The service was not bad, however, the young man that serviced us could benefit from better customer relations and how to serve others without sounding sarcastic and condescending. He has great potential to be a manager, but needs growth in that area. Kahlil and his staff are simply amazing. This man is truly a leader and the staff there runs like a well oiled machine. They are amazing. Kahlil is professional, polite, and knows what he is doing. Josh and his team offer great customer service and ease of renting a truck. They resolve any issues right away. However they should Please trucks to make sure all lights and operating systems are working upon check in or check out. That should not be the customer's job. The first truck I was going to rent did not have brake lights which I missed but my husband caught. Josh replaced the truck right away but if I had driven away I could have gotten a ticket. Other than that everything was great. I am already a repeat customer here and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a truck.Deborah K.

I was treated badly in the removal and delivery of the Trailer, with little desire to help the employee who came to deliver me the Trailer said he could not deliver me because he didn't have the cable that connects the electricity, I argued and said there were 2 more trailers there the same and he replied does not have the cable. I insisted I went to look at the other equipment and found one that had the cable and only then did he agree to give me the equipment. Lack of willingness to help, little interest in the customer being satisfied and this almost caused me a problem because I had a schedule and needed the trailer. I would like to report that I rent this type of equipment quite regularly and it is not the 1st time I have had problems in this location. I hope that the equipment is better checked and that replacement cables and other accessories are kept in stock. It is unacceptable for you to accept a reservation and at the time of collection the customer will be informed that the equipment has problems, with no time available to look for another one. I hope that my words are taken seriously and that the poor service of this location improves, because it is convenient for me to rent there because it is close to my base!MILDER F.

Shorten the conversation at the counter to insure faster service. Do not allow others to call around to get enough money while holding up the line. The overall experience. I made my reservation a week in advance and the day of I go to pick up in the morning and they don't have my truck because the previous person extended. They couldn't find a truck to replace it in the morning; I had to wait until 6p. I had car trouble that delayed me so I modified to 9p. The check in process was HORRIBLE! Wait times to speak to someone took forever and I had to call twice to resolve my problem. By the time I got my truck, my storage facility was closed so I literally wasted a day and it set me back tremendously and all they did was refund $50. I will never use U-Haul again!Krystle G.
They seem like they could use more help at busy times. They're very friendly and helpful. It was very busy with a long line and only one person behind the desk. People were getting frustrated and one guy even started cussing. The girl behind the counter was working hard and helping 2 and 3 people at the same time. I couldn't use the trailer, brought it back the next day less than 24 hours because they were closed, and let them know my car wouldn't fit. They refused to refund me saying I had it for 24 hours but I didn't. The Manager Nathanial kept talking over me as I was talking and then when I started to raise my voice he hung up on me. He admit his employee did not check it in until the next morning which is not my fault. I paid for something I couldn't use which is not ok. This company is nothing but a crook.Latisha W.

I got so bad experience in whole my life. I dropped my truck on checking area and There was guy who very unsweet. He told that he will charge cleaning fee and I don't understand why. But I didn't really want to talk with him because his face looks mean. I went to office to pay. He followed me and told me never rent uhol who use duty . Attemted to return truck early but i could not access the specific return area as it was locked since they were closed. Returned the next morning for the scheduled 8a return but location still closed and unavailable for return. I had to return a 3rd time which is unacceptable. Not sure why the return time was accepted originally since there are several other locations in the area. Also tried to redirct my return over the phone to an open location and wasted more time and was not allowed to. In all i wasted over 2 hours of travel and 3 trips to this location in order to return. I believe this is unacceptable. Also the first attempted return there were employees on site as i was checking out online they just would not open the gate for me to complete. One did have 24 hr access but she was told NO by the 2nd employee that was thereStephen B.

Well, first I was booked at this location from a different location. The size uhaul I needed was unavailable. When booking I advised price online was cheaper and showed 114 miles would be given. I was original advised there was no uhaul available for me. Then not sure what happened but my reservation was found. Nathaniel was swamped at this location by himself until other employees showed up. It was an argument with another customer as well that could have been handled differently. This location needs to be investigated for shady and fraudulent business practices. They have no drop off box for keys, doesn't notify their customers that the drop off box doesn't exist, doesn't allow nightly rental drop offs despite what the contract states and threatens to charge $100 if we drop off the truck after hours even though our agreement states an after hour drop off time.Deborah S.

We picked this U-Haul because it had both storage and equipment (trucks etc) turn in. We drove 1111 miles and were exhausted, and thankfully Nathaniel made our move in so smooth. As soon as we got there, he greeted us. Then, he walked us through the process of turning in our equipment (we had a trailer and a truck) and setting up our storage unit. Super efficient and we were checked-in in less than 10 minutes. The storage unit itself comes with complimentary dollys, which were not provided at the storage facility in the state we were moving from, and that helped us move our stuff even quicker into the unit. This facility is not managed properly. They gave away a climate controlled unit that was reserved in person for over a week. Then told me that there were no other available climate control for miles. I settled for an outside unit but wasn't happy with the decision. However, I had to make a decision due to the movers being in route with my belongings. I walk in and I'm waiting in line, Melissa was on the phone a gentleman came up to try an help me out but said he couldn't cause he only does storage. She didn't apologize for keeping me waiting. I had to unload my truck and be at a house viewing. My information says 15in truck I wasn't aware that the storage I reserved was going to be very small. So I asked Melissa if they had anymore storages she said no but the website stated their were two available unite, she said they do that to overbook us, which makes no sense cause for a person like me coming out of state moving with a whole truck full. So I checked another location which stated the same thing they had three available units but when I called customer Service so they can double check cause when I called the location they did not answer their phone when I called, she also seen these units were shown but not available. This was a big inconvenience, this whole experience with Uhaul was. The communication need to be better, I was very upset but kept my cool this whole experience.
