I am no longer a customer. While reserving I declined all insurance, but when checking in either in the app or in the store at the front desk it was put back on. I called in to have it removed after I dropped off the vehicle and was told that it was my fault and 14 bucks would not be refunded. I don't know why this is so confusing between the web reservation, desk check in and app to check the truck condition. Keep the 14, I'll rent from Budget from now on. Please delete my account information, as I don't see a remove in the profile section.

The desk clerk at pickup was an extremely slow worker. Our assigned van was inaccessible, so we had to return to request a van without others parked around it. The windshield was filthy and there was no fluid in the washer. We had to wash the window with our own supplies. The rep at drop off entered our mileage wrong and overcharged us by $100. We had to call to get the charges corrected.

Uhaul’s POS system is fucking terrible. Upgrade to 2020 and get off internet explorer. I waited 60 minutes to get my van payment through.

When I took the vehicle from the facility the gas tank was not full. I return the vehicle with the same amount of gas as it had when I took it, however, I used the automated mobile drop off after hours option which assumed a full tank, so was charged an extra $12.00 for gas. This was disappointing about using the automated system because no one was there to verify.

My experience at pick up was very good. But when I called to return the truck to another location (Franklin) and was told "Yes."And even given two options. I gladly took the extra day charge. When I dropped off the truck and was told that there was no record of this change in the plan and that it was not allowed I had to spend an hour and a half at the Franklin location and was charged more than anticipated. The charge wasn't the problem so much as the lack of communication between Traffic, and the various locations and the incredibly slow resolution.

Uhaul in Norwood was great but the original location I had my reservation scheduled for fucked me. Originally, I was suppose to pick up the auto trailer at the Uhaul in Hyde Park. I showed up and waited for 30mins only to be told they didn't have the trailer and I would have to go to Norwood which was an additional 15 minutes out of the way. The Uhaul in Hyde park didn't bother to call or email me ahead of time even though they knew I had a reservation for something they didn't have.

I got the truck with half tank of gas so when i bring it back i didnt know how many galon should i put gas so i had to full it out . I had to looking for the right truck in the parking lot. Services are zero They talking buy phone while they specking to you. Explanation about return the truck was very poor

Have Always had great experiences with this location. Only issue this time was car windshield and front end were coated with thick ice (was 20 degrees out) yet we hadn't had a winter storm for 5 days.

We were not given a copy of our contract at pickup. They said it would be emailed to us. We traveled 38 miles and put in $9.00 gas to more than replace fuel used. We were not given a receipt at drop off - it would be emailed. When we received our email bill we were charged for 4.5 gallons of fuel for $18.00. If we had gotten a contract at we could have have shown the gas was incorrectly marked but never saw the first contract as it was only emailed to our company. We obviously couldn’t use 4 gallons of gas in that van to go 38 miles. We rent these vans quite often for our deliveries. We called and were assured the bill would be corrected but it still has not been.

I got charged for fuel and cleaning fee. When I picked it up there was rock and gravel in the back and on the ramp. All unused it for was to pick up some furniture, so there was no way I could have made that mess. I put in some gas to make up for what I used. I have tried to call the location where I rented from and Cannot get through...if someone could give me a call and help me out that would be appreciated. I have rented from this location before and this is the first problem I have had. This is disappointing.

App locks up. Truck listed in the app wasn’t available which meant waiting in line while 5 groups ahead of me were taken care of by one person. Checkin / pickup should be smoother and quicker particularly if using the app.

I had a number of additional charges that I do not think were justified. The personnel at the location were defensive and argued with me about gas level on pickup and return. I will not use this location ever again.

Uhaul in Norwood did a great job! There was a very rude customer that picked up a hitch before me and he did a great job at listening to her. He was great!

There was an issue with the truck I was given. I brought it back and one of the employees (I think his name was Jabriel) immediately gave me a different truck and apologized for the problem. Great customer service and really impressed with the effort given. It made moving suck a little less and I thank him for that.

At no point did anyone mention a service fee for fuel fill up. I was charged an extra $40 dollars for the fee and the fuel. I will never use Uhaul again and will ever recommend it to any one.

I made a reservation over the phone to reserve a dozen moving pads at the West Roxbury location @ 3pm Friday. When I got there I was told by the owner he had no pads at all . What he didn't have was a clue about anything!!! Finally after asking repeatedly where I might obtain moving pads he told me of the norwood store. Nobody should go to the West Roxbury store unless it is aggravation you're seeking. The Norwood Ma.store was accommodating and very professional. I would recommend them to everyone.!

There bins I rented were disgusting. They were extremely dirty. I had to clean them out in store while the employees sat and watched. I also purchased a glass pack kit and was not given the box for it. Only the insert and foam. Awful location.

I was satisfied with the location however deceptive tactics were used to estimate my rental totals. The fuel tank was not Full when I initiated the rental. I always take photos of the tank level whenever I rent and exceeded the initial level when I returned. My Invoice included an $8.00 fuel charge!!!! My evidence will be forwarded to the state AG for review.

We tried to reserve on line and kept getting kicked off and ended up with three different reservations. We called and were told they would remove two and we could pick the truck up after 7 pm as the reservation that went through pushed our time to 11 pm. We got there at 7:20 pm. They had deleted all three reservations by mistake and had just rented our truck right before we got there even after the phone call. We had to wait until the next morning to get a bigger truck but would be charged the same price as the smaller truck. Then gave us a truck with no gas. We returned the truck same day, made sure it was clea, put more gas in than we got it with and was charged twice for the truck. We are fighting the charges.
