Was in and out in less than five minutes.David R.
There were 2 issues. #! I Was charged an $95.25 miscellaneous damage charge for the truck by Employee Khirstin Ashley. After I explained to the General Manager Michael Daniels that there was no damage to the truck done by me and that i wanted to be refunded that amount, he really did not care and explained to me that today was his off day and his kids were waiting on him. I asked Mr Daniels multiple times to correct the issue and he simply told me that he was leaving. The real reason that I was charged is because of where I parked the vehicle and trailer. I overheard Khirsten Ashely tell another young lady that she was going to charge me the damage fee because i refuse to move the vehicle after i had already moved the vehicle to 3 separate locations by 3 separate people and I wasn't moving it again. It is very clear that the operation over their functions poorly and has very poor leadership/direction. I would like that damage fee of $95.25 to be refunded to me immediately. Issue #2 When I picked up the truck on Friday !2/3/21 that evening there were employees hanging out in the back shop area of that location.I could smell Marijuana/ Weed odor as soon as I stepped out my car and the U-Haul vehicle also reeked of Marijuana/ weed odor. So it was obvious that they were smoking in the truck while at work. This is another sign of poor leadership/management. The atmosphere at that location was very immature and unprofessional as a place of business. I was a little disappointed because I reserved a utility van 2 weeks early to my rental date, and was told the day of that they didn't have any available. We were actually preparing to feed the homeless for Thanksgiving and the van would be perfect not bouncing the food to much. The sales person was super nice. She gave us a 10' foot truck with the same .59c/ a mile and even though it wasn't what I wanted, it worked out. Everything was fine, even the return system and the cost overall. Just make sure you don't give away rentals that's already reserved.RYAN F.

Service at the rental was poor I called the one 800 number trying to get help because I was unable to use the car hauler stayed on the phone hour and a half with no resolution call the store location and they referred me back to the one 800 number ended up dragging an empty car hauler to Houston Texas with no car on itARVID B.
The GM was very helpful and nice. Nice to be greeted as soon as you walk through the door. I had Trouble finding my truck and Michael walked me out to the truck and explained how to use the phone for checking the equipment and over night return, he went as far as to help me look for damage on the truck. When I returned the process was easy and quick. The staff was very nice and make you feel welcomed during your time of need. I would use this uhaul again over all the others.JUNEETA B.

It would nice that staff would take or personal direct rentors to rented truck. Instead i was told look at contract and go outside and look for truck with that number. I was also told a complimentary dolly would be in truck. There was not a dolly.JEROME G.

From our reservation being changed with no notification to less than helpful staff and management not showing up to open their stores, this experience was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Unfortunately this isn't my first terrible experience using your services but I had a glimmer of hope that some how your company would show a shred of competency however that was not the case. There seems to be no accountability for franchise owners nor the desire to be helpful when something is wrong on your end. The only redeeming factor for my experience today was a kind employee by the name of Robert Jones who was sympathetic to our plight and understood that we were screwed over because of your bureaucratic and unforgiving systems. Moving companies tend to be a bit more expensive but I would rather spend money than waste another moment hoping your company will change or take responsibility.Andrea T.

My pick-up was scheduled for 6:30am and it was until I was about to go that it told me I couldn't pick-up until 7am, but still requires return by 10:30. Check engine light was on in vehicle.
