Extremely rude staff at drop off time and he did not even know about the U-Haul service. I was yelled at about something that the guy was just plain wrong about and it caused a lot of confusion and aggravation and a further 30 min long phone call to the help line following. i booked a truck with an appliance dolly,,, they did not have the appliance dolly when i picked up the truck,,, making it very difficult to move a big refrigerator... i was not happy.. ... and i did not get all the credit back from the missing dolly.RUSSELL A.
Very quick service even though there was a long line. Everyone worked so hard there. The 2 guys in the back were sweating their butts off fetching rentals for people and cleaning up the rentals. Polite and friendly. Thank you so much!MY H.
I rented the truck complete dirty and with AC not working well, it's ok because I was in rush to finish a move. But when I was return it nobody was there and after a couple minutes staff show up to help me and tried to charge me $25 to wipe out the truck that was disgusting when I got it. The employees was friendly people but the supervisor involved at that time was rude and not professional. Get there to pick the truck 45 minutes late that location rented to another person and I have a reservation for that truck the supervisor I charge Told me oh you late is not truck for event I reserved the pickup truck the why how he express him self was very rude and unprofessional like my money don't have not value on uhaul company was very bad experience I never recommend not one go there was a frustrating morning for me in the end I have to take another minivan not good moment for me not recommend to not one have bad experiencealberto D.

I walk in and I'm waiting in line, Melissa was on the phone a gentleman came up to try an help me out but said he couldn't cause he only does storage. She didn't apologize for keeping me waiting. I had to unload my truck and be at a house viewing. My information says 15in truck I wasn't aware that the storage I reserved was going to be very small. So I asked Melissa if they had anymore storages she said no but the website stated their were two available unite, she said they do that to overbook us, which makes no sense cause for a person like me coming out of state moving with a whole truck full. So I checked another location which stated the same thing they had three available units but when I called customer Service so they can double check cause when I called the location they did not answer their phone when I called, she also seen these units were shown but not available. This was a big inconvenience, this whole experience with Uhaul was. The communication need to be better, I was very upset but kept my cool this whole experience. Now I have to have two locations for my things and I don't even have a car to be to going back and forth to both these locations.Jasmin R. | First Impressions

Only 3 people working the whole place. Employee was overloaded, and complained to me that "sorry we're short staffed, no one wants to work apparently". As a first time customer at that location they appeared so busy that I had to ask where to go next to get my vehicle. I was sent down a hallway which was fine but different to what I'm used too. Communication is key. Staff outside was very pleasant abs friendly.MARTAMARIA D.

Wait time to return the truck is ridiculous. The employees move slow and make no attempt at assisting the customers with any type of urgency. During both pick up and drop off. During the drop off there were about 6 trucks waiting for over 40 minutes. No employee came out to check the truck back in. Horns were honking and still nothing. Amazing staff - Radicco and manager Wendy and truck man Willie. And the other young man who was helping in the office . I could take each one of them home with me LOL they're all so sweet, and helped me be at ease about my move with all the stressors, and beautifully resolved several problems for me (like when I was stressed that I didn't get the bars with the wardrobe boxes). So impressed with them and with this facility, so clean and so easy to navigate, the climate control quality and condition of the facility is WAY better than my prior public storage unit. Check in was extremely annoying due to company policy. Why in the heck do you need 3 different phone numbers and 2 different addresses? That's bordering on invasion of privacy. I only have 1 cell phone, my wife only has 1 cell phone (no business phones or land lines), and frankly, I don't want to give you any information for my friends and family - that's just ridiculous. Access hours listed on the website do NOT match actual hours (we were actually relying on those hours being correct and will likely have to pay for 24 hour access because we were unloading when access hours were up) and not having access to the bigger doors during 24 hour access makes things extremely inconvenient. Without those issues, the move would have been absolutely fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful, even if I wasn't (I had driven 22 hours in the last 30). Excellent job to both the check-in staff who helped with my auto transport and to the counter staff for putting up with me.Antonio F. | First Impressions
Staff was excellent, unit had preexisting damage and I was surprised that there was a "quality control tag/inspection tag" on the lock yet the drywall and ceiling damage was not previously noted on my unit meaning if I didn't mention it I would have been liable.
