Was very disappointed with how dirty it was inside. We ended up cleaning the inside ourselves. When I drove pop bottles red by my feet that were not ours. I brought the truck back under the KM and at half a tank of gas when we were only given 1/4 and nothing was credited. I am disappointed and we have rented a number of time and are moving in 3 weeks and will reconsider using UHAUL .

The after hours app is poorly designed. It did not work. I needed to play around with multiple security settings to eventually to get it to work. The most annoying part was that U-Haul support could not help ( when I was able to get a hold of someone). “iPhone customers experience problems”.

The sign at drop-off says something along the lines of ... Wait here, we'll be out to return. I sat for 10 minutes...no one came out. I went in the store and there was a Uhaul employee at the counter. Another left the showroom as I walked in. There were not any customers being served. Why did I sit for 10 minutes?

We are not all computer savvy nor do all of us have data. It was very frustrating to have to do everything myself without employee help. If your business is geared to young people I will no longer rent from you. I would rather pay more and have help. There were scratches on top truck and I’m we’re wrong having to upload pictures by myself was frustrating. Never again

El día viernes 28 de febrero hice una reserva para el día 29 a las 10 am . Cuando fui a reclamar el vehículo me entregaron una vans y yo había reservado un truck de 10’. El servicio fue pésimo me dijeron que no tenían mas que tenía que tomar ese. Tuve que hacer varios recorridos por que el vehículo era muy pequeño y me pasé una hora de lo pactado por culpa de ustedes y su inoperancia. Ahora me llega un cobro a mi tarjeta de crédito por 233 dólares supuestamente por haber entregado el vehículo Hasta ayer, cuando se entregó el mismo día sobre las 4:15 pm en Milton Ontario. Me parece pésimo el servicio y el trato que me han dado. Aparte llamo a la línea de servicio al cliente y me hacen esperar casi 50 minutos para tan solo darme un radicado

The after hours checkout online isn’t great. It reloaded at the last step for me and I have to do the whole process of taking the photos all over again. Also it doesn’t let you upload photos from your camera roll, you can only take photos which is annoying

Every time I visit this location I get the feeling like I am unwelcome. They are efficient but not cordial. The information they give is confusing. Overall it seems like they do not want to deal with you. The stress of moving is bad enough, but thinking of dealing with them is worse. They could be more helpful to people who have never rented from them.

The van that we rented it was so hard on gas we have rented many many vehicles and this one was so awfull. I feel so sorry for the team at this location I had tried to call several times to speak to somebody and could never get through. Definitely some more stuff isn't needed.

Horrible experience. Will not be using Uhaul again. Booked a move across the province (approx. 550km) well in advance. Was on a tight timeline as I was moving over the weekend. Despite confirming the truck availability at my requested location two days before the move (via email), I was called by a Uhaul rep at 8pm the night before informing me that my pickup location had changed to a store nearly 40km away from where I had originally requested. The only compensation offered was extra kilometres for the distance I would have to travel to pickup the truck. When I arrived at midnight to pickup the truck (again, tight deadlines), I discovered that the equipment I had rented with the truck was nowhere to be found. Horrible service. I understand stuff changes and is subject to customers returning their trucks in time, but that is exactly why a confirmation email exists.

I was charged extra $22 because I returned the keys in the slot????? What kind of money stealing is that ???? I already booked the truck until 7:30 but I returned at 6:45pm and some one at the location told me to drop off the keys in the slot. No one told me I need to get the inspection done!!!! I have had all my previous moving done through U Haul truck rental but I am really pissed off with the $22 taken out unneccarily plus some other charges making a 4-5 hour rental to cost $121 plus $20 gas I put in so $141. This will be my last UHaul move.

I got a quote to het Uhaul deliver my U-box to my home on a specific date. They did not do that. They refused to give my belongings to the subcontractor that I needed to hire...(more that cant fit)

PRE-BOOKED my U-Box for p/u time 48 hrs in advance. Showed up & waited 2 hours to find box & put on trailer despite not busy. Staff poorly trained, disorganized, indifferent. 2nd time issue at Milton.
