I don't want to say I wouldn't come here again just because I had a bad experience 1 out of the 5 times I've rented here. When I received my key, I went out to search for it and saw the pictures in the contract were not even of the same van. The van I was given had a broken mirror and a big scratch on the side. The pictures they gave me to approve before a left was obviously a different van because the promotional pictures on the vans were completely different on both sides. In conclusion, I was given a damaged van but given given pictures of a perfectly fine van to approve so they don't charge me for damages. I'm now waiting to see if they are going to try to charge me for damages. If so, I will definitely never rent here again so I hope they recognize the mistake and don't try to charge me for something I didn't do.Sara D.
Employee did not check in my truck did not want to even help me. Had to watch my bank account to see how much i got charged because I was never sent a receipt to my email. I also waited for 15 minutes to give him my keys no one was at the desk pulled the truck up on the bell. He later came out saying my I help you.JEFFREY G.

customer service was terrible on more than one occasion. I purchased a glass pack kit, but was not aware the box for it was separate from the kit. I called 2!different numbers and each was the wrong place (answering service, then the storage portion as opposed to the rental portion). I ended up physically going to the store. there was NO ONE there except one lady seated behind the counter (then why did the answering service answer?!). I explained that I purchased the kit and it did not include a box. the only employee there curtly told me she couldn't help me with that, the store manager was showing a storage unit and I had to wait on her to get back. a gentleman that the employee had on speaker phone yelled â€œwhat she need?â€ to which j replied a box for the gas kit. gentleman on speakerphone advised employee sitting behind counter that I just needed a box, I can take it and leave. employee never got up, just kept saying she couldn't help me with that and I had to wait. as I waited, the employee continued her personal conversation on speakerphone. the manager finally came in, and guess what? SHE JUST HANDED ME A BOX. day of move- i had reserved 2 utility dollies; only one was available when I picked up. i asked for a furniture dolly in it's place; I was told there were none available though I could see at least 4 other dollies in the cage. why does someone else's reservation take precedence over mine?N T.
The young man who helped me was awesome. He was the only employee there and I gathered that the other employees had not shown up. He stayed calm and cool through many mishaps with the computer system. Give him a raise, I'll certainly be back to rent again.CHRISTOPHER C.

This storage had a water leak for over 2 years and never notified me to let me know that my stuff was destroyed and molded and wet I had to come up to this facility and was getting ready to move out find out that my stuff was Destroy overall I really had no problems with this facility sometimes you could call the phone and no one never answers but when you get there someone is always sitting at the desk or maybe out in the garage smoking a cigarette on the phone but if I had to re-rent I will probably use you all again thank you and have a great dayLizzie D. | Overall Experience
I went in with a positive attitude--we usually get back what we put out, right? But alas, these gals were no help at all. I had a transport challenge and they weren't all interested in helping me. They kept telling me all the things I couldn't do--trailers, hitch, truck, etc. They had no ideas. In fact, I tried to HELP THEM to help me. I kept saying "could we try this? And they kept saying no. Another location helped me find a solution in two minutes. Guess I will take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing.CHERIE L.

I did not want to say No to cleanliness and maintenance but you only have yes/no. The cab of the truck was not cleaned out well. It was serviceable but there was some trash left on the dashboard, the floorboard was dirty and there was a soda can left in it. It was not horrible but it should have been as clean as I was expected to return it!EDWARD H.

Our rental was not without issues, however it was not the location of Keystone Uhaul's fault. The store manager miss Mary Godsey took care of us from start to finish. She was so professional and knowledgeable taking care of our every need. Another associate within Uhaul wasn't as professional nor knowledgeable but miss Mary made up the difference. We rent trucks at least 2 or 3 a month and will definitely be coming back to this location! Absolute fantastic customer service. We highly recommend to all!JAMES P.

The people working on site were helpful. The instructions given with the online booking make it seem like it's easy to get going, but in reality it wasn't. Having to take pictures of self, ID, listing alternate contacts is something that can and should have been taken care of when booking, not when picking up the vehicle. It burned about 25 minutes of our time trying to figure out how things work.JASON O.

All of the staff at this location was respectful, friendly, courteous and just Awesome. If you send in secret shoppers to the other locations [pendelton pike] with adults well beyond their 30s and the young adults at the[ keystone ave] they will put them to shame. With staff like them keystone is my set location. Moving is stressful enough. Those types of people keep your customers coming back. This was for my mom. I was done with Uhaul after my last experience. My reservation was switched to a terrible far places that costs me more than I ever paid when using yaw. I've only had my storage unit for a few days, however it's clean, accessible by car or Mass transit, indoors with Indoor/outdoor security cameras with 7am-11pm accessibility. I was told by the phone reservationist the facility had a freight elevator to move my furniture to the 3rd floor, so I accepted a third floor unit. When I got to the facility, I learned there was no elevator in the facility. When checking in, the service agent didn't appear how to input data into the computer. He kept making mistakes and had to redo most items. When I asked if this basic info was in the system because I provided it when I made the reservation. He responded, " Don't get me started about the call center." My movers were waiting to unload their truck and were getting quite impatient. They estimated my fee based on time and had not allowed for a 30 minute check in at the storage unit. These things need to be addressed by management and corrected if I am to recommend U Haul.MERLE W. | First Impressions
