Serithia L.Customer service is awful, when addressing not getting charged for being late and bringing up concerns to the vehicle which shouldn't happen regardless from the customer side the horn isn't work working, the car isn't clean, and there were couple roach. I should receive a clean, non roach infested vehicle, and all necessary functions to the car should be working. Speaking with the lady there she start yelling and was rude overall the employees are not good lazy, take forever and pretend to be by the book but the can't even enforce simple line rules everyone cutting in front of each other you wait to be taken by the cashier and she takes someone else who needs to buy a box. I have rented couple weeks in a row and every time something new happens there worst location ever and managers need to be replaced.

Tyrone W.Bryan was extremely helpful . There's an older woman there I can't remember her name but she needs more training and listening skills . I had made my reservation online and only needed to pay for my truck but she failed to hear me tell her that 3 different times . I then showed her my reservation and she ended up trying to double charge me for the boxes I already paid for . When I mentioned the difference in price she called the manager to help her fix the error but KEPT stating I never told her the items were already paid for even though I did and also she had glasses on but still couldn't read my reservation which clearly SAID paid for . She really hindered my moving experience because I wasted an hour there that day and had to come back the next morning because she had removed the TOW off of my reservation . Bryan , the other young lady with blue hair and the manager were all extremely helpful but that woman needs training ! You'll lose business having her mess with peoples money and time like she did and she has no accountability .

It resulted in us leaving our refrigerator and some furniture behind and having to make arrangements another day. It would have been helpful if I knew the evening before. We could have made other plans and wouldn't have rented the larger truck.

I had an cashier associate tell the cashier that was waiting on me ,she didn't need to apologize to me, I front of me because their system was running slow . Of course I asked her why would she say that in front of the customer with meat amazing right there. Ohhh,it escalated and yes she had every right to call the police. I read he so bad. I called to speak with the manager she made a promise to compensate me,which I never received an email with any changes included. Didn't happen. However, these ladies need to be on undercover boss,that's how rude and ignorant they are at the U-Haul West Bank , Gretna , LA location. The next month I closed out my storage and moved on. You shouldn't try people you know nothing about. That's making a long story short

I had to ask for a refund that i'm still waiting to be returned. It screwed up my entire moving plan for the weekend.

The service agent clearly stated that I had a unit at this location that was climate controlled. I get to the location and they do Not have my reservation and cannot offer a climate controlled unit. This was frustrating. Then to be told we will be charged an extra $2 per furniture blanket if we don't fold them....REALLY?! Other than that, experience was decent. Team at this location still was helpful in resolving the issues.

I e reserved vehicles for personal usage and never received this type of service. Uhaul should definitely look into this policy and make the employees more sympathetic with customers because the attitudes are terrible
