Pick up was very easy, the staff were very efficient and knowledgeable, and explained all terms to me. Upon return I experienced the same. Great location to rent from and I would definitely recommend.

Your website promises that express check in will cut your time by 50%. That’s only true if you do the ‘optional photography of your drivers license. I did express without that and it took a full 20 minutes to get to hooking up the trailer. I signed up for move help and that experience was very bad. U-Haul’s part was fine, but the move helper website, their chat feature and the 5 star move contractor I chose were all terrible. I picked two hours with two men, a minimum. The contractor called quickly and when I said it was to move a treadmill from the garage to the basement of the same house, he said he needed another hour of pay for this heavy work. That wasn’t mentioned in the website for sign up. It’s not a piano, it’s a 250lb treadmill. So, perturbed but wanting help, I went to add an hour but accidentally added 3 (thought I was totaling 3). No way to now reduce hours, only add more. I did online chat with uhaul, who quickly linked me to the move help service chat. I sent a chat there (Thursday midday) and proceeded to wait 25 minutes for the first response. By then I’d signed up for an account and canceled the move help. Not sure if I got my $5 fee back in the refund. No way to leave feedback for the mover, since the work was canceled.

We did not get the size truck we had originally reserved so we were a little disappointed with that but the woman who was working at this location was helpful, friendly, and apologetic.

Not a thing! This is my 3rd rental this year from this location, I would not go anywhere else!! The pick-up was fast and easy, staff was nice and efficient! The return drop off was seamless and again, staff was friendly and very helpful. Keep doing a great job!

There service in the morning was really slow. Making it more streamlined would help. The gentleman I returned the uhual to was very pleasant and kind. So my experience ended on a good note.

I needed a 6’ by 12’ trailer to pick up a new Polaris RZR. Once I got there, I realized that the rear opening to the trailer is not 6’ wide. It is only 58”! This information would have been greatly appreciated if posted on the website. And then I called to see if I could swap it out for another that would work and was told to take it back to where I got it.

When I went to pick up the truck the staff at the location where unfriendly and rude they told me that they cannot check me and that I would have to check in via the app and that although they were not closed because they do not close for the next 10 minutes they were allowed to shut down services 10 minutes before closing time because that was their time to do whatever they need to do before closing very unpleasant experience when I picked up the truck when I return the truck the gentleman that took the truck in the thing inspection was very good and very nice

the only thing bad was the fact that I had to buy a lock from Uhaul even though I had my own, I was told we had to use theirs in case they needed cut off...well, all locks can be cut off.

Clerk was helpful, and got my storage locker easy after having the FIRST one I chose did not participate in the FIRST MONTH FREE. Disappointed I then had to BUY a lock, when I already had one.
