KIMBERLY HU-Haul takes advantage of their customers. I rented a 15ft truck one way. They gave it to me for 2 days. I only needed it for 1. I returned the truck same day, under mileage and with more gas (not intentional). U-Haul still charged full price even though the truck was able to be rented earlier than expected. Shame on U-Haul

RICHARD DRJ, Dewon and Ahman are the kind of crew that every business needs. Excellent customer service, absolute professionalism, quick to resolve problems and beyond the scope of kindness I've seen at any business recently. They should all get raises. I will only store or rent moving equipment from this crew as long as I live in this area. 10/10. Thank you, crew!

AARON MThe parking lot was covered in ice, which caused me to fall. Not one single employee cared and simply made excuses. The employees did not communicate well about the equipment and what our needs were so we left without everything we needed. It was the worse experience I have had at a U-Haul ever. Completely disrespectful staff.

DIANA SStaff was friendly and helpful. The truck I used was given to me with just above a half of tank of gas and I returned it with the same amount. I think that they should go out with a full tank wether it's local or not would be my only complaint.

SARAH JThis location is wonderful. The owner work right along side his employees which is impressive in itself. He wasn't giving orders but cleaning,gassing and getting trucks. They all had refreshing sense of humors. Over all very fast and a refreshing experience.

Karen PSecurity is questionable as when I was there I would see people walking through it with pack packs and the gate was open a lot, maybe it was not working cause my card did not let me in and sometimes it was just open I don't know, but the other thing that I was concerned about was an employee hit my van with a 26 foot U Haul truck I was parking in the back by my unit. The manager at that time was not helpful Frank Holloway acted like it was my fault. He would not give me access to the camera recording and tried to deny it but I had it on my dash cam and got the claim taken care of what a mess. Also when I checked out the printer was not working and I need to get a receipt please. Sincerely DG

They did an awesome job with customer service which they took to a whole new level. Several words to describe Mr. RJ is phenomenal and Man of the Universe that helped me out yesterday that words cannot describe. Mr . RJ is very intelligent, knowledgeable,, articulate and a good face for the company. Good luck getting in, they park all of the big trucks back there. So if you need to get in your storage randomly like me, it was a hassle. They need to find another lot close by to park trucks.

The unit was the perfect size and clean, well lit and secured, along with the climate control. The staff at this uhaul location were always friendly, helpful and reliable! I hope I do not need storage again, but if I do I would definitely pick this place again.

I should gave been prorated for the 2 days and just pay that. I can see for 15 days having to pay for the entire month but 2 days??? An absolute rip off!
