Cab was filthy and full of smoke smell. The website did not let me upload photos. I was told I would basicly be able to refute it and I haven't even recieved a receipt for the charge. I returned late but still within 1 day and was double charged despite it not being cleaned so that's on them.

They transferred me to another truck and sent me out to search. I found the truck parked behind the truck that I had originally rented (no key). 30 min or so later they found the key and again sent me on my way. However the paperwork I had stated the original truck's mileage and info. I had to go back in and get switched out again. The truck was in good shape and I was able to get stuff moved. Returned the truck with no issues.

I world definitely recommend this particular location on Normandy Blvd to everyone and anyone who plans on renting a uhaul. I'm finished with moving! BERNADETTE W.After 9 years in the same unit, we started getting burglarized repeatedly a few months ago up until just a few days ago when we were finally able to finish moving out. The upstairs units are totally insecure and nothing was done at all to secure them after all the break-ins started happening. I was offered no alternative, safer unit. You have no business offering storage if you can't keep criminals from simply climbing over the walls to do as they want with other people's belongings.

I am appalled at what I had to go through to complete an after hours return. Not only did I attempt to upload the photos in excess of 25 times while it continued to fail and make me start over again but after reaching someone on the phone they were to put me through to someone who could help I was informed (by recording) it would be 45-55 min before I could speak to someone (so much for 24/7 service) I requested a call back rather than hold for that long. Over an hour later I receive my call back ONLY to be put on hold for an additional 45 min during the almost 3 hours I am sitting in the parking lot trying to return a vehicle when I finally reach and agent get best course of action is to put a note on the account but will not guarantee I won't be charged additional fees because THEIR return feature is flawed! I am disgusted with the lack of concern or care that me and a child sat for 3 hours trying to accommodate their inadequate website and customer service to be told they will do basically nothing to help me! Worse customer service ever

Upon returning the truck, there was only one person behind the counter and a line of customers out the door, while management was sitting in the office. Also, while giving us a refund of mileage not used the counter person obviously did not know how to count out the money because it took her almost 10 minutes to figure it out. It was alot different than the first visit to this location, I no longer recommend this location to anyone.

I was told I would have to stop and get gas because it was on empty. The inside of the truck was be on filthy. They told me to pull up and someone would clean it. I told them I didn't have time I had Peale waiting on me. I did not realize they did not do this before I picked up the truck. When it is going to be 90 + degrees out side you don't have time to wait around. And people are willing going to help. These things should have been done before I got there. They were not even apologize or even say they were sorry. It was like this is the normal thing. They could have try to give me a little discount or something. I hope I don't have to use UHaul again. Staff eating while handling customers, derogatory remarks by staff to customers, equipment not cleaned, store entrance and exit is cluttered and confusing, and customer parking is further away from entrance than employee parking. The store is functional and suited my purpose, but the 103rd store is my preferred location for the westside.

They were completely unhelpful and unsympathetic about the new employee to had arranged everything to drive to Tampa and move to Jacksonville this weekend.

The number of carts has been decreasing in the past several years from 7 or 8 down to 3. In the last few years, the restroom has very often been out of paper products or out of order.

I have a problem with this facilities rules of no receipt of payments of monies paid in advance and the contract is cancelled 2 weeks before the end of the month. It's like being robbed having to pay for services not rendered. It upset me greatly. I am going to another Uhaul in another state and they would not even give me my money to credit them. They caused me stress. They should send me a check for the residual monies.
