I wasn't sure how to use the app. I turned my key in before taking a picture of the odometer. I guessed what the mileage was. If I don't check the app, I would have had no idea how to return it. The drop off location told me the turn location would be open until 7. I showed up at 6 and they were closed.Terry G.

I signed up online a day in advance for 12pm hitch installation. When I got there they told me one of the parts wasn't available, so they could do part of the installation and told me to call uhaul to locate the additional part and get it installed. Why is that my job? Because the rep needed to get back to serious business in his cell phone. Ok fine go ahead I said. Over an hour later they hadn't started on my car so I asked for my key back and a refund. Took him 15 minutes of clicking on the computer to finish that task. He couldn't seem to get the total correct so I went line by line with my online invoice to help him correct it. Wasted an hour and a half of my Sunday.CHRYS C.

This was a great experience. There were a number of attendants working and and the one was new and being trained. The manager was teaching him and was very professional about. There were three people in front of me when I arrived and it took probably 20 minutes before I was able to get to the front of the line to speak to someone. I've used this location many times, the staff is always very helpful and professional. This last rental was on Memorial Weekend which is crazy busy, the store was very well staffed and the truck although it had 75k miles worked like a brand new truck. The person who installed my hitch also assembled my bike rack. He was exceedingly patient with me explaining how my bike hitch operated. He was even patient when I returned to report a flapping noise which was just the plastic wheel attachment. He immediately diagnosed the problem. my sincere thanks. Great work!!!Dana G.

Got there before 10 minutes before 5, but no one came to check me in. Tried to do it myself via mobile device but couldn't get location services to recognize that I was in the lot. Finally had to use my daughters phone to check in. Key drop was also difficult to locateDarrin B.
Showed up at 3:30 pm to return for. 5 pm return. Lot was so backed up I couldn't pull in. Ended up finding an employee after half an hour and they stated they were the only one working there. He instructed me to pull the truck into the lot via the back entrance and leave the keys in the truck. I tried calling UHaul multiple times and was unable to reach anyone. I left a message on the live chat and never received a reply. Now I've been charged for two days of rental even though it was returned well before the time agreed upon since no one checked the truck in.ELIZABETH R.

First I would like to say that I rent from Uhaul several times a year. Today I bring my truck back and it is like every time I bring it back. Brian Sanner comes to the truck and says nothing, He begins to return the truck, looking it over checking the miles and so on.I ask him how much is going back to the card since I didn't use the miles that I pre paid for. He states that he doesn't know. Now mind you I rent several times a year. You can tell me how much is going back or how much additional I owe. I ask him again and he still acts like he doesn't know. So I go inside and get a copy of the receipt. Upon looking at the receipt see that Brian charged me a $25 dollar cleaning fee. So I asked Daniel inside why I got charged and Daniel said he didn't know I have to ask Brian. I go back outside and ask Brian why did I get charged a cleaning fee and he says "because the dirt on the floor mat". I ask him is he serious? So I get back in the truck and pull it over to the side and clean the mats. He says he is not reversing the charge. This type of customer service is not acceptable. In the past if the truck had any issues the return person would say something before charging me.He said nothing and then tried to act like he didnt know why the bill was higher than normal.

I was late and the personal where very rude, they never used my account. I am a long time customer and was treated poorly. I never received my receipt. I called and we got disconnected. I called back and they never answered.COLIN O.
First, the people there acted like I was doing them a favor renting. Second they got the gas level wrong. I went a total of 25 miles and was charged 17 dollars for what? Third, I got no credit for using only two blankets of one package. I had 4. Fourth, the rental and the help I got off the site were not on the same page. When I tried to change the truck time I was told there would be a penalty. Yet the movers told me 3 that day off the uhaul site. Fourth, the guy checking me out claimed he did not know me. Yet he was there 4 hours earlier when I rented. Very unprofessional.Michael H.

I think my biggest issue with the facility was that the main security door that required a 4 digit pass code to enter, could be pulled open with a moderate tug on the door. When I reserved the unit they said it was on the first floor I'm disabled and when I got there and ready to move in with all my stuff it was on the second floor with 10 steps and no elevator and I'm disabled , when I rented a truck there the manager didn't know how to split payment onto two credit cards, I had to call customer service to have it done.
