The customer service agent gave the wrong van, which stalled me for time. The van had major damage & trash in the van. Had to get someone else to help me, got the uhaul & the air conditioning was not blowing cold air at all. Drove very rough, leaving & coming back. Very poor standards.

Aisha was very helpful, kind and patient. I didn't want to move in right away. I wanted to wait until I found someone to help me unload the van. Also, I wanted to wait to.move in after my check is deposited into the bank. Thanks for letting me wait to move in after all of that. The only thing that could be better were if I could have access to my unit until 9 or 10p.m. without costing me $10.00 more per month. Thank you, Elaine Bijou

My gas tank was Not on a full tank when I picked it up. It's my fault that I didn't check the gas tank before I pulled off, I was in a time crunch, my previous experience a month ago I had no problems, (not asking for anything). I do have proof checking it once I got ready to go from point b to c I took a picture. I only went 3 miles that the speedometer registered from the photo. The gas had gone from full leaving point a to b showing I had used a quarter tank of gas. Tonya Ester

I would like the fuel charge temoved. I only went 4 miles and I put 10.00 worth of gas in the truck before I returned it. This truck needle was in the exact same spot as when I pi ked it up.

I enjoyed my experience with uhaul up until I received my receipt. They charged me for damages I didn't even cause. They said there was wood or bark on the truck. I move out out of an apartment complex. The truck was in a parking lot no wood or bark. I move my things into a house. The truck was back into a drive way. Driver side had absolutely nothing near or around it. No wood or bark. They scammed me out of 91.00. They also stated they have pictures. I have never rented a uhaul before so I didn't know to inspect the truck beforehand and take pictures both before and after so they got me. I told the lady in customer service I was inexperienced and didn't take any picture and not the truck is damaged… sure.

I made a reservation for this vehicle with a request to pick up at the Tulane St location but was sent across the river to the Gretna location. I was a hour late picking up the vehicle and was treated very ugly by the young lady behind the counter. I asked if the vehicle was still here and she replied your reservation was canceled. I then asked if there were any vehicles available and she said three. I asked if I could rent one for the same time and was told I could have it for 5 hours. I took the vehicle but it was not clean and one of the tires was half flat. I had them fill the tire with air before I left. I kept the vehicle for two days and had to refill the tire four times with air. I returned the vehicle and was told because I paid with credit card I would receive a receipt electronically. It's been two days and still no receipt. This has been the worst experience with haul I've had in using your service in 20 years.

Check in experience was horrible. It was a mobile check in and we were not able to pick up for 2 hrs. Called Uhaul and was on hold for like 30 min before getting to talk to a person. ON top of that, they didn't put the dollys and blaquets inside the truck and they were very rude whenever we called to ask for them.

Pickup was a nightmare with the so called night manager. She had a very bad attitude. That's the reason for the low score. Someone needs to teach her better customer service. Returning the truck was a joyful event, the White employee was very courteous and pleasant as always when I rent from her. Maybe she should teach that night manager. This lady is the best employee in the office.

Customer service is awful, when addressing not getting charged for being late and bringing up concerns to the vehicle which shouldn't happen regardless from the customer side the horn isn't work working, the car isn't clean, and there were couple roach. I should receive a clean, non roach infested vehicle, and all necessary functions to the car should be working. Speaking with the lady there she start yelling and was rude overall the employees are not good lazy, take forever and pretend to be by the book but the can't even enforce simple line rules everyone cutting in front of each other you wait to be taken by the cashier and she takes someone else who needs to buy a box. I have rented couple weeks in a row and every time something new happens there worst location ever and managers need to be replaced.

Bryan was extremely helpful . There's an older woman there I can't remember her name but she needs more training and listening skills . I had made my reservation online and only needed to pay for my truck but she failed to hear me tell her that 3 different times . I then showed her my reservation and she ended up trying to double charge me for the boxes I already paid for . When I mentioned the difference in price she called the manager to help her fix the error but KEPT stating I never told her the items were already paid for even though I did and also she had glasses on but still couldn't read my reservation which clearly SAID paid for . She really hindered my moving experience because I wasted an hour there that day and had to come back the next morning because she had removed the TOW off of my reservation . Bryan , the other young lady with blue hair and the manager were all extremely helpful but that woman needs training ! You'll lose business having her mess with peoples money and time like she did and she has no accountability .

This place needs a serious training in customer service and relations. I had an cashier associate tell the cashier that was waiting on me ,she didn't need to apologize to me, I front of me because their system was running slow . Of course I asked her why would she say that in front of the customer with meat amazing right there. Ohhh,it escalated and yes she had every right to call the police. I read he so bad. I called to speak with the manager she made a promise to compensate me,which I never received an email with any changes included. Didn't happen. However, these ladies need to be on undercover boss,that's how rude and ignorant they are at the U-Haul West Bank , Gretna , LA location. The next month I closed out my storage and moved on. You shouldn't try people you know nothing about. That's making a long story short

The internet says that the storage facility is accesable until 10pm and after i rented it and was given a code, i couldn't get in at 6:30 pm and was told the following day that access was only during business hours. I had to ask for a refund that i'm still waiting to be returned. It screwed up my entire moving plan for the weekend.

The website had a different set of Access hours than was actually the case. Those hours were part of my decision to go with UHaul. It was too late to change locations when I realized the true hours. I needed the storage right away

Overall decent experience. However, I booked the unit through your main u-haul corporate number as it was done simultaneously as booking the trailer. The service agent clearly stated that I had a unit at this location that was climate controlled. I get to the location and they do Not have my reservation and cannot offer a climate controlled unit. This was frustrating. Then to be told we will be charged an extra $2 per furniture blanket if we don't fold them....REALLY?! Other than that, experience was decent. Team at this location still was helpful in resolving the issues.

I reserved a uhaul for February 29 at 7am ., totally forgot about that time made it to uhaul around 8 only to find the truck was No longer available., no warning Na email reminder nothing. I e reserved vehicles for personal usage and never received this type of service. Uhaul should definitely look into this policy and make the employees more sympathetic with customers because the attitudes are terrible

My only problem with u haul is the fact, yearly the storage fees went up. I know it cost to maintain any business. However, in the eleven years I stored my merchandise the cost became unaffordable.
