They need to take a little more time going over there trucks and making sure they have oil and antifreeze water coolant in them before putting them out for rent we always check our rental before taken off and it was a good thing we did the truck was a half a quart low on oil and coolant also

Extremely dissatisfied with showing up to Ace Adventures to pick up the Uhaul Saturday morning to find no one there and the gates all chained and locked up. My reservation wasn't ready, I had to go find my truck myself, I walked in to 4 people behind the counter but only one working. One guy claiming to be the manager relaxing on his cell phone. We put $35 in gas in the truck, The truck only had 1/4 tank in the first place. This location inflated $60 in false charges and I will not be paying

My uHaul experience was way beyond frustrating. The shipment arrived 2 weeks late and the carrier/UHaul never informed us of the delay until we reached out. I will say that Tim (VP) and Missy did their best to accommodate me and bring the shipment as quickly as possible, but the overall experience was very disappointing.

The trailer hitch was broken which my car was loaded onto the tires on the trailer hitch blew out on the road service was just unbelievable horrible I booked my pick up at one location they waited until the day of my move to tell me that I would have to go to a new location on Normandy Boulevard I will never ever use U-Haul again I have use U-Haul for all of my moves this was the worst experience of my life and I'm 63 years old to be stuck on the road by myself please contact me at your earliest convenience as I do not feel that I should have to pay for this, it took 13 1/2 hours to drive from Jacksonville Florida to Cheltenham Maryland which is normally a 9 to 10 hour trip at best

The on line check in process takes quite a while and detracted nearly 30 minutes from my rental. It would have been quicker if I went to a rep. This made the rental process a bit arduous. The vehicle was clean and worked well. When I took my vehicle back I took a photo of the spot number I parked in. Upon my pick up I had to search for my vehicle. Needless to say, the pick up process needs to be streamlined. Yo

Kaitlyn and staff have always been very friendly and helpful. However after we went through the very difficult emotional and physical process of the break-in that occurred in early July (our unit and at least a handful of others) I would not recommend this facility to others and would hope that sooner rather than later, security and ease of access is upgraded and taken more seriously. We endured financial loss and emotional stress, however again, the staff was very helpful and sympathetic through the entire ordeal, and even before that when we never had any issues.

This was my first time renting a uhaul and it wasn't the best experience. Didn't have what I initially wanted which was a van then the truck I got wasn't available when I arrived had to get an even bigger truck. But I still got it got home the dolly I added wasn't in the truck. After loading it up it was just to big so I returned it. And during the one day I had it when I called I waited a total of about 4 hours to talk to someone. They literally answered the phone asked me on hold after about 40 some odd minutes I called back on my other line and got the option to receive a call back. I received the callback before anyone came back to the phone CD come to find out from that rep the location I was on hold with was closed. I was like how are they closed and I'm still on hold but trust rep assisted me but I still have to call back to the store to make sure they didn't over charge me and I'm not looking forward to it.

My U-Box was delayed by 11 days and no one informed me of the delay until I called after it was not delivered to my home within the assigned appointment window. Imagine my surprise and anger when I called to ask why my box was not at my home only to be told it was not even in . I had spoken to U-Haul representatives on numerous occasions prior to regarding the delivery date and no one informed me of the delay. The box should have arrived in PA on July 29 and it did not get here until August 9. Regardless of the refund, U-Haul has lost a customer.

They only had 1 service person because the other guy that was in there helping left right in the middle of helping a customer and never came back. Is received a receipt yesterday. My order was on hold and I was awaiting to hear from the GM. I never heard from anybody. Truck was infested with German roaches. I have videos I showed videos to employees at uhaul they agreed that was totally unacceptable. I am a pest control inspector. So when I say this is one of the worst bugs to have around your things I know what I'm talking about. Just one of these roaches getting into your stuff can lead to thousands in just 1 month.

I had to push, pray and baby a 26' truck WITHOUT A CATALYTIC converter to this site. The gentleman on duty was horrible. He said he didn't have another truck to give me and pushed the keys back to me telling me to take it up the road to another site. Again, this truck did not have a catalytic converter. I told him I wasn't driving it anywhere. After a talk with his general manager, he agreed to provide me a working truck that was just turned in. When trying to do the check-out, the mileage was WAY off. The app said go back inside to fix it. He told me to take a picture of it and work it out when I get to my destination and then he told me I could have driven it the way it was--without a catalytic converter. I was floored. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I paid for a 26' truck when I reserved, months ago, a 15' truck. I reserved a dolly that I didn't receive, and was treated horribly when I told him I wasn't going to drive that broken truck another mile. Uhaul has lost a long time customer. I will NEVER rent from Uhaul ever again.

I really wish I never used your service. Every time i use Uhaul I have been inconvenienced in a way that is nearly unbelievable. Last time it was the third party movers that called to say they were on the way and ultimately never showed up. This time? I reserve a 10x30 storage unit for my family's belongings and since y'all use two websites or whatever the worker said, they had no record of this. It was Sunday. All other storage units nearby were closed because it was Sunday. I had to scramble to find a place for my stuff. Uhaul was so kind to offer me a unit 45 minutes away at a cost of free for a month. Thanks. That was included in my one way rental. Also they guy said for $125 cash per hour he'd unload it. Never again.

This Uhaul location never fails to leave us anything but satisfied. We're very happy with their services! Our move out (of our storage unit) and loading onto a truck (Rented day of) was easy and without any hiccups. There was a small issue with the storage unit, but upon calling the location and discussing, the employee, manager, and GM were all extremely helpful and got the issue resolved, no problem. Thanks for all y'all do! Will definitely be using services at this location again in the future

After 9 years in the same unit, we started getting burglarized repeatedly a few months ago up until just a few days ago when we were finally able to finish moving out. The upstairs units are totally insecure and nothing was done at all to secure them after all the break-ins started happening. I was offered no alternative, safer unit. You have no business offering storage if you can't keep criminals from simply climbing over the walls to do as they want with other people's belongings.

The single worst experience I've ever had at any business. We booked a usual to help a new employee move from Tampa. Arranged reservation through call center and they said we were all set with payment using our corporate credit card. Employee arrive to pick up uhaul and now they needed actual credit card. I went down there and now they wouldn't take it because corporate credit card was not under my name - the story goes on and on. They were completely unhelpful and unsympathetic about the new employee to had arranged everything to drive to Tampa and move to Jacksonville this weekend.

Someone had gone into my storage room removed almost all items that I have in storage took the paper that items that were taken were wrapped in and I had to pay Around $181 a month for four months was told that I could not close my contract until I cleaned up the mess that I didn't make. One of the agents was extremely helpful helping me clean up the mess As I would've had a hard time cleaning it out by myself

I would recommend it ONLY if the employees listed below were still there, if the restroom was well-maintained and if there were more carts. Terrible customer service from the majority of previous employees, especially the managers for the past 15+ years. These employees have been consistently EXCELLENT: Kaitlyn Lucontro, Mike Henson, Jarod Floyd, Beth and I can't remember his name, tall, clean shaven, short hair, Caucasian man, I think in his 40s. The number of carts has been decreasing in the past several years from 7 or 8 down to 3. In the last few years, the restroom has very often been out of paper products or out of order.

It was fantastic that I could access the facility 24 hours a day when I was working overnights. This is a super busy location and I loved being able to come in late at night and not worry about lots of people or being able to find a cart to pull stuff out as needed.

I secured storage with another company because my unit was upstairs, which was not communicated while making the reservation. The young man who closed my move out was friendly and helpful, but the office was understaffed and wait times in person and by phone throughout my move process were extremely long.

No trolly in my truck Has was lower than what it was placed. I had to pay for fuel I didn't use. I couldn't access my storage unit, because my pin did not work. Someone else had to let me in, and then there was no lock. So I had to leave my unit unlocked while I went and found a lock. Terrible experience.

The office manager messed up my UBox order on this past Saturday 4-17-21. It caused me and my packers time before payment could be received. I have a problem with this facilities rules of no receipt of payments of monies paid in advance and the contract is cancelled 2 weeks before the end of the month. It's like being robbed having to pay for services not rendered. It upset me greatly. I am going to another Uhaul in another state and they would not even give me my money to credit them. They caused me stress. They should send me a check for the residual monies.

Mr. Kirkman, Duke and Swavi were all BEAUTIFUL, These guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that I had everything I needed to make this a successful move in experience for my storage unit, although the store was extremely busy I would certainly recommend anyone I know to go to that Normandy location!
