The staff are always so kind and patient!! I rented a u haul on 9/15/2021 I don't remember the employees names but it was a young gentleman and a woman with beautiful curly hair with highlights and they gave excellent service! Just notify renters to check their phone regularly for texts from UHaul. It's a good system but us older fellas need to be reminded that's where to check, as we aren't on our phones all the time or don't have the volume up to even know we are getting texts and reminders. We're busy working until the job is done entirely. To someone my age it comes across as being crafty to catch us in a fault rather than what it's really intended to be, which is helpful and save time. For example, had I dropped off the truck after hours I wouldn't have known to â€œcheck the truck inâ€ through the text link until after I dropped the keys in the slot. Too late then. I only checked my phone when I got back in my own car after all the day's work was done. I would have been very angry if I was charged $20 for something I could have easily done had I known about it. That seems like a setup to me. It didn't happen that way thankfully. Aside from that I do like the speed and efficiency. Just a heads up to be checking for text updates throughout the day/process for the older generation would be appreciated and then I'd have no one to blame but myself. Gracias.ERIC L.

This was our first time using UHAUL. It was quick, easy, and didnt break the bank! I will absolutely use UHAUL again! I wish we would have used this place a long time ago instead of borrowing trailers from friends. It is so easy to rent one. The gentleman working with us was also great! Very happy customers!Anne T.
The location and employees at the location were very helpful. However, I would not recommend mobile pickup to others. The process seemed unnecessarily complicated (when compared to standard pickup), and there was no fast way to ask for help if needed.Sariah R.

I had major issues when Uhaul changed my 15 foot truck reservation to an 8 foot pickup truck at the last minute without notifying me. Obviously that was not going to work. However the associate working behind the desk on Saturday took great care of me and deserves praise for understanding the concept of saving the customer. Well done!ROBERT E.

The class of vehicle I was scheduled to rent "was not available due to a late return." The person on the desk said he'd "upgrade me for free." Ha! The vehicles are all the same rental rate (maybe the mileage rate is different, I've not checked). I was then charged extra for insurance. "I have to charge the extra insurance, I can't do anything about that." If U-haul can't keep its end of the agreement, it should have absorbed that additional cost. It was only a few dollars, but the principle is what is important here. This was my first, and most likely last, U-haul rental experience.Gary A.

The location did fine. Uhaul overall processes and lack of communication sent me on a 2.5 hour drive over 130 miles to arrive at the proper location. The reservation system assign me to several locations which did not have the trailer I reserved. I will not rent from Uhaul again.BRAD H.

Communication to the local store via phone would have been nice. I ended up going thru the corporate call center. Henry at time of leasing was very courteous and assisted in getting me the correct items for moving. Zack at returning my equipment was excellent. I wad impressed by his customer service. Zack was inquisitive as to how the equipment preformed and then proceeded to make sure that I had no problems with anything while I was out. Can't say anything bad about the experience. There is nothing to improve on based on my experience. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and courteous when I checked out the truck and equipment. They were the same when I dropped it off. The lobby was bright and clean. The only thing I can recommend is to show renters how to move the seat forward. I am short and couldn't figure it out, but I am technologically challenged sometimes. My check-out experience online and at the physical location was excellent, however my return experience online, on the app, and on the phone was terrible. I was never able to properly do the after-hours drop-off, and ended up just leaving the truck and putting keys in the drop-box with a note. Then I couldn't even physically call the store the day to confirm because their phone number forwards to the main UHaul line that typically comes with a 45 minute wait time. Your product is great, prices are excellent, online reservations were great, but the after-hours return experience was terrible.James C.

This experience was great. I pulled up with the trailer after a long day of hauling. I was greeted immediately, and the person disconnected the trailer and sent me on my way. The entire interaction took less than one minute, seriously! Would definitely recommend.Frank R.
There's no clear set location on where to leave do uhaul when you're finished with it. There is no clear set location of where to drop your key. When I rented, it was like they just wanted me to get in and out I felt very rushed. No one explained anything. Every time I would call the number to get a reservation, the â€œautomated systemâ€ would hang up on me. This prompted me to have to walk in to several locations to try to find one. I stopped by this facility three days before we were to return our truck and asked about the free 15x10 storage unit we were getting with our truck rental. He said we would take care of that when you return the truck. Three days later we show up to unload our things only to find out that they don't have a 15 x 10 storage unit available and havent for months. So I'm there with a truck full of furniture and no place to unload it. If they would have told me that 3 days earlier I could have been looking for a place to put my things. So I'm not out $97.00 for a unit I was suppose to get free with my rentalGeri P.

My only complaint is that I only drove 26 miles and the adjustment has not been reflected on my credit card. The rep stated would send receipt through email never came. The difference in cost over $20. I am not pleased. At this time would not recommend to friends because of the chargesBurl S.
They'll be upset about this score, when in reality and based upon certain events that took place that day, a more appropriate rating would have been POOR. We are a military family. My husband walked in and asked to be serviced, but the young lady flat out said "no". Then they asked if he had a reservation and because we did, they "made an exception". The entry card was intrigue and no one explained it. Everyone was in such a hurry to leave that by 5 minutes after closing, they were all gone and we were asking other customers for help. Equipment drop-off is terrible; pulled into location, followed the signs, several vehicles lined up and it appeared one person was being helped in front of the line. My only complaint was my wait time to pick up my truck. I had a 9am reservation but I waited in line for an hour for the equipment. It put a little damper on our moving schedule, but we managed. Overall another great experience. I will continue to use U-haul for any of my moving needs.Katelynn D.

After being advised by the staff that the unit I was looking at would accommodate a 1200 sq ft apt I secure the unit, upon seeing the unit and finding it was no more than a broom closet that was 10' tall. When I went back to the representative for assistance he called the store manager who refused to assist, snapped at me to get off the property that he can refuse service and told me if I did not leave he would call the police for trespassing, when I requested a refund I was told to call corporate that he wasn't refunding me until they made him do so. Upon contacting corporate I was issued refund and never returned but have received emails and a phone call telling me my storage payment is due. This location does not treat people well nor do they apparently manage their units appropriately as they did not document that the unit I secured was not used and the contract voided.PATRICIA K. | Overall Experience

He threatened to call the police because I asked why they wouldn't honor a valid reservation on an appropriate sized storage unit. Was a great experience, other then the fact my wife and I fealt we were being stalked and watched like we where going to steal something. While moving in two girls in uhaul uniforms where constantly around us. Every time we turned around they where there. I mentioned this to rep who did the turn in on my truck. I was told they where the cleaning staff. He explained what thier jobs are. Honestly, my wife and I didn't appreciate the feeling we where getting. We suffered a loss at our last storage unit. Someone broke in and cleaned it out. It all started by my wife being watched by a couple of people while she was unloading our truck. So we are a bit touchy and suspicious. I went with the medium size indoor storage unit. It was the biggest size but after I filled it I didn't have room for some stuff so I just gave that stuff away since I couldn't keep it. This rating is no reflection on the facility. I drove 500 miles to move someone and was on a very tight time schedule. I was help hostage by Uhaul because of a system wide computer issue that prevented the rental of storage units. I was delayed a day and required to stay over night incurring unexpected expenses.
