The inside of the cab smell like somebody had been smoking marijuana for something in it the service was horrible dropping off the truck when we pick the truck up no one came out to even check the gas or the mileage they just guessed at it we were going to be charged for a half a tank of gas that was not in the truck told had three quarters in it and it only had a quarter sorry very bad experience would not recommend this door to anyoneREBECCA K.

The staff were friendly, but the truck was terrible. It was obvious it had been damaged in an accident as the front fender was so bashed inward that the front tires were rubbing against the wheel well. I asked if I could have a different truck but they said they didn't have another available even though the lot was full of trucks not currently in use. Instead they attached a chain to the front of the truck and used another truck to pull the fender out so it wouldn't rub the wheels. The truck handled roughly with the steering wheel vibrating the whole trip. I did not feel safe driving it at all. Fortunately I didn't have far to move and we got the job done, but it was inexcusable for U-Haul to stick me in that death trap. I will take my business elsewhere for my next move.Christopher F.
I am a professional driver. The truck I drove was in dire need of a front-end alignment and struts. The vehicle wandered on the rode within the traffic lane. I would not have wanted to drive this vehicle across country. This condition presents a liability to the customer/driver and U-Haul.Lawerence G.

My reservation was for a 15ft. I got a 10ft, paid the same as reservation quote for larger truck and got the 10ft as I explained it wasn't big enough he still got this one saying no other was available. Didn't get my move done and returned truck early because it was running terrible. 25$ in gas to go 60 miles. Very unhappyAngelica V.

No communication no payment receipt when returning. Was told they would email me a receipt but they still have not. I do not know what the charge is for my rental . Do not answer the phones when calling. Set up online reservation order but yet still had to go in and set up everything at pickup so the online reservation was a complete waste of time. i was called at 11;00 told they didn't have my truck they found one in another spot 11;45 but they close at noon there was no way for me to get there then at 2 o'clock they called said they had my first truck by then i lost most of my help . then the one that was help me had to leave at 5 o'clock so it was fucking bull shitLARRY T.
The only thing that I did not like was the fact I had to drive the truck all the way back to the original location instead of dropping it off closer. This cost me more than necessary. This was a better experience this time, especially after on Friday, my reservation was canceled and I was to pack my house and move, and 7 phone calls later and a visit to the store, it was still a disaster. So I rescheduled everything and tried again this time. It was much better.Lori M.
The first time I went in the store to reserve a truck, they said I was all set, but the day before I was to rent the truck, U-haul said they had no reservation for me.. I was able to rent a truck, but the sun visor was broken (the keeper was broken) so the visor flopped around constantly. Both doors did not close properly. I rented appliance blankets, but they were no in the truck when I picked it up. Not impressed.Chris C.

On Sunday (pick up) the service was very slow and they acted like they could care less about customer service. On Monday (drop off) service was fast and easy and owner was very nice. The trailer we rented was very well maintained and gave us no issues whatsoever.Kari C.

It's weird that I paid $90 for a truck to go up and down three times only 6 mins away from each other. I was charged an additional $40. He said I went over the mileage and it's weird because I only drove 3 miles at least 4 times. I paid for the truck. However I thought that mileage did not matter only the time spent. Truck (retired) was very difficult to ride and drive at Hugh way speeds. 200k miles and lots of damage. Check engine was on. Shook. Should only be for local use. But this a replacement for 20ft that was unavailable. My estimated mileage was over 150 miles.Paul C.
