off the truck, verify gas is refilled etc. I did not have any preference! Since i arrived at 1501 jordan lane the lady told me she will take care of it. I thought nice! She told me i am good to leave. So i reminded her to check the truck and verify the gas is refilled. I didn't want uhaul or its employee coming later with a fine! She also told me she will send me a email about drop off! Fantastic! This is all thursday. I leave from jordan lane. Never saw an email from her! Now its saturday i am ready to drop off my second reservation. For no apparent preference i go to sparkman drive because thats what is in the system from my first reservation. Upon arrival Rob the u haul store person asks about my first reservation! He tells me its way past my drop off and i will be charged late fine! so I explained the situation. He suggested i go back to jordan lane and bring back the truck! I webt back to jordan lane and asked the lady who said she will take care of my drop off and email that Rob at sparkman location wants the truck. She also explains she already did â€œthatâ€ thursday! She will doâ€thatâ€again. Now i have rob at sparkman in my phone talking with this lady at jordan lane and i am in the middle of it thinking this is sloppy! After their conversation she told me I was â€œgoodâ€ to go. This time I insisted an email confirmation. Why am i going through this hassle? Is it because those two female at plumers road didn't know i cannot go to jordan lane because in the system i am scheduled to drop off at sparkman? Even though they told me to go at jordan lane the lady there didn't bother to open her system and finish the process? Is it because Rob at sparkman doesn't communicate with other u haul store about customers dropping trucks at other locations! U haul definitely needs to retrain all these people. They seem to work under one uhaul banner but not communicate with each other! I say frustrating experience ðŸ˜"Sanjaya K.

The staff was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I deducted one star because the truck I was renting wasn't ready until several minutes after my reserved pick-up time, but aside from that I have absolutely no complaints (I would have rated 4.5/5 if it had been an option). The checkout experience was nice here and the truck was in as good of condition as I could expect it to be. My only complaint is the tiny little one car and one handicap parking lot out front of this building.
