There were no one at the counter and I had to wait for 8 to 10 mins for the front lady return to the deck. She was cleaning a van and saw me waiting but never bother to prioritize customer over her swiping work.JOYJIT R.

I ordered a cargo van in advance so there would be no problem and when I looked at my order it said that I only had it for 15 hours which was five short of what I needed it so I switched to a 10 ft because they gave me no choice they said sorry you're out of luck you can't have that cargo van oh, so I took a 10-foot truck which was not very well maintained. My guy getting everything set up was great! The staff all seemed to have nice attitudes and like one another. While my in and out time was super quick, it was nice to briefly see a very positive work environment. I had initially called the UHaul at 1617 Three Points Rd in Pflugerville for a drop off, I was told there would be no issue dropping off my UHaul Trailer there; however, I was denied service. I was very thankful that I had zero issues at the location on Research Blvd. The lack of service at the other location cost me a lot of gas and a lot of time. I would not recommend the location in Pflugerville.JOSHUA Z.

The only issue I had with with the check in of the equipment after use. The U-haul website was zero help ( I would rate customer experience for the website a 1) and I spent 35 minutes on the phone on hold before hanging up. Corporate Customer Service would be rated a zero also. The local site went above and beyond my expectations.Linda D.

None of the self service online features worked. I could not pick up via mobile phone, like we scheduled. When I accessed my account it could not locate my order, even after using the feature to find my order. Had to go inside and get help. Same thing when I tried to return after hours and use my mobile device. Had to park, drop keys and wait for customer service in store to check me out the next morning. Everyone in store was great, but no online self service features worked at all.CARL S.

I called 4 times (including the morning of) to confirm drop off of my ubox full of my stuff, but still that day instead I was brought an empty ubox . Thankfully we caught it and had them take back the empty ubox and someone else brought the correct one, but this is ridiculous. I also got charged twice for delivery and for a month of the empty ubox that they tried to drop off. I was told all would be refunded, yet a week later it's still in my card. The people I spoke with at the store were all very nice, hence not giving one star, but when I do try to call the store to inquire about my refund, I can't ever get through- I always get rerouted to the regional office, which can't help me. It shouldn't be this complicated to get the correct ubox delivered or get in tough the the actual location. NOT happy with my experience.CORY P.

This rental experience went just exactly like I would want every transaction I enter into to go. No matter how large or small and no matter the goods, service or vendor. From the initial phone call to set up the rental to the drive-in return, everything went smoothly. The employees I interacted with were polite, respectful, friendly and competent in every respect.ALAN F.
U-Haul did not follow through with their contract of delivering the U haul containers to my home. They told me they would deliver them to my new address once they arrived at the main dock. I gave them the address and they said they don't deliver the pods. I then had to rent a truck and had to drive one pod at a time to my house return get the second pod drive it back to my house ,fill the truck up full of gas pay them another fee for rental. I am very disappointed with U-Haul I will never use them again. I gave them my address of where I wanted the pods to be delivered they said you never gave me the address which was incorrect correct. The whole point of using the pods is to have them delivered to your house so you can empty them on your own time. They never follow through with the contract please beware before you sign up.Big company not taking care of there customers.Marci B.
I was told that it was a five day rental and was quite surprised to see I was charged for two additional days. I returned the trailer on Monday morning and had I know that I would be charged $88 for two days I would have made other arrangements to unload on Monday. I also rented a storage unit and when I went to unload the unit had been vandalized so had to wait for a U-Haul person to repair the three walls that had holes in them. The uhaul was dirty and we had to clean in before we could use it. When we returned it we left it clean and told them how the truck pulled to the left. Disgusting storage facility, water leakage from multiple sections, management does not seem to care about clientele, personnel seems to have no time for customers. Uhaul is a wonderful cheap solution. I could buy my own motorcycle trailer and trip over it all the time, watch the tires rot, and pay license fees to let it sit but for 25 bucks uhaul hooked me up in minutes. Drop off took even less. Insurance so if I bring it back in a shoe box its covered. I really like having you guys down the street!CLIFFORD S.

I had out door storage and there was a problem with crickets a lot of dead crickets that I had to clean out of the storage I rented. I was not happy about that, but other than that it was a good experience.Cherry B. | Overall Experience
In going through the boxes that I have moved out, I am noticing water damage on a high percentage of them. Not sure if it was from last years winter freeze or what. I did notice a broken board near the ceiling. Looks like I am going to lose at least 50% of the things that I had stored. Management is great and the facility is easily accessible. Facility is in a good location and is well lit at night. I am a bit disappointed though that there are no dumpsters at the facility.Ella M. | Overall Experience

Wish the app would have told me that ahead of time so I could have provided it from home where I had access to more docs. The best storage facility and staff by far. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Getting my storage was a simple and quick process. Staff was so helpful in making sure I had what I needed.Check in was so smooth. As soon as your drop off your truck/trailer they're there to receive it. I love the facility and the gate and extensive security cameras , but AM NOT happy at all with the access hours at this facility. Just rented two units and more than likely won't be staying very long due to the access hours. Web site boast 24 hr access but when you get there you find out your restricted to the times you have access to your units.Thomas G. | First Impressions

I went to my unit 24 hours after signing the paperwork and there was a little green lock on my unit. Mean while I have a truck full off stuff to put in my unit, it's getting dark and I have to deal with a lock on my unit the first day I signed the contract. Not cool, not convenient. Good thing I'm a contractor and had the tools to remove what shouldn't have been there in the first place. Let me know why that lock was put on there please.
