Need additional sales staff at busy times. I returned the truck late in the afternoon and there was only one person at the counter. That person left to hook up a trailer and while he was gone the line grew from two people to ten people.

We dropped off the truck full of gas as we have always had to do that. We were told we would not be refunded for any fuel, however no one was there at check in to tell us to only bring it in with as much gas as it had. So, not wanting to get charged $9.99 per gallon of fuel and following the rules we have always followed we brought it in full. We drove 58 miles and paid over $100 for gas when we should have only put $15 in had we been well informed. Again, not the best experience.

I don't want to have to spend an hour extra of my time and pay for extra gas to take a truck to a different location 20 miles away from the place I rented the truck. It was inconvenient and expensive for me to do that. I wanted to take it back to the place I rented. MAKING THE RENTER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REALLOCATION OF TRUCKS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Access for getting into the Service Center is a bit difficult. Heavy traffic and traffic light stop signals make for a long line. It was a bit difficult to figure out exactly where to go in and where to park the truck.

I phoned ahead to reserve a 10-foot truck and had a family member drop me off. Through no fault of their own, the U-Haul computer system was having major issues and I patiently waited in line for 20 minutes as the folks behind the counter struggled with customers in front of me. Once I got to the counter the computers failed completely and they tried to help me offline. It was obviously to me that the person helping was unfamiliar with the computer and she confirmed that saying she usually works on the lot. After another 30 minutes of her struggling with the system and asking co-workers for help, is asked if cash would make the process easier. She said yes and told me there was an ATM about a half mile away. I walked down, got the cash, walked back and completed the transaction. None of this was anyone’s fault. My issue is that my clerk was completely inexperienced and in way over her head, and I wasn’t offered any kind of discount for my trouble. Just would have been nice if they had offered.

I dropped by to rent a van for a few hours after I bought a couch. Van was available and check out only took about 10 minutes. Drop off took a bit longer probably due to the holiday weekend. I’ve rented from this location numerous times and am very happy with the selection and service.

I was going to pickup the Uhaul at this location (1050 NW 5th St, Corvallis, OR 97330) but they said they didn't have any. I was upset because I reserved it in advanced. I really want to thank your location because everything was fast and easy. I got extra days because of the mix up even I didn't need the extra days. You guys even let me return it early. Thank you guys so much. It made moving so easy and hassle free!

I was supposed to pick it up at 2 then was called and said other customer wasn't bringing it back til 3, put a real damper on my day since it was later and made it worse for moving. I had people helping and had to keep putting them off and took up their day. The staff at this location is excellent though. Plus everytime I have went in there I have to wait in line for almost 20 minutes. I would think they would have more people working the counters on the busy times.

I had made my U-Haul moving truck reservation at the neighborhood location near Keizer, OR that was the most convenient for me. However, someone called the day before pickup from the Salem corporate office and said that they had changed my reservation over to the Silverton Road location. The reason stated was that my desired location could not rent trucks for in-town round-trips. I called my Keizer location and they said there would have been no problem in renting the truck I wanted in Keizer for an in-town round trip, but that sometimes the Salem office simply did not want customers going to locations other than Silverton Road. So, I had to accept this decision by U-Haul corporate to go to a less desirable, less convenient location. Too bad Salem corporate would not provide complete customer satisfaction.

Web site confusing. Website did not accurately transfer data to the U haul pick up site. Poorly staffed, unorganized and very long wait to get vehicle. And had to redo paperwork. Terrible! Get ready to wait....a lot. There is always a line and sometimes only one person working at the front. Even if they have more people, the computer system must be antiquated because it takes FOREVER. None of the computer systems for this company are up to date as the reservations you make in advance are often unavailable and change. It simply shouldn’t be this hard, but they are close by so I use them knowing I’ll get frustrated.

When you pick up your Uhaul and need to leave a vehicle for the day, there is no real parking for left vehicles. I parked in gravel between a dumpster and a shed along with other cars that were just randomly parked to. Was thankful nothing happened to my car while it was there for the day but was stressed about it the whole time.

On a weekend, there were only two people working the counter. There was a line the entire time I was there. I even reserved a van in advance, and I still had to stand in line for 40 minutes. Everyone in line was really irritated. The van itself was fine. No issues with that.

I had a pick up at 10. I got there a half an hour early. There were eight people in line and only two people working. By the time I got to the counter there were at least 15 people behind me. The truck worked well and was clean. The only thing is it was stuck in tow haul so it shifted funny. I couldn't get the app to work on check in so I just dropped the key in the slot. I could not view the invoice you sent. Got to say it was super cheap though!

I waited a long time to get checked in. The 2 guys working were very busy. I was frustrated and ended up frustrating the one guy who was checking me in and then he was kind of a jerk. But he ended up giving me a little extra time on my 4-hr window. The online check in is a good idea. When I finally realized I could skip the line and pick up my truck myself, it wasn’t so easy. The system asked me to take a picture of my ID, twice. Then it asked for a secondary proof of existence. Totally unnecessary and made the whole experience worse.
