Equipment (Hammer , and metal tool) was let on top of the truck from previous renter and almost caused a huge accident On a main rd.. i has to stop traffic to get metal tool because it almost hit someone’s windshield and other car almost ran it over......once I left the rental place. I called the manager and he didn’t acknowledge what happen he was just worried about the tools for the previous customer.

The salesman were very courteous and quick with completing the transactions. I was able to pick up and drop off without any issues and it took 15 minutes or less for each transaction. I am satisfied with my experience.

Everybody need to get fire from this location. Trucks are no good it's like they got whatever was leftover. Employees needs to learn what the hell they are doing. Got a storage unit, but couldn't access it wanna blame the system. Went to check my balance had a 0 balance now I owe money. WTF!!!

My experiences are always amazing this is my third time Doing business at this location I was always treated with respect was able to get in and out in a timely matter, Renting from this location Was easy and convenient big thanks to the manager Mr. Jordan

Great service. They got us going reasonably fast. Came back early the next morning. Same thing. Quick inspection if the truck. Adjusted my final bill. On my way.

This is the second time in two years uhaul has not had my reserved truck when I went to pick it up! The first time, I reserved my truck 3-4 weeks in advance online. Got to the pickup location and they did t have it. Sent me to a different location who didn’t have one either. So I had to go to a different rental company who was a 1 hour away. I lost $300 on paying movers to sit around and wait for me to get a truck!!! Yesterday I got to my pickup location and U-Haul again, didn’t have my truck. Sent me to another location that was guaranteed to have a truck for me. Right as I pulled in, I received a call that they didn’t have a truck for me either and to go to another location. Thankfully the next location had a truck, but it was the 26 footer, and not 20 footer. Still took the truck because again, I had movers waiting for me to get a truck!!!! Uhaul failed me two years ago and was close to failing me agin this time. You need to fix your process or something. People are expecting their truck at pickup! Uhaul should actually reimburse me $300 for paying my overs to do nothing while I try to get a truck that I reserved 4 weeks in advance! But no amount of reimbursement will pay for the stress you have caused me!!!! You need to fix your system. If people don’t bring back a truck, charge them an insane amount of money. People are waiting to use the trucks on the expected pick up day. You see too lenient on people who don’t return the damn trucks. Charge them an insane amount of money and they will for sure return the trucks on time!!

This site makes it mandatory to take their auto insurance. When renting online you are give the option not to have the coverage. If I choose not to have that coverage one particular site makes you add another $45 to your bill. I think you should give the public notice then a enforce date. Not surprise someone after there rental.

This lot contains too many vehicles making pick up, drop off and general parking difficult. The interior staff was very helpful and the gentleman running the lot was great however I think all employees at this location would benefit from a lot free of clutter. By clutter I am specifically talking about U Haul vehicles.

The lights go out after 5min. and you have to walk all the way down the hallway for them to come back on, some of us have 24 hour excess as long as there is movement lights should stay on.

When the rent went up they said they mailed out a letter I never recieved a letter. I got emails for everything else even this rating. I had to pay more An didn’t know why or that they went up.
