My 10 foot box truck came with 3/4 of a tank of gas. Having a full tank of gas would've made it easier for me when I turned it in. The truck also needed air in the right rear tire when I picked it up. And the windshield wipers were terrible.LEEANNA R.

When retrieved van it was very confusing. Single employee occupied with propane servicing with no one in office. Very unclear what necessary. I have used Uhaul plenty of times before. This location is the worst UHaul location i have used. They will overcharge you on your bill and when you complain they will agree and fix it just to charge you again two days later.KEVIN M.

Prior to coming to this location, I went to a location at Big C Market which did not have the equipment I ordered and where the service provider was rude. I would have preferred if the website routed me to the Northwest Highway location first to avoid the issues I experienced at the Big C Market location.Najwa S.
Some of the employees were very rude - they could have asked me to move my car in a polite manner, which they did not. However, the employee that helped me with hooking up the trailer to my vehicle on 12/29 in the evening was exceptional - he went above and beyond to troubleshoot the wiring/lights. He was polite, professional, patient to me as well as others that were dropping off equipment.JUDY B.
In general, my experience with UHAUL is bad. This is like 3rd time i had to cancel & reschedule. They said trucks are available at a chosen location on a given date. I got a call saying that location is closed on holiday . But why is that showing up on the scheduling tool? Also This UHaul location does not has any things i asked for. The only reason I went to this location is because I had placed a reservation online for the location at 3520 Forest Lane which was more convenient. However when we got to the Forest Lane location some old lady came out and said that they were closed. I was not pleased at all because we were allowed to make a reservation on online at this location and then just to get there and be told that it was closed and point us to the location on Harry Hines. Terrible experience. Appatently the network was down when we arrived so it took 45 minutes for us to be able to drive our van away. I accept this was not the staff's fault but they seemed completely disinterested about the fact that customers were having to wait that long. When we returned the van, the guy checking us in told us we either had to get a broom and brush the back or we would have a cleaning fee. There were literally 2 leaves in there which was due to the high winds blowing as we unloaded our cardboard boxes. I told the guy this was the only difference from when we had collected it and all of a sudden he was fine with the state we returned it in. Such a bad experience.SAMANTHA A.

Rats ate through our boxes and nested in our mattresses, tv boxes, and furniture was ruined because of this. Be prepared for the daily reservations. I was on time for picking up 2 JH trucks. 1 had 3 trucks blocking it and the other had 4 trucks blocking it. They wouldn't allow us to help and move some trucks out of the way but, weren't making an effort to move the vehicles out of the way. Both trucks were filthy in the cab and box.LESLIE G.

This was my first time using Uhaul. I had a reservation for a truck and was running about 30 minutes late since traffic was bad. Showed up and waited in line for about 15 minutes just to find out they had cancelled my reservation without giving me a call to see if I was coming or not. Guy who helped me seemed to not care. My boxes were not delivered to this location but at another location that was 30 minutes from where I live. It looks as though my zip code was not used for shipment because they would have shipped it down the street from me. That's where my items are now. Also, they could have told me that instead of emptying my box that I could have just had it relocated to another location. Instead I was told that it will be cheaper to take my stuff out of Ubox and put it in storage. Definitely was not. Not a happy customer at all.Sonia W.

I made my reservation well in advance online. Only 2 days before pickup i was notified the trailer was not available and needed to pickup at another location. At the time of a move, extra problems are not needed. I went to the new location to pickup trailer, they said my reservation was canceled. They tried to reenter it. The girl could not get it right, even after 4 tries. The final paper was still in correct with the incorrect return location. I went ahead and took it because an hour wait put me behind schedule. The return of the trailer in Big Lake Tx was another mess. I went to the location where the trailers were located. Called the toll free return number. There was no office or anyone at this location. I was told i could only drop it off at another location or drive 70 miles to another location. Was told to call another number when i got there. I went to the other location ( a restaurant) there was no one there, it was closed not other uhaul vehicles around and no place to park the trailer. I called the number given explained the situation again and told the person i was going to park the trailer at the location where the other trailers were parked. This was another hour process. I find uhaul very inefficient and personal clueless. It would be hard for me to use uhaul again or even recommend them!brian F.

Nothing about my experience was good! The manager used my race against me. I've never been more humiliated and degraded. If I was not so desperate for a unit I work off walked out. The way he talked to me and the things he made me do was so racist. To say he humiliated me would not be accurate.
