I pulled up and waiting in the truck at least 10 minutes before the guy came out. And I asked was I done he said yea he would check me in but He thought the other lady had did it. I told him no. I dropped truck off at 5:15. At 6 pm I still had no receipt emailed. I called customer service and they stated the truck had not yet been checked in. Approximately 6:45 a rep from location called asking for my debit card over the phone and that the system did not save it when I rented the truck out !!! This has been just tacky service all around. On top of all this, the truck I had was bouncing all across the road and would not stay in lane !! Is this the crap U-HAUL normally give out ??

I was over charged I ask to speak with a higher up and was giving a local number still waiting on Josh to call back. Conversation was misleading I made a reservation over the phone the ask if I needed more time I said probably not he insisted I returned everything on time and was charged a fee. Unbelievable

My only complaint has to do with the equipment return process. My credit card was charged for the extra miles I drove (over the estimate) without giving me the opportunity to review the final charges first. In fact, I wasn't even told when my transaction was complete. After returning the equipment I went into the office to settle up my account, only to find out my transaction was already complete, my credit card had been charged, and I was free to leave. No one told me this was the procedure. I was never asked to confirm the final bill before I was charged.

Truck was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Employees were nice but couldn't help when I was overcharged on gas even though I filled up the tank.

Normally I go to a different location but they didn’t have the equipment that I wanted available so I chose this location since it was close. The staff were really helpful. I used the self check in since I was returning the equipment after hours. It was easy and convenient

The damage on the truck was not recorded so we had to have the customer service rep come out and mark the damage. This delayed our departure by 17 min. The inside of the vehicle had cleaner spilled all the drivers side floor. The person working was just upset because it was cold and she had to work.

Make the website better, right now it is cumbersome, and when you go to the site, much has to be repeated, like paying with a credit card. It doesn't help the customer or the employees.

Gas gauge was on empty when I picked up the UHaul in Indianapolis. When I returned it to Hubcap Annie's at 4:30 pm that smart day, the business was closed even though posted hours state they're open until 5:00 pm. I was told in Indianapolis that I would be reimbursed $28 for the inconveniences of the empty gas tank, but since Hubcap Annie's closed early, that didn't happen.

When you place a order for a toe bar, it should be ready for you. Mine wasn’t and this was very unprofessional. We needed that vehicle down here in Tn. Might figure out when we move rest of house to use another company that get your order correct and not half assed.

The lady at the front desk was very rude when I called to confirm my pick up, assuming it was the same lady the next morning that was also rude. She kept making uncalled for smart remarks. When I got my truck it had less than half a tank of gas. It was parked in the back of the parking lot, hardly having any room to get out.

First trailer tire was flat and door difficult to open had to request new trailer and initial response was had to make sure it wasnt reserved. Got new trailer but pulling it was difficult. Theres entirely too much space between the trailer and vehicle. Trailer swayed making it difficult to pull and back up.

The truck was wet from the rain, understandable, however, I was hauling a bed with mattresses and box springs, which I didn't want it wet, nor dirty. The $19.95 is deceiving, from the overall charges after mileage. There were also grounded rocks and dirt in the back of the truck.. Overall it served the purpose. Thank you, Avis

The self check-in wasn't as great as I expected. The directions to find the key were not very helpful and I was late to my appointment.

Did not like the gas being so low that I had to stop before I started to move and did not like the computer part of it on my ph.. mine did not work and it took more time up on top of no gas!!!! But I will say I like the girl Erica that helped me .. very very nice, professional and tried to explain on how to do everything! I do not want to let that get unnoticed! She is a hard worker she was hard at work when I came in to get my uhaul on Saturday... couldn’t get the uhaul on Saturday so had to get it on Sunday and she was hard at work on sun! Awesome woman!! Very pleasant!

I had an horrible experience with this location. I got into a shouting match with one of the csr's and though the manager on site apologized for her unprofessional rudeness I will not utilize this location again.

Well Saturday we were supposed to move we had a reservation for a truck but when we got there they said uhaul was having online trouble and we didn’t have a truck. We were sent to this location for uhaul to wait on a truck. We waited 2 hours the truck we reserved never showed up so we had to get one on Sunday. I was never informed there would be an extra $20.00 charge for returning the truck after 5. Just overall very upset with uhaul.

The customer service representatives at the desk at this location were very rude and unprofessional. Eye rolling, talking and being on personal cell phone, and eating chips then getting my phone greasy were some of the things I encountered this location.

I've had a storage unit there for over a year. In the beginning a billing error was never corrected. I tried on several occasions to get the money I was owned. It never happened.
