I was lied to and told I could not complete my free storage rental without purchasing the insurance. This was fixed and refunded to me, but the fact that employees feel the need to lie to achieve some sort of sales goal for insurance is disturbing. The storage facility at this location is very dirty and does not seem safe at all. I was blown away by how shoddy it looks and feels.

The on-line experience was not good. Could not change pick-up time on return after hours via app. Kept getting a “We're Sorry, but your session expired” error no matter how quickly I navigated through the questions. Very frustrating.

Employee asked me if I wanted furniture pads to which I said, "Yes." When I got to my location and opened the back, there were no furniture pads. Also, I am tired of renting vehicles that are less than a 1/4 of a tank filled. This practice needs to stop. Where is the service with this business?

I use this location on a regular basis. It is consistently mediocre. I always seem to have some sort of issue. I seem to never get an emailed receipt like they say I will. I do use uhaul for my business, so a receipt is important. This last time the sliding door of the van I rented didn't close all the way.

The left rear turn signal did not work. I didn't discover that until having left the U-Haul lot. I would suggest those who inspect the vehicles before renting them out for things like dents and scratches also please take care to check things like headlights, brake lights and turn signals are in proper working order.

My uhaul truck needs maintenance the tires are terrible. Had to wait for my uhaul for over 2 hours. I have rented many uhaul over the years and never experienced the problems I did with renting this uhaul. Thank you for giving me 50 dollars back for my inconvenience

When I arrived to pick up my truck it wasn't available and had to wait an hour and a half before I was given another option. Once given another option had to have the truck back by 3pm!!! Brought $22 and gasoline, which I know was over the amount of the 3/4 that I was given back at 3:20. Truck only had a little more than 3/4 of gas. Since I was running late I said I would pay for the gas through U-Haul. They changed me 22.00 for gas!!!

Arrived to find the truck I reserved was not in working order, 45 mins before my movers were about to show up. They didn't have the appliance dolly I reserved. I was given a rusted dolly from a back room. I managed to rent a small trailer as there were no other options available to me. The light cords were missing so I had to grab it off another trailer.. Outside of the young man who appeared to be the manager the other staff didn't seem to be very knowledgeable and fairly indifferent. This was the most disappointing Uhaul experience I've ever had.

The upholstery on the driver's seat was tearing off the seat, and the cargo door to the back of the truck wouldn't go down all the way without shoving. So, please get that truck fixed up! Otherwise, it's good.

It was the most bad experience ever. The self checkout is painful and it didn't work when I tried to return the equipment. The app won't take the picture for the ode meter and the fuel gauge. I tried so many times and it didn't work. I will never use the self checkout. Also, my order was messed up. I ordered a dolly but I never received it. Also when I reserved the truck it was supposed to be Fishers store and it showed guaranteed reservation if not we will give you 50$ which never happened. I got a call from the store says they don't have truck and sent me to a location far away 50 miles which costs me a lot of money for gas and milage. The worst experience ever, very bad experience

The location where picked up our truck was great it was easygoing and no hassle. There was a location in the town we live but the did not open until 3:00 pm and we needed the truck in the morning. We had to travel to the location we picked up at in which was 24 minutes away to get the truck we needed. The location of the store that did not open until 3:00 pm is at Marathon station in Whitestown Indiana.

I appreciate the associate meeting me on the lot and taking the keys and getting out very quickly but because the fuel was not as marked in the computer contract he had to go in and comp the fuel fee and the cost of fuel....However this resulted in a tax charge which would not have happened if the fuel was properly marked on the original..

The staff at the facility were so helpful. There was a problem with my access card and staff members Stony and Jesus were always available to open the storage room and Stony put in great effort to investigate the problem by reaching out to his boss and then the supervisor above his boss too! So a huge shout out to the staff for being helpful. Monet was the agent who helped us secure the storage room and she was friendly and quick to get the room assigned so we could start moving in. The hallways are very well lit and there was even a cart we could use to move things into our storage unit. However the light in the storage room we rented was burnt out.
