ALFRED E.The gas hand was broke and the truck said 47 miles to empty. Hit the rep still tried to tell me it was on a quarter of a tank. You can't be on a quarter tank and be under 50 miles til E. I received no assistance for that inconvenience

I received an email that a check was mailed to me, which I did not agree to and it was mailed to my previous address not my new address. I emailed the store twice and have yet to receive a response. I could really use some assistance with this issue.

The drivers door of the truck was damaged and popped loudly when opening and closing.we reserved a 15 ft. truck and they put us in a 17 ft. truck for the same price but it's fuel consumtion was terrible.

Michael W.Not sure whose fault it is, but neither my reserved and confirmed truck nor trailer were available. I had to use my own truck to pull a MUCH smaller trailer. It took 3 loads instead of 1. Customer service at location was very apologetic though. I think it was Uhaul's brokedick computer system that led to error.

The staff was very friendly and took care of me even though I did not have a reservation. She trusted me to have the van back to the office for another customer who had a pickup and reservation time of 1:00. Trust goes a long way in doing business.

Marsadies Y.The truck was very clean on the inside, but the truck drove horribly. Pulls very hard to the left. Trans seemed to be slipping. And I was charged almost three times as much as the quote that was given. A VERY difficult time getting someone on the phone to discuss things. The waiting line when I got there was almost an hour wait. The app they want you to use for drop off doesn't work well. It would let me share my location. And I have a brand new iPhone 13 pro. It wasn't my phone.

RALPH D.The staff here seemed pretty unfamiliar with the fact that I could check in and out with the app. I checked out with the app when I returned the van but they made me wait for them to inspect and clean the van anyways. One staff was just standing around on his phone and we had to wait for him to decide to start checking the vehicle back in which was frustrating.
Amanda C.My issue is not with Uhaul located on 2701 N. Shadland Rd. My issue is with Uhaul located on N. Michigan Rd. I have reserved a truck with Uhaul twice within the last 30 days and on both occasions, the truck was unavailable. Most recently I was then sent to pick up a truck 20 miles away.

But the online system allowed their trucks to be double-booked (which has nothing to do with the location!) but the staff in the store bent over backwards to see that we still got a truck. I really appreciated them, but Uhaul the company needs to put some work into their booking system.

Alyson H.It was in the middle of the afternoon, and there was staff walking all around me when I dropped off the Uhaul. I waited in the truck for a Uhaul representative like the 24"x12" sign stated. Eventually, I just did the self-return through the website. I would have happily if anyone had just said I was good to do the self-return or told me they were busy and suggested using self-return. It honestly wasn't a big deal except for the fact that 2-3 people were walking around me sitting in the truck at the return awning and was completely ignored.
