EUGENE C.When I got there yesterday the employee told me the storage was close and it was only 6:00 pm. The email I got and also the customer service rep I called that same day said the storage close at 10 pm. So I was not able to get into my storage on the day I was supposed to move into it and also I had to use gas to drive 2 hours to where I stay at and 2 hours back to the storage place the next morning. The employees didn't help at all. All the employees need training on how to deal with customers or be fire or something. This was the worst customer service experience I ever experienced.

Steven J.The truck appear to be clean & well up to part but later after driving some more it started running hot & smoking really bad through the vents, the truck wouldn't start for 2hrs had to bring it back to the location for coolant system, so get the remaining of my belongings off the truck in which it continue to overheat and started smoking again

Jeffery B.I only rated it below average this time because the information from the agent wasn't clear, or should I just say incorrect. I received the truck with a half of tank of gas. So, I know that means I have to return it with at least a half of tank. However, the agent told me that I had to return it with no less than 1/4 of a tank. I asked him was he sure 3 times. He said yes. That was wrong. He should have said it has to be return with 1/2 of tank and if it's below 1/4 of a tank it's an extra $30 charge. For him not being clear - his mistake cost me an extra $38. I would have put the gas in the truck on my own and safe some money. I and my wallet didn't appreciate that. I love the fact that this young man is doing a honest living but he has to be careful with the information.

KAREN J.Switched to this spot to return to a uhaul spot, came in 30 minutes before close, got told put the keys in the drop box they would do in the morning, the box was missing and keys were piled on the floor, they wouldn't get up from the dest to even help and I would have been charged to have a uhaul person check in next day according to the note on door, I was so furious I went a bought a phone charger so I could power up my phone to return truck. I have used uhaul several times in the last year for trailers and trucks and this has made me not want to use the company again because or lazy and un professional help trying to return a truck early.

I had an cashier associate tell the cashier that was waiting on me ,she didn't need to apologize to me, I front of me because their system was running slow . Of course I asked her why would she say that in front of the customer with meat amazing right there. Ohhh,it escalated and yes she had every right to call the police. I read he so bad. I called to speak with the manager she made a promise to compensate me,which I never received an email with any changes included. Didn't happen. However, these ladies need to be on undercover boss,that's how rude and ignorant they are at the U-Haul West Bank , Gretna , LA location. The next month I closed out my storage and moved on. You shouldn't try people you know nothing about. That's making a long story short

The service agent clearly stated that I had a unit at this location that was climate controlled. I get to the location and they do Not have my reservation and cannot offer a climate controlled unit. This was frustrating. Then to be told we will be charged an extra $2 per furniture blanket if we don't fold them....REALLY?! Other than that, experience was decent. Team at this location still was helpful in resolving the issues.

I e reserved vehicles for personal usage and never received this type of service. Uhaul should definitely look into this policy and make the employees more sympathetic with customers because the attitudes are terrible
