I still disputing charges for my uhaul rental . And rented 3/25/24. And today they still charging my more money . 4//17/24 . .I was over charged and they still taking money out of my acct. Contact BBB. Have had several others tell me uhaul done them same way or worse drained bank acct etc

Very good customer service at desk. I’ve used this place multiple times and no bad experiences.

In my case, this meant no one checking the mileage on my rental before I left the lot and then getting charged based upon the last time time they had checked the mileage on the vehicle. I ended up being overcharged by almost 100 miles.

Bralio ZI was given no indication how to return online. I was only told to leave the keys in it and they would email a receipt. No way. Then after not receiving an email two hours later, I called, only to be told that all of the trucks had been checked in. And then asked if I was sure this was where I had dropped it off. Can you imagine my concern? He then had to go search for it on the lot. He found it and checked it in TWO HOURS AFTER it had been dropped off. In addition, we picked it up with 1/4 tank of gas and returned it with 1/2 tank of gas. The same employee told me it would be credited to my card, but it wasn't, so I had to register a complaint. Poor customer service all around.

CLIFF BDropped car off at 9am, was told my car would be done by 3-4 pm, I showed up at 4 and my car hadn’t moved. I walked inside and they said they didn’t realize my car was there and didn’t know where my keys were. My keys were on the wall behind them infront of a trucks keys. They still got my car done same day but I had to come back after hours to get my car, thankfully they did stay late and finish it and compensate me.
