I reserved two furniture dollies with the truck. I called a week before the rental to ensure the dollies were secured, as a year prior I was not supplied the dollies I requested. I was told that they would be available. When I arrived on site, I was told there were no furniture dollies available and that the next closest location to check with did not open for another two hours. This is the second year in a row that I have been told that the equipment I reserved was not available.Kristi A.

The store and its people were great. But, I thought I rented a truck at a location that was 5 minutes from my house. But, I was sent 25 minutes away. I wish I would have known that up front. May never use you guys again because of that.Dan H.
The truck itself was clean and had a good amount of gas in it when I picked it up. However the wheel alignment seemed off because the steering wheel was not straight which made it kind of hard to turn the truck at times. Also the gentle man at the front who helped me when I pick the truck up gave off a terrible vibe when I was there. He did not greet me when I came in nor did he make any eye contact with me or any of the other customers that came in after me. He just seemed like he didn't want to be there. When I turned in the rental I told the clerk it needed brakes and the steering was very loose. I asked for a receipt he asked if was on a credit card and he said it would be fine. I will dispute the charges. Bad experience. Close to closing timeRUSSELL Z.

The truck was very dirty they sent me to that location after I told them it was very inconvenient for me I was charged those miles to from that location they said it was only 9 miles from the original pick up location it was 13 miles one way I was charged 26 miles for extra because at the very last minute they called me to tell me mine wasn't available at location I booked lady that called very rude.Kathi G.

When do you sanitize the vehicle being used.? Sanitizing of the vehicle should be in the process of turn-in. Sealed bag w/wipe (s) in each vehicle. U know when customer completed this process u see a new bag that is in place. Photo shot is required.TINA M.

My U-Box was delivered to the wrong location and I had to pay out of pocket for a truck to tow it to the correct location. I paid over $1000 to ship it from Indianapolis to Atlanta. I don't understand why I had to pay for a mistake made by U-haul?SERVANES W.
You sent me an hour past where I needed to be. That cost me 2 hours of extra travel. Not appreciated. Your on line app indicated I had the right trailer. It did not work. I lost an hour making it work. Total lost time 3 hours. Cost to make it work $300.00. Not a good experience. I was considering U-Box for my move. I will look much harder at the alternative after this experience.David K.
Have your staff wear masks! Also, we received a call AFTER the time we were due to pick up our truck that it was not available at the location where we reserved it. So we had to drive to a second location to pick up the truck. This cost us an extra hour of time on moving day. Better tracking of your available trucks is essentialSara K.
I still don't have my receipt. I got your survey request before the receipt. Also, don't allow someone to book a truck when you don't have a truck. If you only have one and we're waiting on someone to bring it back on time, you don't actually have a truck.Donald G.

Update the signs at the return station. They say to wait there with the eqpt for a staff member. Sat there for 10 minutes before someone came out, headed to the propane station not me, and told me to just back the trailer into a spot, drop it and go.Brent A.
There was only one person at the counter when I arrived, and he was responsible for helping walk-in customers, checking rental equipment, and answering the phone by himself. It seemed like he really could have used some help.CAMILLE G.

The guy handed me the keys and told me to just go find the truck. He didn't walk me out to it. The truck was dirty, food and trash left inside, the dolly was just thrown on the floor. I took pictures of how it was found. When I returned it I had to clean up after the last person that had it. When I informed the guy upon returning the van he acted like he didn't care, never checked the vehicle as I left it, he was more focused on his cell phone. He said "well when you get your email from u-haul just tell them the van was dirty. No apology, no concern. I waited inside for my Uber to pick me up and there was a cargo van just left running with 3 employees acting uninterested. I let them know one of the u-haul van was just left running and his response was "yeah we know, we got the gas like that" and then just laughed it off. My whole u-haul experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this location to anyone.KIMBERLY Q.

All Options were not provided to me the first time a representative called to advise the original trick I requested was unavailable at my preferred location. I then had to call back and the next representative advised I could get a bigger truck for the same price. I get to the location to do the self check out option and it wasn't working on the app. I went inside and was finally able to pull it up on a browser after waiting for 10 minutes for help only to show the representative the code for my key for them to tell me they key for that truck was lost and I would have to go through my transaction all over again. I received an even bigger truck which was not clean whatsoever. What should have been an easy process turned out to be so difficult.Aigner R.

Great staff memebers as usual , the only down size were two things : 1 I reserved a 17â€ truck a week before my pick up date and a 26â€ is what they rent me since all the 17â€ were rented out 2 this 26 inch had the steering wheel crooked to the right side and definitely made the driving more difficultLUIS C.

The mobile pick up was ridiculous and didn't make any sense. I had to go in store to finish the process which took less then 10 minutes.. why did I waste almost 20 minutes on the mobile pick up when I could walk in store and finish my reservation.. upon unbelievable.. I will never do mobile pick up again.. the in store associates which friendly and fast..WALNA F.

The staff at the facility were so helpful. There was a problem with my access card and staff members Stony and Jesus were always available to open the storage room and Stony put in great effort to investigate the problem by reaching out to his boss and then the supervisor above his boss too! So a huge shout out to the staff for being helpful. Monet was the agent who helped us secure the storage room and she was friendly and quick to get the room assigned so we could start moving in. The hallways are very well lit and there was even a cart we could use to move things into our storage unit.
