Upon arriving no one came out to help. Went into store where employees were gathered in a group loud and using very loud profanity that was unacceptable. No one knew what they were doing. Expensive! Trucks only fit skinny and tall people! Hurt my shoulder trying to pull myself up into the truck. Had to slide down the side of the seat to get out. Drove with the steering wheel in my stomach. Was not happy, very uncomfortable!kimberly G.

My service was ordered online and I requested truck share. When I was called to confirm my appt the rep changed my pickup location due to availability and failed to move over truck share. Therefore when I got to UHaul I couldn't pick up my truck via my mobile and I had to sit there until the store opened for assistance. It was very obvious that the store employees had zero ambition about being at work as early as they was and their customer service was terrible.Christina M.

I was not able to get my trailer down for about five hours in the rain. Delaying my trip big time. I had to wait until someone was able to come and assist me. This was an inconvenience as I called the location. Zack responded with he could not come and help. I can call roadside assistance or travel to a new location in the rain with the trailer up. He never called back to be sure I was up and running. I made it to my next destination with no troubles and was able to drop the trailer off with no problem.JaBrya P.

I updated my reservation pick up time from 9AM to 1PM on the same day for a 24 hour rental period. The local uhaul store manager approved/verified that my return time would be pushed out to 1PM the next day to preserve my 24 hour rental request. When I arrived to pay, they did not honor that agreement and charged me for 2 days adding additional costs.Nicholas Q.

After checking out my vehicle, I had to report a â€œCheck engineâ€ warning light and a â€œlow tire pressureâ€ warning light. I was told it was OK to ignore those lights. I then spent about 15 minutes cleaning the windows (inside and out) and the in-cab touch surfaces. Dust, crumbs, and many fingerprints needed to be wiped down. When I arrived in the office, the majority of the â€œhelpâ€ were sitting at their stations with their faces buried on their cell phone devices. Wouldn't it be MOST appropriate for these guys to grab a few paper towels and cleaner and clean out the vehiclesâ€¦.rather than sit behind the counter on their devices and ignoring customers?Larry A.

I originally reserved a 28' box truck and auto-transport trailer for my move. When I went to pickup the truck and trailer, I was notified that they had previously canceled my trailer since according to them, â€œwe don't do trailers with truck rentals for in-town contractsâ€. If that was the case, 1. Why was I not notified before I arrived so I could make alternate arrangements? 2. Why was I allowed to make that reservation online if it wasn't allowed? In addition, the night I picked up the truck the battery had died, meaning it wasn't charged like it should have been. I had the engine off for only an hour when it died, with only the interior lights on. Because of this, I had to spend multiple hours trying to locate a way to charge the vehicle (I lived out in the country and it was late at night). In addition, while not a major issue in of itself the truck was not as clean as it I would have preferred. Gum stuck to the floor of the cab, dirt in the back of the truck, broken interior trim pieces, etc. Overall u-haul made my move much more difficult than it needed to be, and had I not been in such a time crunch I would've canceled my entire reservation entirely.Matthew C.

The truck we rented died twice. I submitted a request for roadside assistance but it said would be an hour and a half so I decided to have a friend jump the truck. Then when we got to the house the truck wouldn't start again. Also seems like the transmission was having a lot of issues. It was rough driving it. The truck lights so dim you can barely see after dark, the dashboard lights don't work, had to get a flashlight to monitor fuel levels and speed, when you step on the brakes the transmission would roar and shake the truck, when returning the truck, I reported all the issues I had, and the guy just gave me an odd look and asked me if I wanted my receipt emailed or printed, he could have cared less like the rest of the staff when I returned the truck. The guy that checked me in was very nice and helpful, the check in was fast however he had to wake the guy up that was laying on a stack of boxes to go get the truck for me. Other than the guy that checked me in, the rest of the service sucked! You charge premium prices for minimal product, crazy to me. I guess if someone would have at least acted like they gave a crap, I wouldn't have been so mad.Daniel B.

I had to get a storage unit for several months. I wanted climate control due to the nature of some of my belongings and not wanting them humid or cold or too hot. The unit was the perfect size and clean, well lit and secured, along with the climate control. The staff at this uhaul location were always friendly, helpful and reliable!
