I went on line and reserved a trailer. I was given an address to pick up trailer which was close to my zip. When I arrived, the U-Haul manager said I had to go to the main U-Haul office which was 20 minutes away. Once i got there I asked the general manager why I went thru all this. He replied, "I don't know". Well who would know how to remedy this? I dunno call corporate office. How does a GM not know his job. He had no empathy for what I just went thru. I had the GM! Wow what a lame excuse for a supervisor. Please fix this issue or at least train your GM on how to remedy the situation. GraciasJOSE L.
After reserving everything online,I get to the store, no one else in front of me, yet it still took 1 hour dealing with errors, the clerk was incompetent, and I was forced to travel to another uhaul location to get the dolly i reserved. There was no apology or empathy.Joel G.

The truck was pretty dirty when I got it and used tissues/ napkins in the door. It's like they didn't even attempt to clean before the next person. Plus they would try to charge me for that.William S.

I requested a dolly and they should of called to inform me there wasn't any so I can go to a different location. Also I didn't even put in I wanted to use some blankets! Yet I was charged. I got my money back but still it was an hassle. Never coming to this uhaul again!CRISTIAN V.
A few minor issues.... driver's door hinge sounds like it's about to fall off, grinds when opening.... seatbelt doesn't lock, comes off while driving, then if you can get it to stay it's almost impossible to release....panel under the steering wheel fell off into my lap while driving and couldn't be reattached. I had items in the Uhaul facility for about nine months. I got behind on my payments. I went to talk to the management. They gave me a payoff amount and said that when I pay this, my debt is paid. Months later, I received a notice saying that I still owed money. I went to talk to them, and the manager agreed that I was now in debt to Uhaul again. He said it was because I left a dresser in the unit. I told him that I did not have a vehicle large enough to remove the dresser. Also, when I paid my debt and was told I was clear, the manager at that time DID NOT say I had to remove every single item. I only left one item, the dresser. Now, the manager has put a lean against my name. This is wrong. I was told that I was in the clear. I do not feel I should have to pay this money when we signed saying I was out of debt.Cynthia N. | Overall Experience
The truck I was given was hard to drive, it felt like the brake was on - I checked and it wasn't or the truck was not shifting into right gear. Of course, it was automatic and it was very loud - it say at my soy 2 days and I didn't use it but didn't have time to return right away like I should have. I recommend Uhaul employees drive truck before giving them to customer to make sure they are mechanically fit to drive. Your staff at that location are always very helpful and polite. After I left and got on freeway and found something wrong with truck - I should have turned around and immediately returned it!! I reBETTY N.

Had a guaranteed 26 ft daily rental. Showed up to pick it up and it wasnt there. We were directed to another location. Once we arrived they didnt gave that size. We ended up getting a smaller truck 30 min away and ended up making multiple trips instead of just 1 load. Very disappointed again. No guarantee was given or honored.CAREY A.

From pick up to dropping off, my experience was excellent, friendly helpful staff.MANUEL C.
Vehicle had no head light or cab lights when rented (6.30pm) switch for lights was not notices as missing nail 7.30 when I needed to start moving boxes. I had to wait until 10.30pm for my son to come home and figure out where the switches were. They had totally disconnected from the dash and gone inside the frame. He managed to locate them and re insert them in their space for me to drive during evening hours, however I lost 3 hours of my paid rental.RACHEL S.

Don't rent someone a vehicle to a location and then charge them extra money for excess mileage when they went STRAIGHT to their destination with zero detours. This is deceptive marketing. Also, if you say you're going to call to resolve an issue, then call. Don't try to put a charge on their card without telling them. I'm going to the better business bureau if this is not resolved immediately. I don't care if its only 15 dollars; I will not be cheated.CHAD S.

The location was confusing. There is no clear signage for pick-ups or returns. All the parking spaces were facing the street indicating outbound traffic pattern but there was no where else to enter. We finally just pulled in and went inside. The checkout experience was quick and staff was great. But the location needs some signage help or better direction. The lot was very full so that may contribute to the confusion.Richard A.
