Customer service representative had a horrible attitude. Then I was overcharged……TWICE. Nobody will answer the phone of course. So now I have to take my precious time off and go up there and get this fixed. Then I go and drop the truck off and I'm expected to wait while this same representative puts in a propane tank. I don't have time for that either. I stormed out of the rental and left…..but before I could leave she yells across the parking lot asking me if I refilled the gas tank and the needle didn't move. I was gone a little over an hour. I slammed my car door and left. I suggest friendly staff and more staff because people's time and money is precious. The truck itself was just fine. I won't come back.

The equipment was great and worked well. The fact that I got charged for another day for returning at night after hours when you couldn't possibly rent the trailer to anyone else is not so good.

I just know that rotate shift in gear button on dash is screwed up almost did,nt make it outa the lot reverse to drive and it would brake put in park pushed brake then turned it to d and move forward brake got to where I was going and had a time to get it gioing in drive its a mess and one no one whants get rid of this problem child please

With your Brand new location at 141 and 37, I would hope you pull your trucks out of GoLo location and save your customers a horrible experience. I also had a storage locker at the pleasant street location and was moving out of it. Which was the reason for this rental from GoLo. I had to drop keys off at the new location at 141st and it was very nice. Staff was awesome

Very bad experience. I reserved a 15ft truck a week ago. On the day I arrived, I was given a 10 ft truck. Since I was moving, I had to make 2 extra trips with the smaller truck...thus being overcharged for mileage. I won't go back there again.

Make sure the fuel Ievel indicated on the contract is accurate. I submitted photos prior to leaving showing 5/8 th as opposed to the 3/4th shown o. The contract and I did not receive any feedback acknowledging the correction.

I've rented uhauls before from different locations. First time here, staff was nice and informative. That 10ft truck tho...Took at least 5 minutes to start the truck everytime because it's not the original key. CEL came on while driving. 0% oil life. Right side tires 10psi less than left side. Inside the truck was fine and like I said, staff was nice. Just need to maintain their equipment if you're loaning it out.

Do not use the 24/7, I used the 24/7 and I had trouble getting the key and then the truck would not start. and It was 5:30 pm on a Sunday my reservation time. I was not happy, but Josh made it alright for me Monday morning.. Thank you Josh

Never received my receipt. Told me that they would email me one but never received one yet. The vehicle was terrible. The key was hard to use. Sounded like the vehicle was gonna break down. I was not satisfied with this rental at all compared to the previous times I've rented.

Correct fuel charges. Was charged an extra $20 for fuel and just put gas in back to where it was when I got it 2 mins prior. Maybe a glitch in system or my fault for not confirming the amount of fuel at start of rental if it was incorrect.

I tried to reschedule my pick up time via phone and the lady who answered kept placing me on hold multiple times which forced me to go down to the location. There was a issue with a customer and a line started to form. The employeee who wasnt assisting any customers, Owen, acted like he couldn't help the lady clear out the other customers. When I asked him for service he told me he was working on a car, as If he couldn't go back to working on the car after the line cleared out. Very stressful and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this location to anybody.

I originally waited for a very long time on hold with uhaul customer service, was given the number for the scheduling personnel, set up a drop off location with them that I was unable to set up online. Day of pick up, I'm told that my drop off location is not in the system. Woman working at Indy location did not offer any help, only said to call customer service when I'm ready to drop it off and get it set up, she had no knowledge of a scheduling number. Called to set up drop off later that day after calling to get scheduling number, scheduling office was closed. Called the next morning, was told I would be sent a text with instructions to drop off in Greencastle, never received the text. Had to call back, waited on hold, then finally was sent the text with the correct location.

The truck had a large cardboard piece in the windshield that was difficult to maneuver and had no where to dispose of it. The truck did not have the correct dolly I paid for. I needed a regular dolly and was given a appliance dolly which could not be used. My move took longer due to not have a dolly. Also, I was supposed to be picking up my truck at the downtown location. It was scheduled two weeks in advance. I got an email the day prior that the location was changed so I had to plan a ride to go out of my way to get the truck and lost moving time.

Please be more customer oriented. Be more concerned about the customer. Ask them if they have any questions. Ask them if they need any supplies of any kind just in case they didn't request any online while making their reservation.

There seems to be some disconnect between u-haul online and u-haul in store. I reserved an interior u-haul storage with this location and online stated that storage access is until 10 in the evening. I arrived at 6:40 in the evening and was told that I could not move in because they were about to close. I was confused, but the representative explained the situation (this is a u-haul online vs. u-haul in store problem) and I was like ok. I was not upset at the representative but I was upset with U-haul because I was misinformed and extremely inconvenienced because I had traveled one way from out of town and had help at the time. Long story short, I had to cancel the u-haul storage because the next day, another u-haul representative also included the fact that there is NO elevator to move in and the storage is located on the 2nd floor and my help was no longer available. Probably will avoid dealing with u-haul storage in the future. First bad experience with u-haul.

It was OK but it was not Covid clean there was no Ventilation when you have to go inside of your storage unit there’s 100 other storage units in there so it makes it easy to get Covid there needs to be a ventilation system inside of those storage units when you have to walk in with other people in there with no mask
