I would've given an above average but the female employee had the wrong time listed for our pickup and was rather rude and curt when we asked questions. Actually responded â€˜that wasn't so hard, was it?' when we were attempting to assign a return time.Jean M.

Truck had check engine light as well as a unaligned steering wheel. Was also told I would need to fill the truck to 1/8 a tank same as when I got it. Was then charged $27 when returned.Nolan W.

The drop off system is not user friendly. It was time consuming setting up the profile, enabling location services, waiting for the site to load, uploading photos, etc. It would've been ideal to just have someone there at drop off as it wasn't that late in the day.Julie C.

Our reservation was made for a different location. When we arrived there to pick up the trailer, we were told no trailers were available and we would have to go to this one. While everything about this location was excellent, it was significantly further and an inconvenience to have to change at the last minute.Kevin W.

Was disappointed Not being able to rent the 5/8 open trailer for 4 hours as I used to, they informed me the 4 hour rates are not available anymore-instead they charged me for a whole day.Suleiman B.
The employees were rude and impatient with me. When there was an issue with my order, they did not offer suggestions or try to help but rather told me repeatedly that there was a problem and my order had been cancelled. However, once the problem was resolved, the pickup process was quick and the equipment worked well.Matthew P.

This is the location that reserved my 10' truck round trip and my one way open ramp trailer from park slope Brooklyn to Toledo. That reservation, although confirmed again prior to my trip, was not available when I arrived in Brooklyn. I had to rent another truck, drive to Newark to pick up an open ramp trailer and deliver it myself to park slope. Cost me $100 plus list a half day doing all of this. All because of a poor reservation system made by the person at N Reynolds Rd Toledo.Steve M.

I'm trying to return the trailer after hours, the web link www.u-haul.com/share would not work. I had to keep the trailer overnight and come back the next day simply to return it. Very frustrating. This is more of a corporation without a location issue but it needs to be fixed.Jeffery L.

When I dropped off the truck, I did what the sign said and I waited under the canopy in the equipment. I waited for 15 min and no one came out. I saw one person helping someone in the lot hook up a trailer, and I thought they would have come and helped me but they didn't. Another truck pulled up next to me, he waited about 5 minutes then walked in the building and then walked out and left. So I went in the building, there were 2 people behind the deskâ€¦the one asked if I was dropping off, this was the one that just got back In the store from helping the person outsideâ€¦the other one was just sitting behind the desk and never even acknowledged me when I came it. I told them I had been sitting out there for 15 min waiting for someone to come out. They said you can just leave the keys and you will get an email receipt. I said the key is in the truck. She said ok your good to go. I have used this location several times, and never been disappointed in the service. When I picked up the truck the person who helped me was great. My suggestion is to have the employees pay closer attention to when trucks pull up.Kimberly C.

I didn't get a receipt even though the clerk made me physically run my debit card - the website said "nothing due today" when I made the reservation. I did not get a copy of anything with $ amounts on it or anything showing the amount I just ran my card for.Marcia M.

The truck I was given had the window handle broken off so it's very hard to open/close the window. Kind of ridiculous for a multi million dollar company not to take care of the small things....Just not good business.Gregory A.

Associate was extremely rude, refused to assist or offer suggestion with trailer in anyway. Three customers present in the lobby came to our aide and assisted with the trailer disconnect and return. UHaul associate was extremely unpleasant, insulting to myself and my wife stating "you people rent this stuff and think we have to do all of the work, you rented it, you return it yourself". Two different women waiting to rent took the manager's business card and brought it outside to us, and told us to report the associate's behavior. Thankfully a friendly customer offered to help us, he unhooked the car, and backed it into the spot the assoc. indicated it HAD to be placed. This associate is in the wrong line of work, she should not be dealing with the public. Worst experience we've ever had with UHaul or any business for that matter. Be open on time. I had went there at 7:04. Not open doors locked. Another customer waiting. So went home called the place no answer. Waiting an hour and went back. Young Caucasian lady called about 8:55 asking where was I at. Said on my way store was closed earlier. She said you must not came to right store we were open. Very rude. I was Over charged the manager had to fix it and still haven’t received the payment then when I moved out 9/30/21 I let them know I was moving out of the storage unit when I purchased the truck and on 10/3/21 received email about a payment. I called about the storage payment when I received email and the MANAGER same one who claimed to have returned my over payment for truck rental was RUDE.
